15/07/2024: Five stars are not enough: This is the best place for vegetarian food in/around Verona! I enjoy my time in Agiturismo Dongili whenever I’m in the area… The place itself, an old villa on a wine hill, is unique. The vegetarian menu is always a delicious experience. Even for those, who are not vegetarian - it is incredible what the chef, Gianluca, can create out of “only” vegetables. (Make sure to save space for the sweets!) And definitely have a drink in the Chiringuito, downside, right at the entrance gate of the property. This is a really refreshing place, especially in the hot summer nights.

05/07/2024: La recensione è per il chiringuito appena sotto al listorante, ai piedi del castello, in location suggestiva, tra le vigne e piante in genere. Un apericena d'estate con 3 panzerotti fritti e un'ottima fetta di torta salata con caponata, due buone birre, spesi 24 euro. Non metto 4 pallini perché l'uso dei bicchieri, davvero eccessivo, di plastica va evitato.

24/07/2024: The lady behind the counter was quite rude. The (one) pancake for €5 was carelessly smeared with jam and was quite tasty, but nowhere near what was shown in the pictures on Google. We left relatively quickly because we didn't feel well. It's a shame, because the idea is nice and the café itself is also beautifully decorated.

24/07/2024: I discovered this place by chance and found it beautiful, clean and welcoming. The owners are kind and explain each dish very well. Advised.

27/08/2024: My parents and I came here on the first night of our holiday, as the outdoor tables felt really atmospheric and beautiful. I had the spaghetti vongole, mum had the beef salad from the specials and my dad had the beef cheek. The food was absolutely delicious, really flavoursome and the server was both funny and incredibly kind. We tried at least four or more places before our last day and honestly nothing compared. So we came back! The second time was just as good. I had the beef ravioli for main and the mussels to start. They were SOO tasty. 100% recommend this place. We were inside the second time and, while it was busier, it was good to watch the hustle and bustle and relax with our wine. Just ignore the stroppy reviews and enjoy the vibes and local food ❤️

27/08/2024: Meat was not of pure quality, far too expensive for what we had received, hard and chewy, staff was friendly but the person in charge was rather surly and unfriendly

29/08/2024: We ordered 3 pizzas, the edges are very fluffy which I personally like in a pizza. I had to quickly change my order because the previous order didn't correspond to what I wanted...so I quickly "skimmed" the pizza menu and ordered the "Buffolina" from the very listless waiter. A baby pizza with ham for our son. As mentioned, pizza had a fluffy edge, but the toppings on the pizza left something to be desired. There were a few halves of small tomatoes on it and 2!!!!!!! Basil leaves (this is explicitly mentioned on the menu! But I don't have to mention that because there are 2 small leaves, right?). In my opinion, a disgrace. Especially when you have seen what other pizzas were topped with - and that was more than enough. The ham pizza for the little one was of course without ham. In terms of taste, yes you can eat it, but you don't have to. We went to the first place we found to eat because the little one was already tired and we were happy that we got a seat right away. However, we won't eat there anymore.

16/08/2024: I would say excellent aperitif, prompt and attentive service, well-tapped draft beer, which nowadays is increasingly rare, the only thing, I would recommend the coasters for the mug, just to avoid getting frustrated drop on trousers. everything else was fine, I recommend it!

19/06/2024: This evening I was for the first time in this small Neapolitan pizzeria, welcoming where upon entering you feel at home. the wood-fired oven and the good Neapolitan coffee. Moderate pizza cost and perfect dough, I ate it all and I'm difficult with pizzas... Kind and generous staff as well as very attentive. there was only the pizza chef who managed the room, including take-away pizza, on-site pizza delivery and also acting as a waiter... very good

25/08/2024: Good pizza, restaurant adjacent to the swimming pool, tennis courts and beach volleyball court. I went with friends on a Tuesday evening. Cozy renovated interior. Parking and entrance also available for those with a wheelchair. Small flaw I found the staff unprepared. They mixed up the orders a bit. But I think it was a coincidence because I know it's always full. I'll be back!

02/09/2024: I had very high expectations towards this place but unfortunately was disappointed. As a vegetarian the choices were limited which is understandable but the dishes weren't rich in flavour either. Excellent service and nice atmosphere though.

02/09/2024: 15 minutes from the Arena, this warmly welcoming restaurant offers an air-conditioned interior space or a terrace. The dishes offered on the menu are excellent. Fine and delicious preparation. The Vitelo Tonato and the Tiramisu seduced me. Fast and discreet service. We come there on foot because we are in the city center with traffic and parking restrictions.

29/08/2024: Courtesy and friendliness, the dishes satisfied us and the pizzas are also excellent. Close to the lake and convenient to the beach, it has some parking spaces for cars/motorcycles. Advised

25/08/2024: Unfortunately, my Pizza Vegetariana was a mess. No tomato sauce (maybe it was on the menu, but I missed it), raw vegetables were carelessly thrown on top, which made it taste bland, no aubergine on it like it says on the menu, tons of cheese so that after 2 pieces of pizza you were already full. Other pizzas/dishes around me looked good/better. It could be that I was just unlucky with my choice. My partner's pizza was better, but not amazing either. Service was quick and competent. Prices were good. Wouldn't go again.
