22/10/2025: We went here hungry almost every day for two weeks because everything was so delicious and the people were so nice! And the prices were crazy good, too! I would go back anytime..☕️🥐

30/09/2025: The lady who I think is the owner, very very arrogant, when I asked if the croissants were fresh, because from the look of it they didn't seem so, answered me in a tone that I would wish on any customer of any shop, "no look we made them 20 days ago" " this was the first response, I won't say anything else, oh and on top of that the croissants weren't even good, terrible place, deserved review I'd say.

11/11/2025: We have stayed at this hotel three times and we are returning again in May next year and bringing friends with us to experience this amazing hotel.We feel so relaxed here and we are really looking forward to seeing the wonderful staff again. They are attentive, helpful, very friendly and professional. The choices of food are excellent and cannot be faulted. The facilities are everything we could wish for. The location is amazing, overlooking the lake and an easy walk into the town to access transport facilities, i.e ferries and buses. 10/11/2025: …simply beautiful, right on the lake. We spent a relaxing time here at the end of our Tuscany tour. The hotel has a very harmonious, family-run feel. All the staff were very friendly and service-oriented, even during the last week of the season. Breakfast (a generous spread) was available on the beautiful terrace with a lake view. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and the rental bikes. Highly recommended!
