20/11/2025: Passing by Lake Garda, we asked Google's artificial intelligence where to eat the best tortellini in Valeggio, and the answer was: the best is Alla Borsa. There may be other restaurants in Valeggio that are better than this, but Alla Borsa is certainly a gem that's hard to match. A warm welcome, professional and speedy service, and an interesting menu rooted in local specialties. After our usual salad (fresh and plentiful), we chose salmon trout carpaccio and prosciutto crudo with (wonderful) homemade mustard as an appetizer. Both were excellent. And then, above all, the typical Valeggio tortellini, with a pasta so thin it's hard to understand how they stay together. After all, there's a tradition that has lasted generations. The Valpolicella Superiore and Custoza (by the glass, and a very generous portion at that) were excellent, and the price was fair, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients and craftsmanship. This restaurant will become a regular stop for us. Thanks Gemini for the great recommendation!

17/11/2025: Must try at least once in your life. Minimalist, modern, very clean and well-kept, quiet atmosphere, not at all noisy, soft lighting. Reservations are definitely required, and there are shifts to do so; it seats a maximum of 55 customers. I came with my boyfriend, pizza lovers that we are, and I must say it absolutely did not disappoint—in fact, quite the opposite! The ideal would be for two couples to come to sample the various options, but we decided to eat and sample as many as possible. There are pizzas for 4 or 8 slices; we ordered four of them because we couldn't stop to try them all! The Margherita is a must, as it allows you to fully appreciate the top-notch dough and the carefully selected ingredients (the tomatoes tasted just like grandma's homemade ones, straight from the garden). The other pizzas with unique doughs (corn/barley/whole wheat) are also very popular, and if I really had to point something out, I'd recommend mentioning them on the price list because the dough type isn't specified. I'd read some less-than-favorable reviews about the staff, but I have to say they were really friendly and knowledgeable, especially the girls who served. The welcome drink was also very much appreciated. I highly recommend it! Congratulations, it deserves all the positive reviews.

17/11/2025: Perhaps the most complete and enjoyable restaurant I've ever eaten at. Delicious dishes in an exquisite atmosphere and impeccable service. A special experience where the food becomes a constant surprise, an explosion of flavors. Amazing appetizers, flavorful main courses, and delicious desserts. Well worth it. Grazzie!

17/10/2025: We arrived late at night, and the kitchen was closing, but they gave us a menu anyway, so we could order. The sandwiches were very good, and the prices were reasonable.

07/10/2025: The Arnold American Diner tops my list of favorite restaurants. The charming venue embodies the classic American diner style, and the ever-present, helpful, and professional staff make the experience even more enjoyable than the food alone. Now, getting to the food, well, what can I say? The freshness of the ingredients is first seen with the eyes and then tasted with the palate. Simply delicious. The menu offers a wide variety of options, making the experience enjoyable for everyone. I'm always keen to return; any excuse is a good one to enjoy a perfect burger at the Arnold American Diner.

16/11/2025: Everything was truly delicious. We had an appetizer of fried gnocco and cured meats. Then we had two first courses, carbonara and agnolotti, both truly special. Finally, two delicious desserts.

10/10/2025: The atmosphere and cuisine are refined, with ingredients that are certainly top-notch. If you're looking for capital-C cuisine, you're in luck. From what I've seen, there aren't many seats, so reservations are recommended. There's a good selection of wines, ranging from still whites and reds to sparkling wines. If I had to nitpick, I'd recommend greater attention to detail when serving coffee (in a restaurant of this caliber, it shouldn't be served with unwanted and unrequested sugar in a different form than the one usually served; a cookie or chocolate, which is now served even in lower-end establishments, should be added).
