Especially the kitchen staff, who work behind the scenes to bring the spectacle of the dishes to the table. 16/02/2025: Excellent. The dishes offered invite the customer to experiment with particular but absolutely perfect combinations. The environment is nice and welcoming. You don't go to Le Barmé de l'Ours just to eat but to pamper your palate and refine your sense of taste. Compliments to the chef!

08/10/2024: Stupendo rifugio che accosta lo stile di montagna con uno stile moderno. La vista sul lago è spettacolare. Menù tipico valdostano, con prezzi corretti per la qualità e la quantità che viene servita. Nota di merito alla polenta concia, la più buona che io abbia mai mangiato. Buonissimi anche gli gnocchi di pane e i dolci. Trattandosi di un rifugio, l'offerta del menù è davvero molto ampia. Il rifugio è molto grande, quindi in grado di ospitare numerosi coperti. Oltre al ristorante, offre anche la possibilità di pernottamento.

14/01/2025: Dec 2024 Restaurant with attention to the smallest detail. Always careful that customers feel at ease (personally when I go there, I feel as if I were at home among friends) even with requests outside the menu. Delicious dishes with great attention to detail as always, even in their presentation. Thanks to Stefania and her husband Andrea for the new management of the restaurant. I highly recommend going there. Reservation recommended. - I can't wait to go again this summer and enjoy a delicious lunch, surrounded by mountains and an expanse of meadows. For the room, clean, well furnished with TV, kettle, fridge and shower products. Furthermore, for those who have dogs (like me), you will find some water bowls in the room. Really great for everything.

12/01/2025: Ristorante curato al minimo dettaglio. Sempre attenti che i clienti si sentano a loro agio, ( personalmente quando vado li, mi sento come se fossi a casa tra amici ) anche con richieste al di fuori del menù. Piatti buonissimi e curatissimi come sempre anche nella presentazione. Grazie a Stefania e suo marito Andrea per la nuova gestione del ristorante. Consiglio vivamente di andarci. Prenotazione consigliata. - Non vedo l'ora di andare anche questa estate e godermi un pranzo buonissimo, immerso dalle montagne e da una distesa di prati. Per la camera, pulita ben arredata con tv , bollitore, frigoriferino e prodotti per la doccia. In più per chi ha cani ( come me ) troverai in stanza delle ciotoline per acqua. Veramete ottimo per tutto.

09/02/2025: Small delicatessen where you can quickly eat a plate of fresh pasta. Friendly and quick in service, being a small restaurant you can't stay there for long so turnover is quite quick if it is full. Average prices of around €8/10, good portions and seasonings dosed just right, I would have liked an extra piece of butter and cheese in my pasta to make it less dry. The dishes also cooled down in a very short time, on a cold day it is definitely not a warming meal.

25/01/2025: Wonderful discovery thanks to reviews on Google. The gentleman at the sale is adorable. We ate very well at a low price and also bought lots of delicious gifts for the family. The olive oil sold is extraordinary. It's definitely worth stopping there.

03/01/2025: It's too nice to eat at Alpe Rebelle, the structure is beautiful, even designed for the little ones. we were in the snow and after calling him for directions the owner even gave us a lift in the car up the hill for the little ones! too too cute, delicious food!

02/01/2025: Ho fatto un titolo scherzoso perché onestamente sembrava che fosse il primo giorno di apertura del locale. Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto accomodare insieme ad un'altra coppia nello stesso tavolo (alla faccia dell'intimità) e dopo un minuto di imbarazzo e di disappunto abbiamo deciso di non rovinarci la serata però non lo trovo corretto, ero indeciso se andarmene; personale giovane, gentile ma completamente impreparato, non sapevano rispondere alle più elementari domande sul menù, sbagliavano le comande e non conoscevano neanche i numeri dei tavoli. Sinceramente da un ristorante di un hotel a quattro stelle mi aspetto un servizio adeguato, qua siamo lontanamente vicini alla base del servizio in sala e non sono una persona pretenziosa ma qua c'era tanta confusione e improvvisazione, spero che col tempo i giovani riescano ad imparare. La serata, comunque, è stata molto piacevole perché abbiamo cominciato a sorridere degli errori e poi, soprattutto, perché abbiamo mangiato molto bene: il foie gras tra i migliori mai mangiati, ottima anche la carne sia della tartare che del sottofiletto, così come la cottura del riso anche se il sapore del formaggio era troppo prevaricante rispetto alla zucca. C'è da apprezzare che in tutta questa confusione il caposala prova a sistemare tutto correndo da un tavolo all'altro. La cosa che mi ha lasciato piacevolmente sorpreso, oltre alla qualità della cucina, è stato il prezzo veramente basso, in un locale trovare primi piatti o antipasti ancora a 10 euro ormai è una rarità, dovrebbero usare tutti questa filosofia dei prezzi, complimenti per l'onestà.

27/01/2025: I ate several times in this characteristic place in Champoluc and it was an experience that I recommend: the staff attentive to requests and professional in serving thanks to a few kind words improved the lunch, the quality of the dishes remained high and the food was also excellent quality/price ratio, last but not least the beer served fresh and always paired with the food, a real discovery. My questions have always received adequate answers from all the people involved in the service with much appreciated advice.
