20/03/2026: We stopped in spontaneously during a bike tour. We received a warm welcome. They served cappuccino and first-class apple strudel – I've rarely eaten such a delicious strudel!

07/03/2026: 💗 An authentic and precious jewel in Chienes, in the Pusteria Valley... a place where you might come by chance and then return by choice, because everything here is beautiful and precious: from the immaculately kept and comfortable rooms, to the silence broken only by the birdsong, to the greenery and mountains that surround you, to the attention to detail and, most importantly, the kindness and helpfulness of the owners. Here you are "pampered", loved... here you feel at home and even better 🙂☺️💗 Here everything is good: from the air you breathe to the breakfasts where nothing is missing, from the homemade desserts, to the eggs freshly prepared to your taste, to the crunchy bread, the one with seeds that I like, ordered fresh every day from the bakery and Konditorei in Chienes 😍😋 You come here and then you can't wait to return. I will definitely go back because here I found a family who welcomed me and smiled and pampered me with great kindness and professionalism ❤️

07/04/2026: I don't know why there were so few people. Everything we ordered was delicious, the ingredients were very fresh, the cheese was super fragrant, and the owner was a very honest, patient and hardworking person.

28/05/2026: Our first evening in Dorf Tirol was a disappointment. Schnitzel with fries and a side salad. Everything was tasteless, including the salad dressing, which was served afterward. With a few drinks, it came to €96. Just typical tourist fare... last year was better.

14/04/2026: Had pizza with family. Excellent pizza, with variations suggested by the owner, truly delicious. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

19/02/2026: Excellent location for those who want to ski or hike. The pool and spa facilities are a bit small given the campsite's capacity. The restaurant and pizzeria are excellent.

01/02/2026: I waited 2 hours for a plate of pasta, and 3 hours at the next table – that's just too long ☹️

17/05/2026: The mountain hut is easy to reach with a very short walk from the parking lot. The place is beautiful, with various animals to observe up close and a small playground. The problem, as we've noted in the past when we came for dinner, is the management. No smiles, no welcome, no manners. Arriving in the afternoon with three other customers, we stood for 10 minutes watching the baristas, hoping they'd come to our table. They glanced at us fleetingly with mournful expressions, but nothing. So at the counter, we asked for a coffee and a macchiato. The barista even took a note on a piece of paper (!), and we received... 2 macchiatos. Obviously, "thank you," "you're welcome," and "goodbye" don't exist here. That's fine for them, just because there's no competition. Being locals, we're used to the good-natured grumpiness of the locals, but we definitely won't be returning.

25/08/2025: I had a wonderful time at this family-run agriturismo. You immediately feel at home. It's a great location for hiking. Beautiful views, peace, and quiet. I had the opportunity to have dinner. The food was excellent and good value. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Recommended.

24/05/2026: Top restaurant! Especially for people with celiac disease. Celiac disease isn't a foreign concept here. They even offer a separate gluten-free menu. The food is delicious, and people with celiac disease can dine here with complete peace of mind.

11/04/2026: We stayed two nights with two children, following a tour of Otzi, the ice mummy. What can I say? Top-notch hospitality, family-run. Rich breakfast buffet featuring local produce. Truly top-notch cuisine at a fair price, featuring excellent quality grilled meats, aged and grilled beautifully. Rooms aren't new, but they've been renovated, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The north side is very quiet, while the south side faces the busy road. Outdoor pool is currently being renovated. A few kilometers from Merano and the Schnalstal Valley. I've never tasted such delicious homemade dumplings; the cherry on top was homemade in alcohol. :) Thank you for your hospitality and congratulations on your commitment.

27/03/2026: Excellent steak, we come here often for that reason. The location isn't ideal, but the friendliness of the staff and the food make up for it. Highly recommended!
