19/10/2025: I was there 30 years ago. It was very good then, as it is now.

18/10/2025: The food is very, very, very delicious, and the service is truly great. I'm happy every October that it's still open, and sad in April that it's still closed. Even if I go there three days in a row, I always find something particularly good to eat. It never gets boring; the presentation of the food alone is a feast for the eyes.

17/01/2026: I often visit this pastry shop, where both the sweet and savory treats are excellent and very fresh. The staff is professional and courteous. This pastry shop is worth trying at least once!

15/01/2026: We liked to stop by inside this bakery during our stay. They have a little tea room (around 8-10 seats) where you can enjoy hot chocolate / chai / coffee and their pastries. I personally loved their blueberry biscuits as they reminded me what I used to eat in my childhood in France around the 2000's 🥹🫶 staff is nice!

05/01/2026: I discovered this location today...and believe me....all the stars I give are absolutely deserved...the table staff, Mr. Michele...absolutely professional...attentive and fast...unsurpassed service...a true pit stop in terms of zero wait time....the owner Luciano has created a staff of value...historic place...40 years of absolute professionalism...I leave satisfied...and SERIOUSLY intent on returning!! Truly an excellence in this Venetian paradise!! Top!!

11/12/2025: Overall disappointing. We opted for the nine-course tasting menu. The dishes weren't bad, but they weren't up to par for the price. They were rather bland or uninteresting, and often lacked balance and execution.

06/01/2026: THE BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT IN THE WHOLE VENETO REGION! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH. I've tried so many and traveled to India, and the flavor of the dishes at Bombay Spice is definitely the closest to authentic Indian cuisine. I'm always happy to return, thank you all!

01/10/2025: Huge place for kids, no receipt (and who said you didn't get a receipt? The idea was that it was a place for kids, but not the receipt (i.e., expensive for the food/ambience-price ratio). Around us, there were only tables full of kids, who were also toasting noisily).

16/09/2025: We were here again on September 15th, and the food was very good, as always. Unfortunately, the young blonde waitress seemed to have lost the desire to be friendly. It's a shame, because good food also requires friendly service. A simple "please" when the food arrives would have been enough. The ladies, who have been here for a while, were friendly as always.

28/12/2025: Highly recommended and stands out from the many average ice cream parlors in Venice. I had "Panettone" and Dubai Chocolate, and both flavors were excellent!

09/10/2025: We wanted to eat near the campsite and found Ristorante Alla Fattoria. As the reviews indicate, we were very satisfied; everything was "top-notch." We will eat here again at our next opportunity.

10/10/2025: It's become a weekly staple... so I can never give up my rare picanha... accompanied by the legendary chimichurri!! Lunches are sometimes busier than others, but I can only compliment these guys, watching them rush to avoid disappointing their customers! It's been said that no one wants to do these jobs anymore, but these guys really give it their all!! Hats off to these guys!

04/02/2026: The spaghetti with clams was perfect. Al dente and it tasted of garlic and the lagoon. I devoured most of the clams before starting on the pasta. The pasta did not disappoint. The lemon tart got rave reviews from a dining companion. I skipped that in favor of a sharp, slightly sweet glass of grappa. By this time we were well past the stated hours and I was sure that the one guy that I saw running the whole restaurant was ready to kick us out but no, he came back with a round of limoncello and Italian cookies. Keep in mind that this is Venice. You're not likely to find tomato sauces or pizza. You also won't find the food from Milano, Torino or other northern Italian food giants. Venice has always lived by the sea. It is mostly inside the Adriatic Sea.

30/01/2026: Wow. Great place with amazingly fresh pasta dishes. Perfect place if you are going to the Vivaldi concert or the Guggenheim Museum.

11/01/2026: The food was very tasty, unpretentious, freshly cooked. The service was very friendly. The restaurant is popular by local people and we loved the atmosphaire. Last but not least, toilets were clean. We will come back for sure.
