24/08/2026: Nice beach terrible service and overpriced. Did not enjoy the restaurant experience, everything took very long, they took long to give us the menu, drinks, food, even cutlery. Many people walked off without paying. There was a rude worker who threatened to call the police on my friends and I, after we asked for the bill twice and complained about the service and asked for a discount. Just for asking for a discount, he said we don’t deserve it and said he will call the police if we don’t pay. We were always going to pay we just thought the service was absolutely terrible. I don’t recommend.

24/08/2026: Unfortunately, with such rudeness at the bar and restaurant, everything else fades into the background. Food without forks, and they yell at me because I ask how to cut burrata without a knife.

18/08/2026: Unfriendly. In fact, very unpleasant. They couldn't even say hello. We hadn't made a reservation, so they ignored us even though we wanted to book for the next day. Terrible businesspeople.

07/08/2026: Total disappointment. We ate at this location 3 years ago and were very satisfied, we couldn't wait to go back. We passed by and the place was closed until 06.08. so we made a reservation online on the website found on Google that had pictures, the correct address, for the first day when it was open at 20:00. I received a message at the end that the reservation would be processed, but no clear confirmation. I said that it was their first day after the holidays and people had forgotten, so at around 19:30 we showed up there. We were greeted coldly, asked about the reservation and when we told them that yes we had made it online they asked for confirmation. This is where the fun begins, a lady appears who hears us speaking Romanian and tells us, with a Moldovan accent, that we'd better admit that we didn't make a reservation and they'll find us a table for 2, so pity, if we got there, on the terrace at 34 degrees, not in the restaurant because it was full. So we're seeing each other for the first time in our lives and the lady calls us liars and tells us to be grateful if we get something from the Pope, she also says that the restaurant's website is managed by her son and there's no way he could have made a reservation without her knowing. I go online, access the website, as I said, with pictures of the restaurant, with the menu, with the chef's picture, and she tells me that it's a fake website, so the son is a weak IT guy if he didn't realize this and didn't solve it. After that, what can I say, eat in those conditions, when everyone looks at you like a beggar. Most of the menu is fish and seafood, so if you are not a fan, don't go. However, the place was crowded with locals, so the food is good, to their taste. We were disappointed and they ruined our evening, and for more money than elsewhere.

24/07/2026: We spent two evenings here, and the food was excellent both times. We tried Pomodoro pasta, Spaghetti Carbonara, and pizza, and everything was delicious. I especially recommend the El Cason pizza. The staff were friendly, and we will definitely come back on our next visit to Venice.

14/06/2026: A wonderful discovery by chance in Burano! Drawn in by a sign for artisanal ice cream, we went in without much of a wait… and what a surprise! The ice cream was simply excellent, probably the best of our entire trip: flavorful, perfectly balanced, and with a truly homemade taste. A place we highly recommend if you're ever on the island!

21/07/2026: Lack of professionalism, I'm truly sorry. A cake was ordered, a fruit tart for 8/10 people, they presented me with a cake for at least 20, the answer was "to cut the slices bigger" ... I had asked for a writing on the top of the cake, they did it on two inedible pink ribbons, when even a donkey knows that there should be no inedible parts on a cake, the first rule they teach you in pastry shops. I suggested they write on a wafer, or a slab of chocolate or on top of sugar paste, but no, they didn't want anything. They weighed it, asking me a full 70 euros, I didn't want to believe it, 70 euros for a cake whose size and more was not what I had asked for. I was advised not to pay for it and leave it there but I preferred not to make a fuss and pay but it was a pure and simple theft. I'm sorry but you will never see me again. You don't do it like that, you have to be serious about your work. Unfortunately for you, I am in the industry as I am a chef in a famous restaurant in Padua, as soon as I saw the cake I understood that something was wrong.

12/07/2026: The waiter (I suspect he's the manager) is incredibly rude. The service is awful, with rude comments and angry gestures. It seems he really dislikes tourists… even though he depends on them for his livelihood. Never again!

26/01/2026: Absolutely fantastic, highly recommended, especially when they have delicious fritters—the best I've ever tasted! I recommend the pistachio one, and of course the sabayone cream one is spectacular. Ricardo gave us excellent service and was super friendly.

17/08/2026: While we're waiting for our order, the supervisor arrives and asks the clerk, pointing with his finger, if it was our order. He takes the tray from under our eyes and, he says, takes it elsewhere. Zero customer service, poor food, and a mall-like atmosphere. There's another McDonald's a few meters away; I recommend moving there, it's definitely better! Terrible.

17/08/2026: Terrible experience. We were served by Angela, who should seriously consider changing jobs; dealing with customers isn't her thing. Extremely rude and lazy. She literally throws the receipt in your face. Better to go somewhere else for a break.

25/01/2026: Spending €30 for a pizza and a drink is ridiculous, not to mention the quality of the products. It's a real shame because the place would be really nice.

04/01/2026: Went today, January 4, 2026, for lunch. We booked at 1:00 PM and were seated at 1:05 PM. So far, everything was fine. After 15 minutes, the menu was given, another 20 minutes later, the drinks order, and at 1:35 PM, we ordered food. 2 pizzas 1 slice of beef 1 fried fish 2 baked potatoes. A very long wait... The dishes arrive: - Perfect pizzas, hot and good. - Sliced ​​steak (more like a steak) very cold. - Fried fish hot and VERY good (but with a slice of cold polenta from the fridge). - 2 COLD baked potatoes. Otherwise, everything was fine. Prices are not low but acceptable. Absolutely poor service, except for the owner who kindly brought us drinks. I recommend training the girls and/or changing them. The place overall deserves better, and I want to return to see if there are any changes. I didn't complain to the owner so as not to cause a fuss since I was with my son and his girlfriend.

19/08/2026: Great little restaurant at the foot of the (leaning 🤭) church tower and right on the river! They serve excellent pasta! And the cocktails are great too! The service is efficient and friendly! And they speak good English for tourists! I highly recommend it!
