08/03/2026: The lakeside hotel is a fantastic place to stay on Lake Reschen! The host family and staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive! The spa area is wonderful, with stunning views of the lake and mountains!
The interior is beautiful – especially the restaurant, bar, and spa area!
Breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful!
We'll definitely be back! 🙂
03/03/2026: We felt welcomed and pampered. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort. The staff is extremely kind and professional. The view of the lake refreshes your thoughts even when the sun isn't shining, and you return feeling revitalized.

27/10/2025: The Swallow's Nest is simply a beautiful place to take a break after a hike. You have a wonderful view from the top, and everything else is fantastic, too.

The farmer's omelette was quite good (it's a hearty pancake).
The Kaiserschmarrn wasn't a hit. It was also a regular pancake, so to speak.
No beaten egg whites were folded in to make it nice and fluffy. Raisins were also missing, in our opinion.

11/02/2026: ✴️✴️ I give this restaurant a perfect 10/10. Everything was great. The food was delicious in every dish, the atmosphere was private and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service.
08/01/2026: The steak was just some random piece of meat. Tough and lukewarm, just like the pizza. All the plates were ice cold. The scampi appetizer, however, was fantastic. Prices were too high. The service was friendly, but that didn't make up for it. I ate better everywhere else in Riva. Stayed 10 days.

07/01/2026: It's worth noting that Luserna, a quaint and isolated mountain village, boasts a remarkable dining scene, with at least four noteworthy establishments, including Ferdy.
This historic restaurant has been tastefully renovated and is professionally managed. The young chef offers traditional Trentino dishes, many of which have been expertly reinterpreted. Friendly service and moderate prices.

17/02/2026: Close to everything, recently renovated, the rooms are very beautiful and functional, the hotel staff is very kind and helpful and the breakfast is sumptuous.
17/02/2026: We booked a one-night stay here for two over the weekend, without breakfast.
The property seemed clean and welcoming, especially with its modern and tidy feel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for the price.
The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the invitation to download the regional tourist card, which provides free public transportation and discounts on places to visit.

12/03/2026: We've been coming to the Eggentaler Hof for lunch for years now. But what the kitchen served us this time exceeded all our expectations – fish cuisine at its best. The gratinated scallops were fantastic, the octopus salad perfectly balanced, and the sea bream as a main course simply superb. Absolutely wonderful.
08/03/2026: 4-star hotel, 5-star restaurant! An excellent choice just outside Bolzano. This lovely place offers a great place to relax and eat well!

14/01/2026: I've been a guest at this refuge for over 25 years. It's spectacular! Both the location and the food. One of the most beautiful places in the world at the foot of my favorite mountain in the Dolomites... Ciao Tre Scarperi!
Come visit Maria, she's very kind! But be patient, because it's not always easy to find a table!
10/01/2026: This quaint refuge nestled in the beautiful Fiscalina Valley can be reached after an hour's mostly flat hike from Bad Moos. The food was DELICIOUS, and I can't wait to return! We had the salsify soup and dumplings, truly unforgettable! The service was also fast and friendly. It's worth considering that this is a fairly popular refuge, and since they don't take reservations, you might end up on a waiting list, but fortunately, it fills up fairly quickly.
Highly recommended!

17/02/2026: Waalrast is always our first stop when we arrive in Lana for our beloved South Tyrol holidays. I've known this restaurant since 2006, and even as a little boy, I was captivated by the stunning view.
The food is very traditional and delicious.
You can also enjoy Waalrast as a rest stop after admiring the adjacent Brandis Waalweg trail with its beautiful location and breathtaking views.
It's simply a must-visit for us on every South Tyrol holiday, and a visit always brings back wonderful memories.
The staff are very friendly and attentive.
