This morning, March 6, at 8:00 a.m., I stopped by Bar Bauli on Viale del Lavoro in Verona to pick up two "minutos" to take away. The cashier was quick and kind, but unfortunately, when I got home, to my surprise, I realized that the sweet was as hard as a piece of bread, and the filling was truly minimal. I've never had anything like this happen to me, and I've been eating this sweet for years! I'm sorry, but I'm very disappointed. I hope it was some oversight and not a drop in the quality of the product, which has been excellent until now. They responded, apologizing for what happened and inviting me to their shop to buy me breakfast. I must say they were very kind, and this time the "minuto" sweet was excellent and of the usual quality. Thank you!
