The place is quiet, very clean, and reasonably priced. Thank you for the excellent service!” I will definitely go back every time I visit Venice!!!

05/04/2026: While staying in Mestre on vacation, we decided to eat something other than Venetian cicchetti, or tramezzini. The restaurant is right in the center of Mestre, so you can stroll through the main streets from the door. The menu is incredibly inviting and varied, from burgers to more unusual dishes. We had the chickpea hummus, a beef tartare served with a pecorino cream, and a sliced ​​picanha steak. The dishes were delicious and of very high quality, especially the meats. Adequate prices, a welcoming atmosphere, and extremely friendly staff. Congratulations!!

04/04/2026: So far, the best restaurant I've eaten at in Venice, specifically in the Mestre area. Good value, good food, and good service. Some restaurants in Venice should take note; you can eat well without spending a fortune. Highly recommended.

11/05/2026: Cozy place, friendly staff, very tasty pasta with seafood. We came by chance, because we rented apartments nearby, but we didn't regret it for a second! I haven't tasted tastier pasta.

29/04/2026: What an enjoyable last dinner in Florence before we head back home. From start to finish the service was attentive, exceptional, and they put you at ease. We enjoyed the amuse bouche and our ravioli and filet of sole mains and had to leave room for dessert. The food was beautifully presented and as appealing to the eye as it was to the taste buds. Thank you Osteria da Fiore for making our last meal in Venice so memorable!

22/09/2025: Bad taste, stale meat and really bad pasta. High prices for this. I really don't recommend it.

16/09/2025: Three for service only because the waiter sets the table for five, as we have a baby in a stroller. As soon as we point out that there are four of us (the baby wasn't eating), he angrily tells us, "Never mind, you're five." At which point we accepted (remember, in Italy you pay a cover charge). In the end, it was a lovely evening. The food was excellent.

30/11/2025: It must be said that if the name is Osteria CICCHETTERIA, but at 1 pm on Saturday they ran out of cicchetti (which are also part of the menu!), perhaps something in the kitchen organization needs rethinking?! The pairing of mantecati was good, even if the slices of bread that accompanied them (along with the polenta) seemed more like stale bread than bruschetta. The bavette allo scoglio came with the spaghetti!!... the flavor of the sauce was good. The outdoor tables are a bit crowded for my taste, but that's always a welcome touch on a beautiful sunny day. The service was inattentive: they got the wrong delivery to the table and it seemed like it was our fault!!! (Given that there was no need to blame anyone!!!). Definitely an experience we won't repeat.

09/05/2026: Tourist trap - service was fine, food was bad across the board. Calamari was chewy. Margherita pizza was just regular pizza. Gnocchi tasted like out of a box. Duped by the 4.5 stars on google. Skip this place

05/02/2026: Nando and Paola are a sure thing! Even after a long time without seeing them, they remember you like it was yesterday, and their service is attentive, courteous, but never intrusive! The dishes are traditional, excellent, and well-cooked, served simply and full of flavor! I definitely recommend them!

11/11/2025: I tried pizza for the first time and was really pleased! I placed my order over the phone, and the person who answered (she seemed young) was very kind and professional. The delivery man, Mattia, arrived quickly and punctually at the requested time, and was truly polite and courteous in his treatment of the customer. The pizza was delicious, with a superb dough! I will definitely order again, highly recommended!

30/10/2025: The Friday the 13th pizza was amazing. Nothing more to add. Mic drop.

15/12/2025: I ordered a crepe with Nutella. It was completely inedible. Extremely tough, I had to chew and chew to get a bite of it. The Nutella had odd dry chunky bits in it, as if it had been heated in a microwave several times, then stored and then heated, etc. Other things may be ok, but the crepe was terrible.

27/04/2026: I chose this restaurant based on its very good reviews and was unfortunately very disappointed. While the service was attentive, the three of us didn't manage to eat a single dish together; everything was served with significant delays. I wanted to cancel the main course because it was already too late for me to eat, as we had a reservation for 7:30 pm. The main course wasn't served until 9:30 pm. Our wine was never refilled, and it was presented in a tacky plastic bucket, presumably meant to be funny. The three of us were seated at a table for two, even though I had reserved a week in advance, and we were practically ignored. Not a word of apology was offered after they realized our mood had soured due to their disregard and unprofessional service. There are countless, far cheaper restaurants in the area. The price-performance ratio is completely out of whack! I can't think of a single positive thing to say about Bacaro La Baia dei Porci.

27/04/2026: We've become regular guests and have never been disappointed! The atmosphere is intimate, warm, and welcoming, informal yet refined and elegant at the same time. The ingredients are top-quality, the fish is incredibly fresh, expertly prepared, and with the utmost respect. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and ready to meet all of their guests' needs. They're exceptional in every way! Even the bread bag selection! And last but not least... pets are more than welcome...welcome, well-liked, and warmly welcomed! Thank you! <3 Highly recommended!!!!!

23/09/2025: We had a pizza and a lasagna! Both were very delicious, the waiters were very nice. The food was prepared quickly, we were eating in about 5 minutes after ordering!

05/05/2026: Truly a wonderful place at the foot of the Caorle lagoon... Very quiet, where you can eat really well, with excellent fresh fish... Good bottled wines... Really excellent local Sauvignon Blanc... Recommended... Compliments to the owners and all the staff...

12/05/2026: Negative rating. The staff was unsympathetic. As for the food, the first courses were good, but the fish appetizer didn't seem particularly fresh. Maybe it was Monday, so I ended up with Sunday leftovers. I'll have to reconsider.
