09/06/2026: Disappointing in every way. We entered with the desire for a nice Italian breakfast and left with a bitter taste in our mouths, and not because of the coffee. The pastries were old, clearly not fresh that day, the kind that seems to have been there since the opening without ever being replaced. For a pastry shop, this is simply unacceptable. The juice was a real joke: the price of a grand hotel, the glass like a barista's. Small, half ice and unfiltered water, with just a drop of orange juice to justify the price on the menu. Hats off to the cheek. The only positive note is the waiter, kind and helpful, probably the freshest person in the place. Not recommended for those looking for a truly high-quality pastry shop, for those who want a proper Italian breakfast, and in general for anyone who cares about food and value for money. For the same money, you can eat much better elsewhere.

01/05/2026: HORRIBLE AND RUDE. A terrible experience in every way. The appetizer of mussels "in rosso e spicy" was completely devoid of sauce, inedible. Spaghetti alla busara was nonexistent, essentially pasta without sauce, and the gnocchi were ridiculously small, child-sized portions. When we reported it, the owner responded with complete superficiality and arrogance, with no intention of making amends, and still charged us every penny. This was unacceptable behavior, a sign of total disrespect towards customers. Absolutely AVOID.

09/06/2026: Went there completely spontaneously… The 3.8-star reviews aren't quite accurate… So – Reception – The owner was very friendly – ​​he initially gave us a less than ideal table – but after we complained, he immediately gave us a nicer one – so very nice indeed. Food – Tagliatta di Manzo – average, but not bad. Pizza Diavola – standard… Atmosphere – Next to an amusement park – a bit noisy. – Suggestion – Move the punching bag somewhere else. Restroom – Sinks without water (both men's and women's). Service – Very nice and friendly girls. Prices – Very reasonable.

07/09/2025: Beautiful modern bar and restaurant, with prompt, attentive, and fast service. Very good food, beautifully presented. Seating is available inside and on the outdoor terrace. Easy to find, with parking available in front in Piazza Brescia and along Via Bafile. The restaurant isn't on the seafront, but it overlooks the square, home to the famous fountain and sand sculptures. A variety of options are available, from toasted sandwiches and meat dishes to pasta dishes and salads. Excellent value.

03/04/2026: Despite the bad reviews, I decided to stay one night in the 50 sq m suite, partly because of the good price. I didn't have high expectations. The room was quite old, smelled of stale cigarette smoke, and there was a beer bottle and a full ashtray left behind by the previous guest (or whoever it was). The bathtub and kitchen were off-limits. On the plus side, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the staff (including the owner) were very friendly. Parking was available right in front of the hotel, and it was practically right on the beach and the main shopping street.

29/11/2025: Waited for a giant Margherita pizza to take away and two French fries, 50 minutes, poor quality of the pizza, I think it's stretched curd and not mozzarella, terrible cooking of the pizza, inedible salty French fries. Never again

13/10/2025: I've seen three negative reviews of this place that were posted with malicious intent, and I'm here to refute them. I was fortunately present at the time of the incident, and I consider it malicious intent to damage the reputation of a great bar with impressive human qualities. A guy went to the bathroom and upon exiting, grabbed a water from the fridge and went to what one of the bar owners who was near the bathroom said to him, "Excuse me, have you paid for the water?" The guy replied, "Yes." The owner asked the cashier to confirm that he did pay, and the owner told the guy, "Excuse me, thank you." However, I see in the comments that the protagonist of the events and his friends are exaggerating in a malicious way, claiming it was racism because of the guy's skin color, which was not the case. I was near one of the owners, and from his position, there is a column next to the register, so he was unable to see when the guy first went to the register and paid for the water. Of course it was a confusion that has nothing to do with racism but with being attentive to your business because more than one person (regardless of their skin color) has taken a product without paying, alleging racism is disproportionate and even more so calling for the closure of the business for a minor incident, I understand that the guy felt attacked but if he were an empathetic and conscious person he would understand. I consider the H369 bar my favorite bar in Jesolo where the first thing they strive for is to have excellent attention and service, they always have a smile, and their cocktails are undoubtedly the best in Jesolo.

31/08/2025: I go into the bar and buy a water. The owner with a mean look stops me and says, "Hey, where did you get that water?" I answer, "At the bar," and he asks, "Did you buy it?" I'm perplexed and say, "Yes." After I said yes, not happy, my chest puffed out, he was coming towards me with a stern face and asking, "Are we sure?" I wink, speechless, shrug my shoulders and tell him, look at the cashier... the cashier looks at him and nods as if to say yes, he paid me... I left with a nervous look.

12/04/2026: One star because it can't be given less. I stopped to eat ice cream at this ice cream shop. The place is very dirty and the staff is rude. Avoid it.

23/10/2025: I'd take the chocolate tour. I didn't like it here. I thought it was made with water because it was so runny. When I asked, they assured me it was made with milk. It tasted like the chocolate from some vending machines. I wasn't satisfied at all. The coffee was good, as was the cappuccino. The croissants were good. 🙂 Disappointed with the chocolate tour. 😒 However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. We hope they'll be more customer-friendly in the future... the only positive was the impeccable cleanliness of the room.

10/10/2025: We cannot fully recommend the Hotel Ettoral. The hotel is also unsuitable as a base for day trips to Venice. Considering the price, the rooms and the breakfast buffet are generally fine, but we initially had a room where the air conditioning didn't work. We therefore politely asked the elderly lady at the reception desk for a room with a functioning air conditioning. The reaction was astonishing: Instead of a quick and uncomplicated room change, the employee began a general reckoning with us as guests, which culminated in a ten-minute monologue full of prejudices and unfounded insinuations, resembling an inquisition. She repeatedly lost her composure, shouted at us, and left us with an overall impression of being overwhelmed, possibly frustrated, but above all, highly unprofessional. This disconcerting experience, the reasons for which remain unclear to this day, left a lasting negative impression. Since I myself work in the hospitality industry, I felt compelled to inform the travel agent Booking/Agoda about this seemingly unstable incident.
