The salmon tagliatelle was super fresh and delicious, and the Bolognese tasted like a genuine, heartfelt family recipe, just like the chef’s nonna used to make. We finished our meal with a perfect tiramisu. A truly wonderful dining experience, highly recommended!
09/08/2026: A very warm and friendly welcome, and excellent food! Just like last year, everything was perfect again this year. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

27/08/2026: Beware of this tourist trap, especially the Milanese escalope. It should have been left off the menu; it looked like something microwaved for a school cafeteria. Also, it was very expensive for the quality of the cocktails and the mediocre meal. 107 euros for two cocktails, one Milanese escalope, and one seafood pasta dish. Only the location was good.

It's a shame about the pasta, which tastes precooked.
The desserts are also very good.

14/08/2026: The dishes met my expectations in terms of taste and presentation. However, for a restaurant of this caliber, the bread should be fresh; it was dry and there were no accompaniments. For the price, there's room for improvement. On the other hand, the view is magnificent, and the location is quiet and somewhat removed from the crowds of Venice, which is a plus.

13/07/2026: Arriving at 2:15 pm, I asked a waitress if we could have lunch. She responded with a huff, which annoyed her, and she said no given the time. The kitchen was closed. Why does the directions on Google say 3 pm at the latest, and why doesn't it specify that lunch is served until 2 pm while the bar is open until 3 pm? The directions on Google are misleading. Given the unprofessional welcome, I don't think I'll ever stop at this place again. The waitress and the owner of the Gambero restaurant were very kind, and did everything they could to accommodate us. It wasn't possible given the time, but we appreciated the kindness and professionalism. WELL DONE.

01/06/2026: We stayed two nights at this unfamiliar hotel and had a great time.
The location is perfect, just a few meters from Piazza Mazzini and 200 meters from the sea. The rooms are modern, clean, and tastefully furnished.
Breakfast was varied and more than satisfactory.
The staff was quick to accommodate our requests, and the owner was very kind in recommending cycling routes. We'll gladly return.

28/06/2026: If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Venice and have a truly authentic experience, not just a tourist trap, you'll find this small and welcoming restaurant tucked away in a narrow alley. There, the wonderful and lively Betty, a true Venetian, will guide you through her seasonal menu. The service and attention were spectacular; we'll definitely be back!
13/06/2026: Very intimate and quiet. Food was very good and flavorful. Ordered the mussels and spaghetti scogliera for 2. Generous amount of seafood in the pasta. Only thing to complain about were the mosquitoes at the outdoor area, but otherwise a memorable dinner.

02/05/2026: Chosen for the play area and extensive menu... Tamara was very kind from the moment we called to make the reservation... even more so once we arrived. We have a two-year-old, and when it was time to eat, Tamara brought us special children's cutlery, an extra plate, a disposable bib, and even a little gift for the little one... Very kind staff, ready and prepared to welcome the children.

22/04/2026: They tried to sell me a pizza that wasn't a hole in it, but a destroyed one, and they had the nerve to tell me they didn't notice the mistake! It's called a scam...never again, a sin because the pizza isn't even bad.

30/06/2026: There's nothing to say about ice cream, but we don't come often and we NEVER find whipped cream! The phrases are always the same: "we don't make it, there's no today, we've run out!" I've never run out of whipped cream in ice cream shops and I travel a lot... and if they're honest they'll admit it! Then this evening we also had guests!! And we often hear no to other ingredients...! Anyway, let's hope for the next ones.
