25/08/2025: I had a wonderful time at this family-run agriturismo. You immediately feel at home. It's a great location for hiking. Beautiful views, peace, and quiet. I had the opportunity to have dinner. The food was excellent and good value. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Recommended.

We had been years ago, I think under another management, and we hadn't had a very good time, but today we returned to have lunch at Sushi Joy and we were positively surprised! Friendliness, speed of service and really good sushi! I'm happy that there is finally good sushi in this area. I forgot to take pictures of the dishes but they are good looking and plentiful. We'll be back!

The fries were stale
€19 to throw away half of them

02/10/2025: Delicious cake, great terrace. Disagreements among the staff are noticeable to guests. Right on the Marlinger Waalweg (Waal Trail).
29/09/2025: We stopped here for a break during our hike. There's a sign at the bottom of the path indicating a restroom.
We would have liked to have a drink, but since our first stop was the restroom, the waiter rudely informed us that it was for guests only. Given the atmosphere, we decided to forgo our beer and went to the next establishment. Therefore, I can't comment on the quality of the food and drinks.
A little suggestion: Please add this information directly to the sign.

15/02/2026: After waiting 30 minutes to order, we left. We even asked at the counter how to order, since we were sitting outside, but they told us to wait at the table.
PS: They spoke German, so they weren't racist as some comments suggest, but simply incapable of managing the place... Incredibly incompetent.
30/01/2026: We just drank coffee and read the newspaper and felt very comfortable!
We'll be back!
