24/04/2026: It's finally reopened!!! As always, the pizza is excellent, and the staff is friendly and quick! I also recommend trying the house digestif.

12/04/2026: I was there 12 or 13 years ago, and I have to say I remembered the experience at this restaurant very well. :) We were guests of friends today for a communion, and everything was perfect from the start, with the welcome aperitif, to the end, with the dessert. Impeccable service, always accompanied by kindness, courtesy, and a smile. We'll definitely be back. Thank you :)

05/05/2026: Truly a wonderful place at the foot of the Caorle lagoon... Very quiet, where you can eat really well, with excellent fresh fish... Good bottled wines... Really excellent local Sauvignon Blanc... Recommended... Compliments to the owners and all the staff...

10/05/2026: Traditional Venetian cuisine, simple and well-prepared. Solid wine list; the Soave Classico from Pieropan is highly recommended.

29/04/2026: What an enjoyable last dinner in Florence before we head back home. From start to finish the service was attentive, exceptional, and they put you at ease. We enjoyed the amuse bouche and our ravioli and filet of sole mains and had to leave room for dessert. The food was beautifully presented and as appealing to the eye as it was to the taste buds. Thank you Osteria da Fiore for making our last meal in Venice so memorable!

22/09/2025: Bad taste, stale meat and really bad pasta. High prices for this. I really don't recommend it.

16/09/2025: Three for service only because the waiter sets the table for five, as we have a baby in a stroller. As soon as we point out that there are four of us (the baby wasn't eating), he angrily tells us, "Never mind, you're five." At which point we accepted (remember, in Italy you pay a cover charge). In the end, it was a lovely evening. The food was excellent.

15/12/2025: I ordered a crepe with Nutella. It was completely inedible. Extremely tough, I had to chew and chew to get a bite of it. The Nutella had odd dry chunky bits in it, as if it had been heated in a microwave several times, then stored and then heated, etc. Other things may be ok, but the crepe was terrible.

11/11/2025: I tried pizza for the first time and was really pleased! I placed my order over the phone, and the person who answered (she seemed young) was very kind and professional. The delivery man, Mattia, arrived quickly and punctually at the requested time, and was truly polite and courteous in his treatment of the customer. The pizza was delicious, with a superb dough! I will definitely order again, highly recommended!

30/10/2025: The Friday the 13th pizza was amazing. Nothing more to add. Mic drop.

30/11/2025: It must be said that if the name is Osteria CICCHETTERIA, but at 1 pm on Saturday they ran out of cicchetti (which are also part of the menu!), perhaps something in the kitchen organization needs rethinking?! The pairing of mantecati was good, even if the slices of bread that accompanied them (along with the polenta) seemed more like stale bread than bruschetta. The bavette allo scoglio came with the spaghetti!!... the flavor of the sauce was good. The outdoor tables are a bit crowded for my taste, but that's always a welcome touch on a beautiful sunny day. The service was inattentive: they got the wrong delivery to the table and it seemed like it was our fault!!! (Given that there was no need to blame anyone!!!). Definitely an experience we won't repeat.

02/05/2026: Unfortunately the waitress was rude (and not entirely lucid) and didn't let us eat because we were a large group (10 people, and those who ordered before us were 8), I'm sorry because the menu is worth it, but the staff isn't.

11/04/2026: Homemade, but hearty! Very good cicchetti, even spritzes, and very kind girls/boys! By the way, they're not expensive at all!

11/03/2026: A very cute and intimate place, with affordable prices. He made us custom dishes like cicchetti and some variations on the main dishes, with great patience and excellent results. Highly recommended!

09/05/2026: Tourist trap - service was fine, food was bad across the board. Calamari was chewy. Margherita pizza was just regular pizza. Gnocchi tasted like out of a box. Duped by the 4.5 stars on google. Skip this place

05/02/2026: Nando and Paola are a sure thing! Even after a long time without seeing them, they remember you like it was yesterday, and their service is attentive, courteous, but never intrusive! The dishes are traditional, excellent, and well-cooked, served simply and full of flavor! I definitely recommend them!

28/11/2025: “I was there a few days ago and forgot my fanny pack. I returned hours later and it was still there. The staff, especially the girl who helped me, were incredibly honest and responsible. The place is quiet, very clean, and reasonably priced. Thank you for the excellent service!” I will definitely go back every time I visit Venice!!!

27/04/2026: I chose this restaurant based on its very good reviews and was unfortunately very disappointed. While the service was attentive, the three of us didn't manage to eat a single dish together; everything was served with significant delays. I wanted to cancel the main course because it was already too late for me to eat, as we had a reservation for 7:30 pm. The main course wasn't served until 9:30 pm. Our wine was never refilled, and it was presented in a tacky plastic bucket, presumably meant to be funny. The three of us were seated at a table for two, even though I had reserved a week in advance, and we were practically ignored. Not a word of apology was offered after they realized our mood had soured due to their disregard and unprofessional service. There are countless, far cheaper restaurants in the area. The price-performance ratio is completely out of whack! I can't think of a single positive thing to say about Bacaro La Baia dei Porci.

27/04/2026: We've become regular guests and have never been disappointed! The atmosphere is intimate, warm, and welcoming, informal yet refined and elegant at the same time. The ingredients are top-quality, the fish is incredibly fresh, expertly prepared, and with the utmost respect. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and ready to meet all of their guests' needs. They're exceptional in every way! Even the bread bag selection! And last but not least... pets are more than welcome...welcome, well-liked, and warmly welcomed! Thank you! <3 Highly recommended!!!!!
