22/06/2025: We arrived with little to no expectations. 6th floor, huge roof terrace, ideally located near the beach and restaurants, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We were traveling with two children and booked without breakfast.

01/06/2025: I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, nothing met even the most basic standards of hospitality. The room was dirty, with visible dust on surfaces, stains on the bedding, and a foul smell that made it hard to relax. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition — mold in the shower, broken fixtures, and towels that were either unwashed or severely worn out. The staff was unhelpful and indifferent. Any questions or requests were met with minimal effort or outright dismissal. I didn’t feel welcomed or respected as a guest at any point during my stay. Noise levels were high, both from the street and within the hotel. The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear every sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway throughout the night. Sleep was nearly impossible. The air conditioning did not work properly, and when I reported it, the hotel offered no solution. I was told to open the windows, which only added to the noise and discomfort. The location is not as advertised. While it claims to be central, it is actually quite far from the main attractions, with limited access to public transportation or decent restaurants nearby. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete waste of money, and I left feeling frustrated and exhausted. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic customer service.

21/07/2025: The grill was good and the price was right. I would have given it 5 stars if the grill had been a little more generous.

20/07/2025: They coldly charged us €20 for the utensils we ate with... napkins and forks!!! Shame! We are not coming anymore!!!

27/07/2025: First of all this bar is structurally impeccable, I arrived looking for food (at 2 in the morning) and I was welcomed and fully satisfied by two truly professional and kind bartenders, I recommend it to everyone

21/07/2025: A quiet spot, ideal for a short break in the late afternoon. We only had non-alcoholic drinks, and we fell in love with the delicious mocktail the bartender made for us, as well as the virgin colada! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and cheerful!

18/07/2025: Die Pizza war sehr gut, das Schweinesteak war gut und der Wein war sehr gut. Service war auch gut. Empfehlenswert. Ggf. muss man etwas Schlange stehen, scheint beliebt zu sein.

16/07/2025: Cena in famiglia in questo ristorante trovato per caso, ma che si è rivelato una bella scoperta. Abbiamo assaggiato primi e secondi, buoni e abbondanti. La pizza, non assaggiata, aveva un bell’aspetto e ci ha invogliato a pensare di tornare per provarla. Sebbene il ristorante fosse molto pieno la cucina ha lavorato in fretta, minimizzando l’attesa, e soprattutto i piatti sono arrivati a tutti i commensali nello stesso momento anche se attribuiti a partite di cucina differenti. Anche il prezzo ci è sembrato molto interessante.

23/08/2025: Good, small, and expensive. The mixed fried fish consisted of 100 grams of fish. To top off my plate, they added fries. They were good, though. Once we left, we went for pizza.

11/08/2025: Good restaurant, but terrible and very slow service; some of the staff were rude and unprofessional; we won't be returning. We waited about half an hour between courses, but that wasn't the problem. At the end of the meal, we asked for the dessert menu (we had to ask because no one on the staff paid attention to us), and after half an hour, no one came to take our order, so we decided to go to the cashier and pay. We then waited another 10 minutes in the middle of the room without anyone paying attention to us again. We had to ask again, and they gave us a very rude response, printed out the bill, and walked away. Once we paid, they barely said hello, let alone thanked us (we spent €231.00).

20/08/2025: Good prices but very heavy pizza, terrible, impossible to finish and digest, thin and hard dough similar to cardboard and errors in orders, I strongly advise against it.

15/08/2025: Let's just say that overall I ate well: the pizza was acceptable. I tried my partner's fried food, and I have to say it was excellent... Negative notes: the heat inside was too hot, and the bread was so thin—three slices were practically invisible!!! But it's a place I'd return to because overall I ate well.

21/08/2025: What can I say? It's a chain that's conquered the world. I found this McDonald's very clean. The only thing is that in Italy they need to make more arrangements for celiacs. I've been to Switzerland, and there was more choice, fairly fast service, and very friendly staff.

06/08/2025: Ottimo locale anche senza prenotazione in pochi minuti ci anno fatto accomodare il personale molto gentile e professionale...il cibo molto buono e le porzioni abbondanti birra super.... visto l'esperienza ci siamo recati in compagnia di amici e anche per loro e stato il top al 💯...ci ritorneremo ☺️

26/07/2025: Restaurant très accueillant, dont le personnel est prévenant. La carte est variée aussi bien en poissons ou fruits de mer, pâtes, viandes et pizzas. Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois durant nos vacances sans avoir eu l'impression de reprendre les mêmes plats.

26/07/2025: Thin-crust pizza, super-fast service. The place isn't very large, overlooking a small pedestrian square, but some tables are on a somewhat drab gallery.

18/07/2025: The pizzas were really good, nothing to complain about the quality. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the attitude of the staff, especially the owner. After asking *three times* to order, we were ignored until he "remembered" us. When it came time to get the bill, we were asked if we would be paying by debit card, and without giving us time to check the receipt, the owner was already there with the POS ready to collect, making us feel anxious and rushed. When we asked for a free liqueur (which was offered), we were told he doesn't offer anything to first-time visitors, especially those who pay by debit card. It's a shame; a simple gesture would have been enough to leave a lasting impression. Instead, he *lost two customers*. From what I read in the comments, we're not the first to notice this. Never again.
