The chef has succeeded in bringing colors and flavors from around the world to the table, a culmination of his journeys through flavors and reinterpretations. Each dish is a true journey! Congratulations! Highly recommended.
29/11/2025: I was very pleased with my experience here! The staff were friendly and professional. The food was tasty. The environment was nice. Not all of the food was entirely up my alley but that is one of the perks of a tasting menu where the chef selects what you get! I think it was a good value for what you get as well.

03/12/2025: This isn't my first time at Tanpì, and as always, the place, food, and service are top-notch.
The food is good, the drinks are good, and the staff is friendly and never overbearing.
Highly recommended. The best place in the lower valley for excellent quality and fair price.
22/11/2025: Before climbing up to the upper Ayas Valley and immersing yourself forever in polenta concia, carbonade, soup, and crespelle, it's definitely worth stopping at Tanpí in Verrès to try some unusual dishes and ideas. The fried egg with sweetbreads and parmesan cream was orgasmic, with a stellar presentation and flavor. The atmosphere is refined yet youthful and casual, and the staff is attentive and friendly. We're lucky to have moved to live just minutes away from this little place, and it'll become our go-to spot to escape the monotony. For the sake of flavor and polenta concia. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

05/01/2026: A wonderful experience, the waiters were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the location was stunning with a beautiful view.
Excellent selection of food for breakfast and dinner. We spent a weekend away, and Locanda La Clusaz is definitely a great compromise between convenience (it's close to the city), affordability, and beauty.
If we ever pass through Aosta again, we'll definitely stay there!

09/11/2025: After a trip to Place Moulin, we stopped here for lunch. It wasn't very early, but the kitchen was open, and we were able to sample their dishes, carefully prepared and presented. Everything was delicious. The "Follia" wine recommended by the waitress was excellent. Dogs are welcome.
21/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with delicious traditional products and local Aosta Valley dishes. Friendly staff and a quaint setting.

A real wood-fired oven, super-good and light pizza, one of those that disappears from the box in two minutes.
23/01/2026: Best takeout pizzeria in the Aosta Valley. Kudos to the pizza chef for his experience and the product. It's not a given that you'll get a takeout pizza that's still crisp and fragrant when you get it home.

01/01/2026: I've been here a few times for a quick beer and I've already loved the place. Then, by pure chance, New Year's Eve 2025! What can I say... Sublime food, delicious wine, everything truly special! No flaws. And the strong point is definitely the management and all the staff, who on such a "special" evening, despite all the diverse humanity, demonstrated great professionalism and, above all, great passion for such a noble and special profession: that of catering. Thank you. It's wonderful when you meet real people.

16/10/2025: We ate at this trattoria on Sunday for lunch. The restaurant was fully booked, but the service, which was initially slow (though we had requested a soufflé, which requires cooking on the spot), was quick and punctual. We ate well, with refined, home-style cooking. I personally enjoyed their mixed salad, which I made again for my family when we returned from vacation. Excellent value. Recommended.

28/12/2025: We stopped by on our way back from the mountains, intrigued by the excellent reviews. Excellent hot chocolate, not the fake (albeit good) Cameo kind. Good selection of pastries, not to eat in or take away. They also have a vending machine selling their homemade treats outside.
24/12/2025: A small pastry shop where everything is made with care. I recommend the apples and the pear and chocolate panettone. Excellent.
