08/10/2024: Friendly, smiling and helpful staff both at reception and in the breakfast room.

13/09/2024: the room was much too small (approx. 20m²). For our Humd 7.- per night we didn't even provide a water container. Balcony approx. 1 m² suitable for hanging up laundry. Room service - never cleaned - beds not made nicely. Breakfast - 1st week always the same - cheap salami, ham and cheese, the coffee was a disaster. We were told that butter was not available on one day and that it had run out? from 6 a.m. in the morning there is only noise from the street - garbage trucks etc... Some of the staff are unfriendly when you criticize? Walls noisy... not a 4 star hotel for the price. Not recommended... there are worms in the sea that get into your skin and then ignite... Italy is way too expensive...

18/11/2024: Terrible service, called at 6pm for home delivery at 7.30pm. At 8pm we called back to find out where the pizzas were, the girl replied that they were being cooked and would leave in 5 minutes. At 8.23pm we call back to find out where the pizzas are, the boy says they are already on their way. At 8.33pm we called again and at this point the owner responded I presume, saying that she didn't understand why they hadn't arrived, if I was sure I had called the right pizzeria, she couldn't initially find the order and then told me that it had been passed on a short while ago (therefore the reminder to the girl half an hour earlier had failed). That mistakes can happen because they have a lot of work and that next time it's better if we go and pick them up (it was enough to say it at 6pm). The mix-up is understandable, the mockery is not!!!! In all this, the pizzas arrived at 8.40pm with evident hasty preparation and cooking. Disorganization and little respect for the customer!!

24/10/2024: Great pizza, after our Venice tour and train to Mira-Mirano. Great before hitting the highway. Just a few communication problems, as tourists are probably rare here

09/12/2024: Un lugar local de gestión familiar que sirve varios platos de pasta de mariscos y comida veneciana para los dedos, principalmente mariscos en polenta. Los platos eran caseros y delirantes y el ama de casa acompañó todo muy bien.

01/12/2024: In questa frugale osteria il tempo sembra essersi fermato agli anni settanta/ottanta. Nulla è finto o ricreato ma è semplicemente stato mantenuto così com’era quando è nato. C’è un solo primo: tagliolini fatti in casa con condimento a base di pesce da scegliere. Poi tante varianti di cicchetti ancora con pesci e crostacei. Gradevole il modo di servire da parte del gentil gestore; fa tutto lui, supportato dalla signora in cucina. Ambiente semplice ma pulito. Prezzo giusto…. Si esce sazi e rilassati con poco.

11/12/2024: The pandoro bought in this pastry shop was the same as a normal Bauli. A very banal industrial pandoro seems clearly re-wrapped. It's a shame to have wasted €25 on a 750g pandoro.

08/12/2024: Five years ago I gave and then confirmed the maximum score but today I have to change my mind. In particular, the service leaves me perplexed. I asked if the hot chocolate was gluten-free and neither of the two sales assistants serving at the counter knew. But what was worse was the annoyed attitude of the second one to whom I suggested that perhaps it was enough to read the ingredients and this was perhaps costing her too much effort. I know it's gone. A place that doesn't know the product it sells is a very poor quality place in my opinion.

31/10/2024: 10 in the morning. Virtually empty place. At the counter we ask for a coffee and right away the boy at the counter replies in an unkind manner that he is alone (and I understand this) and that if we are in a hurry he would invite us to go somewhere else (I don't understand this). Since my mother has mobility problems, we sit down, deciding to wait but... he begins to serve the people who arrived AFTER us and placed in front of the counter. When I pointed out to him that we would have the right of way, he started yelling and telling us to leave. Anyone who isn't capable of doing this job shouldn't be behind the counter!

18/07/2024: A cuddle in the center of Mogliano 🥐💕 Excellent service provided by friendly, kind and attentive staff. Very good brioches and served hot. I also really appreciated the glass of water served with the coffee and the beautiful location. Price more than fair. Absolutely recommended place!

02/09/2024: Wir haben mehrmals das Restaurant besucht und waren immer sehr begeistert. Pizzas, Nudelgerichte und auch die Getränke waren immer ausgezeichnet und auf sehr hohem Niveau. Alles frisch zubereitet, die Portionen genügen auch für den großen Hunger. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und gut organisiert! Wir kommen wieder!

21/08/2024: Pranzo eccellente. Capesante e Spaghetti all'astice davvero deliziosi. Materia prima ottima. Location rilassante. Piatti eccezionali.

21/08/2024: Prices not showed or hidden (I wonder if it’s legal), so finally (unless you’re not local) you pay a lot. Moreover, one of the most unpolite staff ever met. I left everything and went away.

22/12/2024: Osteria near the La Fenice theatre. Great location. Friendly staff. However, the place needs to be looked after more, just like the food. The service at 12 percent of the bill is not understandable.

22/12/2024: To flee! Frozen meals without any flavor, we didn't even finish our plates. In addition, the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves something to be desired, with the additional smell of the toilets which fills the room.

26/06/2024: When we sat down inside, no waitress came to ask us what we wanted to have, we had to go to the counter to ask, one of the girls was very pissed off, definitely the owner and she answered without even looking at us, most likely she was having a bad day...to be appreciated only the sandwiches, very good and lots of choice!
