09/08/2024: Posto tranquillo nelle colline di Bardolino a 2 passi dalla superstrada. Carne di qualità superiore con carta vini all'altezza. Abbiamo preso delle fiorentine fatte alla brace tenerissime, servizio veloce e accogliente . Consigliatissimo.

04/08/2024: Mancano le basi della ristorazione...con un'atteggiamento quasi scocciato il maitre ha deciso cosa dovevamo bere e mangiare...nessuna carta dei vini ha voluto darci un rosso di cui abbiamo scoperto il prezzo solo sul conto, bottiglia bollente messa nella glasset per essere raffreddata, abbiano chiesto cosa prevedeva la grigliata mista, non ci è stata data risposta asserendo che sarebbe stata tolta dal menù ma invece ancora presente nelle lista, un'unica opzione di birra.. Ordiniamo una fiorentina da 1,6 kg , sempre a detta del maitre, c'è ne arrivano 2 non si sa di che grammatura, a metà cena, quando ancora stavamo mangiando, iniziano a sparecchiare portando via sale e olio, poi riportati dopo la nostra protesta, insomma servizio pessimo, in compenso la carne era buona e tenera...conto eccessivo.

25/06/2024: I can't understand the many good reviews. We made a reservation for 6:30 p.m., which is when it opens. Long waiting time until order is requested even though the inside and outside are empty. Food max. mediocre. Fish with polenta bland and tough. Pasta with porcini mushrooms was ok. Service lousy. Not there again. Maybe the pizza service is better!?

09/07/2024: Top service, drove by without an appointment because one of my car's headlights was broken. Immediate repairs were made and the water and oil levels were checked without prompting. Very friendly and competent! Recommended without reservation!

06/07/2024: Small bakery with very fine bread products. Price/performance ratio is perfect. We always bought our breakfast rolls there when we stayed in a holiday apartment in Bardolino.

27/08/2024: My parents and I came here on the first night of our holiday, as the outdoor tables felt really atmospheric and beautiful. I had the spaghetti vongole, mum had the beef salad from the specials and my dad had the beef cheek. The food was absolutely delicious, really flavoursome and the server was both funny and incredibly kind. We tried at least four or more places before our last day and honestly nothing compared. So we came back! The second time was just as good. I had the beef ravioli for main and the mussels to start. They were SOO tasty. 100% recommend this place. We were inside the second time and, while it was busier, it was good to watch the hustle and bustle and relax with our wine. Just ignore the stroppy reviews and enjoy the vibes and local food ❤️

27/08/2024: Meat was not of pure quality, far too expensive for what we had received, hard and chewy, staff was friendly but the person in charge was rather surly and unfriendly

15/08/2024: We ate pizza in the evening. The pizza was very very tasty. One of the best we've had in Italy so far. You can easily recommend them. The service was a bit slow and inattentive. Overall, the food was very good and the price was reasonable.

14/08/2024: I stopped by to eat alone the day before Ferragosto. The restaurant was full. I had a mixed fry and a glass of Lugana. Good food! Fast times and helpful waiters. A nice restaurant with a lot of attention to detail! ADVISED

02/08/2024: Disappointed ! We come to this restaurant when we are in the area. The portions have so far been satisfactory and the little limoncello always offered at the end of the meal. That wasn't the case this time...

24/06/2024: We lived in the back building next door, which was completely ok. The hallway is in desperate need of renovation, but the rooms were great. Breakfast was served in the main building and was excellent. The very beautiful pool 100m away with a huge hotel park, simply wonderful.

20/06/2024: We had a nice room on the 2nd floor. If you have big feet, you have problems. Our room was so small that there was hardly any space to walk around the bed without having to support yourself. The room was clean and had a view of the lake but was quite small. Breakfast and location are great, as is the locked parking lot. The staff speaks German and is super friendly.

22/08/2024: We had a nice place right by the water...the menu at €55 per person was plentiful and OK...It was particularly nice that we were given a welcome Prosecco (also ours). A children's version for a 5 year old :-)......overall the price performance is right as there was already plenty.

30/08/2024: Beautiful place on Lake Garda in Bardolino with excellent views. Courteous and very professional staff, excellent food, every time I return to Bardolino it is a must to return to the Beer Garden.

27/08/2024: Very nice restaurant. The staff makes the effort to listen to you even though you speak no (or little) Italian. The meals are plentiful and extremely good.

06/08/2024: We chose this place because it offered gluten-free options. From what I understand, all the starters are prepared first and therefore cannot be made gluten-free, for example by removing the soy sauce. Ditto for the curry which is already ready. We took the two pad Thai with shrimp and chicken respectively, removing the soy sauce. The dishes were very good although I have to say that for the price I expected more than 3 prawns on the plate. From what I know the place doesn't have gluten-free soy sauce, but it makes up for it very well with the others. In any case it is always a pleasure to be able to eat dishes like these so thank you.

06/08/2024: Convenient location, nice garden where you can stay in the summer We also ate gluten-free, there aren't many gluten-free options, only pad Thai on the entire menu. The rest is not for celiacs so be careful!

21/08/2024: The food is excellent, varied, quality and at competitive prices. The service is good and the environment is clean and comfortable. The only flaw, which is not their fault, is the proximity to the road and traffic, which was well remedied with the planters.

13/08/2024: We have eaten here very often. Everything was always great. And the pizzas and pasta dishes are also very good. The wine selection is excellent. And the prices are reasonable. In Bardolino there are some very good restaurants but also not so good. This is one of the very good ones. The price we quoted corresponds to a gourmet dinner. You can eat and drink here for much less € and still receive very good service.

01/08/2024: We were there as a family. The service was always friendly and attentive. Despite the fact that it was very full, we were offered a nice table. The pizzas and lasagne are good and the grilled fish plate was also good. A small filling side dish was missing here. As a thank you from the house there was limoncelli and a small iced limonene dessert for the kids to drink.
