03/06/2025: We had dinner on Saturday night, in the outdoor area. The environment is nice (nothing luxurious) and well kept, there is a nice green space around. The food is good, nothing sublime but in line with the price you pay in the end (the appetizer, the fried food, the gnocchi with scallops and the spaghetti le saline were good; the spaghetti with clams and the grilled cuttlefish that were not cleaned well were less good). The negative notes refer to a slight difference in treatment compared to the regular customers, to the menu that they brought us but which has very few dishes written so basically you order by hearing what the waitress says without knowing the prices, but they refer above all to the service which is decidedly inadequate. The dishes were brought while the previous ones were still on the table, they took away the cutlery without replacing them, they brought the first courses at different times, the waitress didn't know if the sorbet was alcoholic or non-alcoholic and so on... I pointed this out to a lady who came to ask how it was going (maybe she was the owner) and she responded with a smile saying eh the girl is new... Surely the girl was perhaps at one of the first evenings but the fault lies mainly with the person who has to manage it and doesn't do it well, certainly not hers.

11/06/2025: This restaurant was very good. We went there last night and I feel like I have to leave a good review because it was so excellent. The service was very good, especially the waiter we had. He was very polite. He was also very cute. I asked him his name, and he said it was Andreas (I don't know if that's spelled right). He seemed very nice and hardworking, and I KNOW he was cute, so I left him a present I made under a couple coins.
11/06/2025: The best and most authentic restaurant in all of Venice without a doubt! Very small place, I recommend booking, the typical dishes are all delicious, there is a menu formula that includes appetizers, first and second courses. All exceptional especially the fish lasagna. Definitely worth a try if you are in Venice

03/10/2024: I took two pizzas and found them too burnt, good dough, hard crust, couldn't eat ham, too salty, half the pizza was eaten, half had to be thrown away, it's not the first time this has happened, already the third time.

03/06/2025: I intend this review to be taken as constructive criticism.
A very nice place, next to La Fenice, where you can have a drink before the show.
The customer service is terrible. There was a new waiter, who was having a really bad time. I don't think he had much help and no one had explained anything to him.
They treated us like tourists, just to collect our money for terrible service.
We waited 25 minutes for a cocktail and couldn't eat anything because they didn't serve us well. In total, we waited 45 minutes.
Basically, they ignored us, even though the restaurant was practically empty at that time. When it was time to pay, we tried to tell them we hadn't eaten, and the bartender (who came very quickly to collect the money)
just said, "Yes, yes, ma'am, yes, it's €28, yes, yes, €28"… completely ignoring us, and with terrible treatment and manner of addressing us, a shame.
Venice is a city that thrives on tourism, and everyone can have a bad day, but you have to treat customers with a minimum of politeness and professionalism, and not treat them solely to make money, thinking another tourist will come later. That's what makes places die of success.
I don't usually write negative reviews of places, but I really felt bad there. I think the beautiful place could be managed differently.
Thankfully, when I entered the Opera House and saw the beauty of the theater and the performance, I forgot everything else.

02/05/2025: Una pasticceria storica stupenda ma con il personale altamente maleducato che preferisce i clienti amici ai clienti non amici. Eravamo già dentro in attesa di un saluto e di un 'prego cosa desiderate' che sono entrati altri clienti quindi dopo di noi con i quali, la signora, ha iniziato ad interagire scherzando e ciaccolando oltre che a servirli prima di noi che eravamo li come dei fantasmi.
Una maleducazione ed un servizio pessimo, sicuramente non ci vedrete e vi aiuterò con la pubblicità.

01/06/2025: I came here last year when I was traveling with my family, and then again this year by myself. The staff were so friendly and patient. The desserts are of a great variety and of all the ones we tried they were really good. Not too sweet or heavy as other Italian ones I’d say, and the price is decent!

25/05/2025: Nice place, patient, professional and helpful waiters, a pizza chef who was a little unprofessional and disrespectful towards his fellow waiters due to misunderstandings, but despite this, a pleasant environment.

Polite and quick staff.
Returning to the pizza, the only criticism is the price... of all the pizzas, the Margherita 10 euros perhaps a little high... not justified by the context.

17/06/2025: Molta cortesia da parte del personale di sala; antipasto con bruschette saporite offerte dalla casa. Primi di pesce, frittura mista e pizza di buona qualità unite alla splendida posizione del ristorante sul lungomare hanno fatto si che questo ristorante mi abbia lasciato un buon ricordo di sé!
