18/04/2026: Definitely the best restaurant I've tried in the last year. Perfect food. I recommend the linguine with shrimp... also try the oysters. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly!

16/04/2026: Excellent experience. The service was very personal, Matteo running the bar & wine with great expertise. Fiona was dedicated and equally a delight to be served by. We went for a birthday dinner and it was our best food & dinner experience in Venice but not the most expensive! The front part of the room is cosy, the back might need some Feng-shui input. Overall top and to be repeated the next time in Venice.

07/06/2026: We dined at this restaurant in March 2026 for a seven-course tasting menu. We greatly appreciated the quality of the locally sourced ingredients and the careful selection of raw materials, in keeping with the philosophy of the restaurant and the chef. Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the quality of the dishes: we asked for wine several times and ended up being served without the opportunity to choose a bottle or speak to the sommelier. Even the simple request for a bread basket created embarrassment and confusion among the dining room staff, who generally seemed disorganized, even when greeting guests (some addressed us informally, others formally, for example). There was also confusion when it came to the bill. The thing that struck us most negatively was the attitude of the chef in the dining room, who wasn't always polite towards the waiters and waitresses, who, despite the disorganization, were always kind and smiling. We found the dishes to be truly excellent and meticulously prepared, which is why we're giving them 4 stars. However, some mix-ups and misunderstandings made the evening less enjoyable than we'd expected.

23/03/2026: We stayed one night at Relais Do Ciacole and were impressed by the beauty of the property and the excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, our night was disturbed by an intermittent noise from the convector heater, which prevented us from getting a proper night's sleep. ​However, we would like to highlight the management's extreme professionalism: after we reported the technical problem, the staff was understanding and promptly provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. It's rare to find a property so attentive to guests, even in the face of unexpected events. 17/02/2026: Beautiful Surprising and immense Can you give 30,000 stars??? The kindness and helpfulness are disarming The size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the comfort in the bathroom—in short, everything was beautiful. They surprised me for Valentine's Day. It was beautiful.

07/05/2026: Honestly, I didn't find the food quality great. I think the pasta is the cheapest available, and the grated cheese has no flavor whatsoever. It's not quality cheese; it tastes old. It was grated today and eaten in 10 days. For the service, I gave it a 3 because I wanted to test the staff's respect for the customer, including the kitchen staff. The result was something no customer would ever expect. I asked if it was possible to have a larger first course, and they said yes, of course. The result was poorer. "How soon can you get it?" For the second course, I ordered the steak and specified that I wanted it well done. Well, it arrived so bloody that I couldn't eat it. As for the ambiance, it's a nice place, but the rest leaves something to be desired.

03/06/2026: The entire hotel is modern and tastefully furnished. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer plenty of room. The free parking spaces directly at the hotel are particularly convenient. Some parking spaces are arranged one behind the other, so you should leave your car keys at reception so that staff can move vehicles if needed. Breakfast is offered as a classic continental breakfast with a good selection. The large breakfast area provides ample space. Another plus is the partnership with Area 5 beach. Hotel guests receive two sun loungers and a parasol free of charge every day. It's advisable to mention this at check-in. Sun loungers can also be conveniently reserved directly on the beach for the entire duration of your stay. The hotel restaurant is also highly recommended. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on meals. The excellent cuisine deserves special mention – the dishes were consistently delicious and of high quality. Overall, a very well-maintained hotel with good service and attractive additional amenities. A clear recommendation for a holiday in Bibione.

06/06/2026: An exceptional place, an unexpected discovery! A Spanish chiriguito, immersed in the '60s, where you can disconnect from everything. It's a place that invites you to be in the present. The food options aren't extensive, but they're spectacular! You can see the attention to detail in the preparation, but also the desire to be a little daring while maintaining simplicity. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like a regular. Highly recommended! I hope to return.

27/09/2025: Very good hotel with friendly staff and delicious food. The breakfast is sensational. The dinner is also very varied and highly recommended. The hotel is located about 800 meters from the center, right on the beach. A lovely walk.

24/09/2025: Two of us stayed at this hotel at the beginning of September. The staff are very friendly, speak German, and are happy to help at any time. Check-in itself was straightforward, but the parking lot is about 2 km away (the parking lot directly at the hotel was already full). You drop off your luggage at the hotel, drive to the parking lot, and are then returned by shuttle. If you want to leave during your stay, you can let reception know you want to pick up your car, get a key for the parking gate, and ride your bike to the parking lot and leave it there until you return the car and cycle back to the hotel. Our room was a bit small, but otherwise very nice and had a wonderful sea view. The safe, air conditioning, and refrigerator were another plus. The room could have been a bit cleaner (a few hairs on the bed and in the refrigerator weren't great, and the bathroom isn't quite as new), but overall it was okay. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer: two coffee machines with various coffee varieties, a juicer and teas, a selection of ham and cheese, fruit and vegetables, pasta and sweets, scrambled eggs, and spreads. It was also delicious. The hotel's private beach is directly across the street and is equipped with loungers and umbrellas – two loungers and one umbrella are reserved per room. Please be aware that the hotel is located directly on the street, where there are several bars and restaurants, so it can get a bit noisy in the evenings. All in all, we really liked the hotel and would book there again.
