14/06/2025: Typical mountain structure, a truly kind and cordial welcome. The owner very knowledgeable about the presentation of wines. We tasted a platter of typical cured meats followed by a stewed sausage with polenta concia. Everything exceptional! I had never eaten polenta concia like this! Congratulations to all the staff of this wonderful place. We will definitely return if there is an opportunity! Highly recommended!

29/06/2025: Very nice place at the entrance to the road that leads to Val d'Ayas. Beautiful garden. Very courteous, kind and professional staff. Cuisine with highs and lows: the dishes tasted were good with the exception of a cacio e pepe pasta that was completely wrong (the cheese was stringy) and the white ragu sauce despite the not very tasty bleu d'Aosta. Portions let's say from a Milanese restaurant (no, it's not a compliment). Prices perhaps a little high. All in all I would go back

20/06/2025: Let's start from the arrival at the venue: No one to welcome the customers and when you go to a table you feel a bit uncomfortable, few lights and I would suggest some background music throughout the location. Interior environment: Gray color, an indication of refinement and modernity in a minimalist environment but, in my opinion, not very balanced with warm materials or color accents ending up as well as outside to transmit coldness. Staff and service: Also tending to the cold and very detached added to the long waits at the tables, especially if you don't dine, give the final touch. The only positive note is that the cocktails are acceptable as are the outdoor spaces.

24/04/2025: Siamo arrivati e dopo essere entrati ci ha subito accolto un gentile signore il quale ci ha spiegato come funzionava l'ordine. Si sceglie la pasta ed il condimento (es. Tagliatelle con il ragù). Personale gentilissimo, servizio veloce ed efficiente ma soprattutto molto buono. Prezzo coerente con il quarto mangiato. Pranzo consigliato.

30/06/2025: Restaurant where you feel at home, very kind and helpful. Varied menu, there is a wide choice of dishes, good food and very honest prices. The pizzas are also very good. The Neapolitan pastiera is excellent and the house liquorice digestive is fantastic! Recommended!

23/04/2025: Serata in famiglia. Location molto bella ed elegante e staff molto preparato e attento, ma senza mai mettere in soggezione i commensali. Cibo ottimo e abbondante, a partire dagli amuse bouche al dessert, spiegato dal personale in modo impeccabile e chiaro. Da provare l'uovo poché con crema di asparagi e guanciale croccante e gli gnocchi di castagne. Rapporto qualità / prezzo corretto. Sicuramente ritorneremo per provare altre portate

22/06/2025: We all loved it as a family. There were few dishes to choose from, but the Valdostrana was spectacular, it touched our hearts, hahaha... and the price was good. I recommend it because I would repeat it if I return to the area.

17/07/2025: Locale carino e ben arredato. Personale molto gentile, Prezzi insensati. Abbiamo ordinato come secondo piatto un hamburger. In carta non veniva specificato né il peso, né la provenienza della carne, tuttavia ci aspettavamo un buon prodotto visto il prezzo di ben 30 euro. Cipolle caramellate (bianche) in quantità sbilanciata, un pizzico di formaggio bleu e carne qualitativamente ordinaria. Ci viene prima detto che si trattava di carne locale macinata in casa (?) e poi invece che si trattava di fassona proveniente dal Piemonte. Ciò che è certo e che non torneremo. Non perché è caro, ma perché lo è in maniera ingiustificata.

22/06/2025: Ci fermiamo in 6 amici durante il ritorno a casa . Da fuori sembra un semplice agriturismo , appena apri il menù ti rendi conto che qualcosa non torna. A parte i pochi piatti proposti , prezzi esagerati ( un piatto di gnocchi agli asparagi , 80 gr forse , 18 euro ) , hamburger microscopico 30 euro , tagliatelle alle vongole ( 3 vongole e 70 gr di pasta ) 22 euro , dolci non meno di 10 euro . Tutto questo per mangiare fuori sotto degli ombrelloni su tavoli e sedie di ferro con una tovaglietta di carta . Questi prezzi li posso capire in un bel locale in centro a Cervinia . Ovviamente sconsigliato.

13/07/2025: Très beau restaurant, décor soigné. La cuisine est raffinée et le choix des vins intéressant. Le service est moyen car le sourire ne semble pas être la marque du lieu. Néanmoins, si vous logez dans le village ou dans la forteresse, c’est ce restaurant qu’il faut choisir.

30/04/2025: Really excellent pizza, light and well-cooked dough, quality ingredients and well-balanced flavours. Even if the service is a little slow at times and you need to have a little patience, it is definitely worth it. Recommended for those looking for a really tasty pizza in Aosta!

02/07/2025: Very characteristic place with all wooden furniture. Fast and attentive service. Excellent hamburgers served with French fries and good and plentiful salads. Good value for money. Important: you can't book so plan to arrive perhaps in advance of your dinner time.

28/06/2025: Excellent and pleasant beer house with a wide selection of products in a pleasant environment with a cool outdoor veranda. Service not very fast but polite... above all I had the impression that "they didn't let it go to their heads" at a time when Champoluc is becoming more and more snobbish... and more and more, perhaps too, expensive!
