10/08/2026: Everything was good, and above all, they were very good. Despite the huge crowd, they managed everything quickly. Better than some restaurants that are definitely better equipped. The prices are high, but like everywhere else these days.

27/09/2025: We stayed here as part of our hike on the Dolomites High Route 1. Unfortunately, the hut didn't really impress us, and that has nothing to do with its age. The dining room is very, very noisy. After a strenuous day of hiking, it's unfortunately not particularly comfortable to sit in. Perhaps some curtains, rugs, or panels on the ceiling would help?! Furthermore, the food ordering system is questionable. Only one person in the hut could take care of it. With a full hut, it took a correspondingly long time and dampened the spirits of the hungry guests. Furthermore, a lot of waste was produced during the meal, as absolutely everything (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, ketchup, mayonnaise, etc.) was served in small portions. We know how difficult it is to bring things like food to a hut in the middle of the mountains, but here I would like to appeal to the environmental aspect, because a good solution can definitely be found for these things, also in the interest of the environment. The rooms were small and damp. Since we were there during a heavy rain, a lot of water leaked in through the window frame. The staff didn't seem to be new to the issue. It also felt like there were too many people at the hut for the restrooms, as there were constant lines outside. The sunrise the next day was somewhat reassuring, as it, along with the view, was magnificent.

09/08/2026: The gnocchi roll filled with pumpkin and Taleggio cheese and delicious rabbit is excellent. There's a beautiful nativity scene made with various materials, very original.

12/10/2025: We arrived at 4 p.m. without a reservation and were served lunch. The waitress was lovely and our food was served very quickly. The place is beautiful and easily accessible from the main road. The food was good and reasonably priced. We appreciate their kindness.

05/10/2025: My wife and I hiked the tre cime di lavaredo loop nearby. We looked at restaurants near lake misurina, Malga Popena was a short drive which was well worth it. The inside is airy w/ a lot of blond wood and alpine decor. The food was amazing. We had a cheese course as an appetizer then their pasta. Pictured is the view out of the window.

17/07/2026: The rooms and the hotel are dated. For those who are not demanding, it offers good value for money. The food is very good, with "de casada" food, and the owners are friendly.

08/08/2026: A rustic little place, truly excellent for escaping the heat of the valley. Good food and fair prices. The house wine is noteworthy. My only complaint, but it's just an underlining of personal taste, is that the place is splendid in its rustic authenticity. Perhaps the gourmet restaurant plating is a bit out of place; something that reflects the simplicity of the place would be better; the dishes would still be exquisite. It's just a suggestion, nothing more. The place deserves it.

06/07/2026: A small bakery with an adjoining dining room with tables for on-site dining. I had a sweet breakfast with a different slice of cake every morning; a wide selection and the delicious smell of freshly baked bread.

04/07/2026: A very beautiful place. Quality products, a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The problem is the lack of friendliness from the staff, practically all of them! I also have well-known businesses and I know what I'm talking about. We need less arrogance, to smile more at those who pay our bills, with a little more kindness. It only reflects well.

26/07/2026: We decided to try this pizzeria for the first time for lunch. The pizza was exceptional, perfectly cooked and topped, and the service was friendly and fast. We'll definitely be back.

30/07/2026: I went there on the recommendation of friends, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised!!! Very nice location, very kind staff, I ordered a sandwich from the menu, and I must say it was very generous, truly delicious!!! RECOMMENDED!!!!
