I organized a lunch to celebrate my daughter's graduation...two waiters in the entire restaurant (who were also very good) served us an hour late (the rooms were full). Our table alone had 20 people. Total disappointment, even with the food. Never again.

14/06/2026: I went there with my family for a pizza, and as soon as we entered, the waiter cursed in Venetian dialect about the noise in the room, even though it wasn't fully booked. The wait was 1 hour for the pizza, 20 minutes for dessert, and another 10 minutes at the cash register for the bill, where the elderly owner (the only one in charge) never showed up. The food was average, but 3 stars for the folklore.

The highlight is definitely the staff: extremely kind, smiling, helpful, and always attentive. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

19/07/2026: Very nice, mid-size camp. Great location, directly on a sandy beach, in a historic fishermans small town (Sottomarina). Within walking distance (30 min) to other very nice historic small town (Chioggia). Staff friendly and helpful. At the reception all speaking English. Sanitary facilities functional and maintained. However, most WC were not European standard (sitting), only squatting, which is a problem for me (as i am not able to squat due to my knee surgery). There are trees in the camping area, however provide only a little shade. Wide sandy beach with very shallow entrance to the sea.

15/07/2026: Magnificent. The negative reviews are very old, dating back to the previous management. With this new management, the campsite is very well maintained. Of course, there are always a few critters, but that's perfectly normal because you're surrounded by nature. The swimming pool is magnificent, fantastic. There's a small pool for children (0.65m deep) with mini slides for them, and a larger pool (1.45m deep) for older children and adults. It's always well-maintained and there's a lifeguard on duty whenever the pool is open. The beach is very clean, and you're provided with a parasol and beach chairs for the duration of your stay. We rented a mobile home, which was great, with air conditioning and a balcony with a table and chairs. I highly recommend it.

01/02/2026: We arrived at 9pm without a reservation. The atmosphere was intimate and the bathrooms were spotless. We ate very well and paid a fair price. We'll be back soon. Thank you.

08/07/2026: The square is excellent, but the bread used for the bruschetta leaves much to be desired, and it's not appetizing. The service is self-service.

05/07/2026: Desperate for not finding a single place to eat at 10 PM on a Saturday night, we came here because we were drawn to the bright atmosphere. Since it's on a busy waterfront street, and seeing the extensive menu, I gave it a try. We ordered bruschetta and a Margherita pizza by the slice (both very good). Prices were average for a seaside location, although when it's crowded, a table isn't always guaranteed. We had to wait both to order and for our food to arrive, but considering the number of people, we expected that. The place is clean, and the doors are open, so it's not fresh, but there are TVs for football matches.

09/07/2026: Perfect choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner (like we did 😅) while in Chioggia. The food is extraordinary delicious and the service outstanding, you feel like you belong to the family.

05/07/2026: The pizza is average in terms of variety, flavor, and price. I don't understand why they serve them on boxes instead of plates like at all the other pizzerias. The spritz (they give you peanuts and olives) and cicchetti are good. The owner is kind and helpful. The place is located on a busy central street in Chioggia, near a bridge. But the wooden tables and chairs are wobbly, small, and uncomfortable.

02/05/2026: It was my first time here and I was very disappointed. We booked a table, they made us wait 10 minutes to seat us, and they put us in a bar-style setting! The food was terrible. The bathrooms were awful, and the price was ridiculous for the quality of the food. Moreover, when we paid, they didn't even ask if everything was okay, otherwise I would have told them to their face. Anyway, it's the first and last time they'll see me.
