16/07/2025: A farmhouse located in a quiet and scenic location for lovers of the region, not far from Moena and strategically located for visiting the entire Val di Fassa. The structure is modern yet respectful of local tradition. Rooms are clean and equipped with every comfort. The owners are welcoming and friendly, and the dining room staff is very kind. We had a wonderful holiday, and we will cherish wonderful memories, thanks also to you. I would definitely recommend it. The only flaw I would point out (not intended as a criticism, but rather as an incentive to improve what little there is to improve) is that some sort of solution needs to be found for the presence of flies, which significantly disturb the excellent food in the restaurant. 11/07/2025: Agriturismo ECCEZIONALE ...Paolo il fattore e nonno amorevole della piccola Martina che erano a dare fieno alle loro vacche ,sono state un assaggio del lavoro immenso e duro che c é dietro a questo luogo incantevole che vanta anche di una bella ristrutturazione oltre alla bella stalla.ERICA la figlia ci aspettava al ristorante con il suo staff professionale, ci ha guidato nella sua cantina unica e dopo nell accogliente salone.Non potevamo non mangiare le prelibate e saporite costata e bistecca km 0. 05/03/2025: We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 4 nights, the room was very comfortably furnished and super clean. The hotel is located directly on the lake. The kitchen... a dream!... have rarely eaten so well, and the breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired. The manager of the house is very friendly and nice, and all the employees looked after us with professionalism and warmth. The spa area is very well maintained and stylishly furnished. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

19/04/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo maso di montagna a conduzione familiare dopo aver letto le ottime recensioni ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. Cibo ottimo, personale delizioso e vista mozzafiato su San Candido. Gulasch con polenta in assoluto il più buono mai mangiato da quando frequento questi posti. Prezzo onestissimo, serve prenotare perché ci sono pochi coperti e non è aperto tutti i giorni della settimana. La strada per arrivare è stretta e con molte curve, ma ne vale la pena credetemi.

02/07/2025: Very nice hut, great location near the chairlift. Excellent cuisine, normal prices, kind and friendly staff. To return, even in the evening with a reservation in order to go up to the top with the hut's transport.

13/03/2025: Restaurant highly recommended by the Olympic hotel where we were staying. Lovely location with breathtaking views, but the disappointment with the food was huge. As a rule, I ask for the typical dish of the area. melted cheese with polenta, sausage and mushrooms. Probably being Monday I ended up on the NO cooking day, but it was truly inedible. The mushrooms that aren't even in discount stores, the hard sausage and the cheese with indefinable polenta. Too bad, the only place in Val di Fassa where we ate badly. Will he have a new chance? We will see!

04/05/2025: Disappointing experience at Rifugio Serot – not recommended for families We went up full of enthusiasm, with our one and a half year old child, but the welcome at the Serot Refuge was cold, if not non-existent. Not even a good morning: as soon as we arrived we were immediately advised not to let the child play near the tools, in a tone closer to reproach than courtesy. We ask if it is possible to let the little one eat outside, at the tables, with a plate of spätzle. They tell us that they cannot serve outside. When asked for a simple fork we are told, curtly: “Take it”. No sense of hospitality, no care towards those traveling with children. The long-awaited spätzle arrive in two minutes flat: evidently preheated. No attention to quality, no empathy, no desire to make customers feel welcome. A refuge should welcome, not reject. And this, unfortunately, is a place to avoid – especially if you have children with you.

03/05/2025: Excellent experience, our students (we have a gym where combat sports are practiced) gave us a weekend in this corner of paradise because they know that we love the tranquility of the mountains. The place is run by young, very kind and caring people. A huge compliment for everything and a special praise to the chef, we ate DIVINELY. Really good.

02/05/2025: Wir waren wie jedes Jahr, mal wieder im Knödelglück , mit Freunden, zum Essen und um den herrlichen Blick über Meran zu genießen. Der Service war nicht wie immer herzlich und freundlich, was uns schon ein bisschen irritierte,lauter fremde Gesichter. Die Karte schien auch etwas geschrumpfter mit weniger Angeboten. Wie bestellten 2x Knödeltris, Schnitzel und Gnocchi mit Ragout. Die Knödel kamen aus der Tüte,das Schnitzel aus der Fritteuse und das Ragout war trocken und lieblos hergerichtet. Wir bestellten zu den Knödeln extra Krautsalat,der sonst dazu gehörte, und bekamen einen kleinen Klecks dick geschnittenes Kraut, das geht gar nicht. Auf den sonst so leckeren Nachtisch verzichteten wir! Uns schien es, als wenn der Besitzer gewechselt hat . Das war nicht das Essen welches wir gewohnt waren.Schade!

17/07/2025: I'm only reviewing the restaurant. I booked a dinner for four people and a small dog. We had a great time. The prices were in line with the quality of the ingredients. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

20/06/2025: If you're looking for an Alpine atmosphere, it's best not to stop by. They'll try to make a quick buck. We've been here several times and were always happy. But not during the festival season. The fact that they have a reduced menu is perfectly fine. But the quality leaves something to be desired. The pasta was lukewarm, and the bread with the mixed platter was a real pain in the ass. Furthermore, we waited forever before being served or paying. Sorry, but we won't be back.

11/07/2025: Unfortunately, time always passes too quickly when you're feeling good. The Raffeiner family can be proud and satisfied to own such a wonderful facility and to be able to work with a dedicated and friendly team. We spent our perfect week's holiday at the Oberraindhof. In addition to the lovingly furnished rooms, which practically tell their own story, and the equally delightful dining rooms, which invite you to linger and feast on the evening menu, it was above all the innkeepers and staff, whose warm and uncomplicated manner made the stay unique. The kitchen impressed with excellent dishes, and the knowledgeable senior manager with an outstanding selection of wines. For people seeking a place of peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings, the Oberraindhof is a clear recommendation. We certainly won't be the last time we stay there.

25/05/2025: Today we had the pleasure of dining at the Berggasthaus Natz in Platzers – and it was a highlight in every respect. The stunning location immediately impresses upon arrival: surrounded by green meadows and with a breathtaking panoramic view of the South Tyrolean mountains, the large sun terrace invites you to linger. Despite two private events taking place simultaneously, we received a warm welcome and prompt service. The service staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which is by no means a given in such busy times. The culinary experience was outstanding. The Wiener Schnitzel was undoubtedly the best I've ever eaten – perfectly breaded, golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Crispy fries were served with it, perfectly complementing the dish. The portions were generous, satisfying even the most hearty appetites. The menu offers a successful selection of traditional South Tyrolean dishes prepared with fresh, regional ingredients. The quality of the food, presented with great attention to detail, is particularly noteworthy. The ambiance of the inn is cozy and authentic, with lovingly furnished dining rooms and a rustic cellar that's perfect for celebrations. For families with children, there's a playground directly below the terrace, making the stay enjoyable for the little ones too. The prices are absolutely reasonable considering the high quality of the food and the excellent service. Overall, our visit to the Berggasthaus Natz was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this inn and are already looking forward to our next visit.
