23/04/2025: Serata in famiglia. Location molto bella ed elegante e staff molto preparato e attento, ma senza mai mettere in soggezione i commensali. Cibo ottimo e abbondante, a partire dagli amuse bouche al dessert, spiegato dal personale in modo impeccabile e chiaro. Da provare l'uovo poché con crema di asparagi e guanciale croccante e gli gnocchi di castagne. Rapporto qualità / prezzo corretto. Sicuramente ritorneremo per provare altre portate

04/05/2025: You cannot help wanting to come back to La Luge. Addiction guaranteed! We were greeted with Prosecco and an amuse-bouche, very good. The Antipasti prepare a culinary delight. We had Egg cooked at 65° with Alpine Fontina fondue and Grilled octopus tentacles with white chocolate potato cream and slightly spicy turnip tops. Both outstanding. We skipped the Primi, to allow room for the desserts. The Secondi included Black Angus cheek and orange-glazed duck breast, both perfectly tender and full of juices. Finishing with a Pavlova and a tasting of 7 local cheeses. All thoroughly accompanied by a Guidalberto 2017, wonderful. And the best part: lovely hosts making you feel welcome and at home. Am absolute must if you are in Breuil-Cervinia!

29/04/2025: Lunch at the restaurant La Luge was excellent. The focaccia bread, home made bread sticks, the pane carasau , the wine from the Aosta Valley. The  risotto with fresh sausageis delicious.Stefania and Andrea are excellent hosts and the it was a beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy the fantastic kitchen at La Luge. Please call before going and make a reservation you will be pleasantly surprised with the best specialties from Sardinia and the local cusine.

24/04/2025: Siamo arrivati e dopo essere entrati ci ha subito accolto un gentile signore il quale ci ha spiegato come funzionava l'ordine. Si sceglie la pasta ed il condimento (es. Tagliatelle con il ragù). Personale gentilissimo, servizio veloce ed efficiente ma soprattutto molto buono. Prezzo coerente con il quarto mangiato. Pranzo consigliato.

The creativity highlights the quality of the local products. The wines are delicious and well-recommended. 15/05/2025: Last year we ended up here ‘by chance’ while traveling. The excellent restaurant alone was reason enough for us to come back and dine extensively. We were certainly not disappointed. Beautiful dishes at a reasonable (menu) price. The rooms are functional, clean and complete. A real recommendation for an overnight stay while traveling for lovers of a culinary experience.

31/05/2025: For this I go to Italy. Simple but so mega tasty, I don't need more in life. The dishes on the other tables looked tasty too. Gnocci with ragu combined with a delicious red wine.

27/05/2025: If you're a meat lover... don't hesitate. The food is excellent, the service impeccable, and the prices very reasonable. A great restaurant in Aosta, not to be missed.

06/05/2025: A stop for lunch or dinner is mandatory, it is worth the stop for the excellent cuisine, alternative and quality dishes, and for the unique environment in the village of Bard. If you also want to sleep in the hotel, don't miss a super breakfast, a thousand traditional tastings and flavours, and a bit of relaxation at the Spa.

27/01/2025: PIATTI OTTIMI SIA PER QUALITA' SIA PER IL GUSTO E SIA PER LA PRESENTAZIONE, PERSONALE GENTILISSIMO E MOLTO ATTENTO A OGNI PICCOLO PARTICOLARE ED ESIGENZA DEL CLIENTE. CONSIGLIATISSIMO...... NOI CI RITORNIAMO SICURAMENTE.

03/04/2025: Excellent dinner based on Valpellinese soup. Suggestive and remote location above the small village of Bionaz, reachable in about five minutes from the town hall. The parking lot does not have many parking spaces. Good value for money for the restaurant, with a full menu you spend just over 30 euros per person

05/05/2025: Ristorante un po’ spartano all’interno di un albergo, ma con servizio rapido ed in generale di buona qualità. Alcuni piatti non mi hanno entusiasmato, tipo il coniglio che era molto speziato, ma la zuppa valdostana, i contorni ed il dolce (tipico al cioccolato e rum di cui non ricordo il nome) erano davvero ottimi. Prezzo medio-basso. Ottimo per un pranzo veloce.

30/03/2025: We stayed overnight and loved the atmosphere and the location. An amazing place to ski to and have a meal as well. Can’t wait to go back next winter.

11/03/2025: Refuge easily reachable on foot with a 1h30/45m walk. Traditional and very good dishes. Excellent quality/price ratio.

26/04/2025: Lots of choice of gin but the plus of the place is the staff who are very knowledgeable in the matter, capable of serving you a non-trivial gin&tonic. Very nice place

13/05/2025: Posto da favola... il posto ideale per chi vuole mangiare prodotti di altissima qualità in un posto semplicemente fantastico immerso nella natura! I titolari e il personale sono persone fantastiche pronte a soddisfare ogni vostra esigenza!!! Da provare assolutamente!!!!! Esperienza unica!!

16/02/2025: Fantastico,se si parcheggia dalla strada principale si passa in mezzo alla natura con scenari bellissimi, noi l'abbiamo fatto di notte,i piatti invece di OTTIMA QUALITÀ, non rimarrete delusi, anzi..
