11/12/2025: What a wonderful discovery! The dishes were so well-crafted, we didn't miss the restaurants we'd tried in Japan at all—quite the opposite. The tasting menu is well-balanced and allows you to try multiple dishes on the menu. Highly recommended. Kudos to the lovely owners and staff; we'll definitely be back.

01/12/2025: Aji - Japanese Restaurant offers the incredible privilege of transporting your taste buds directly to the land of the Rising Sun, forgetting for a few hours that you're in the Vicenza area. The passion that the two owners, Francesca and Giulio, convey is evident in every dish. I came here for the first time with my partner for her birthday, and we tried the Wagyu tasting. It was the perfect choice. Every dish we were lucky enough to try truly wowed us. The Ramen, in particular, was sublime, a practically perfect balance of flavors with no one ingredient overpowering the other. To top it all off, I also enjoyed the sake tasting, which, thanks to a coherent and thoughtful pairing, made the experience even more complete and enjoyable. All this was topped off by Francesca's kindness and ever-gracious presence, with whom we even had the opportunity to chat a little after dinner in the shop area, where you can find rare gems of carefully selected Japanese craftsmanship—another sign of the profound passion and respect these two wonderful people have for this incredible country. If you haven't already been, treat yourself and spend an evening at Aji. We had such a great time that by the time we paid, we already booked for next time. 10/03/2026: We dined at this restaurant a few weeks ago and had a truly excellent experience. The place is warm, welcoming, and very well-maintained. The restaurant recently added a truly delicious vegetarian menu. For me, a vegetarian, it was a truly wonderful experience with tasty, light dishes featuring mostly homemade local produce (such as fermented vegetables, kombucha, bread, and jams/mustards). The menu also changes seasonally: this will be a compelling reason to return soon! Dogs are welcome; our dog enjoyed it. Thank you for a lovely evening and excellent dinner.

23/02/2026: A welcoming, modern restaurant with a slightly Scandinavian feel. The menu is incredibly creative and interesting, featuring meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. The pairings are unique and interesting. Homemade pasta, the tortiglioni with wonderful cheese, and the ribs are incredible. Thanks to Nicola and his staff for their warm welcome and top-notch service. Congratulations! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

22/02/2026: Located on a quiet street in the heart of Bassano, the restaurant immediately strikes a welcoming, creative, and modern tone. This impression is further enhanced by the numerous paintings on the walls, featuring explosions of diverse colors, as well as the drawing pencils at every table. I loved the super-inclusive format, offering meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. Another huge plus is the attention to celiac disease (they are AIC certified) and the willingness to recreate most of the menu's dishes gluten-free. The pairings are very unique and interesting. We ordered two rice and spinach gnocchi with saffron (very delicate, perhaps lacking a touch of character, but still delicious) and the celeriac with coconut cream and curry (special). Next time we'll be back to try the rest, especially the desserts, which looked truly amazing. Thanks to Nicola for the welcome and to all the staff, congratulations!

22/01/2026: I discovered this tex-mex restaurant by a coincidence, but it worthed. It's built upon a large area in the countryside, perfect for event organizations. It looks like it is managed very well and rigorously, well decorated and very clean. Delicious tacos and nachos❤️

16/12/2025: A lovely, small but atmospheric place, furnished with recycled items sold at the next-door cooperative. Delicious vegetarian/vegan dishes and desserts, coffee, and drinks. The choice to use local water, served in carafes or glass bottles, is a great one.

28/10/2025: A lovely bar/restaurant located within a social cooperative. Nice atmosphere, informal but well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is good! They also serve sandwiches outside of regular hours.

The food was delicious, high-quality, and the wine list was extensive. The place is intimate and well-decorated, creating a very convivial atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The ingredients are top-notch, including the gnocchi, polenta with gorgonzola and beetroot, and the frittata with spring onions and Morlacco cheese. Highly recommended.
