30/04/2025: Abbiamo provato la tartare di carne salada e le puntine di maiale a cottura lenta, con polenta di storo. Entrambi i piatti eccellenti. Li abbiamo accompagnati con del marzemino della casa che si è dimostrato molto gradevole. Ottimo il sevizio. Torneremo di certo.

24/04/2025: Ristorante di livello con cucina elegante e gustosa. Piatti raffinati e intriganti pieni di passione e tecnica. Attenzione assoluta per il cliente sia per servizio sia per i piatti. Una collezione di vini da invidia.

26/05/2025: Es gibt einige Vorspeisen und eine Grossauswahl an Pizzen. Der gemischte Salat hat uns beinahe überfordert. Riesenschüssel und das für 5€. Die Pizzen sind wunderbar und preislich der Wahnsinn! Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Grosser Aussenbereich.

19/04/2025: They have a huge selection of pizzas. Delicious. My son thinks it's important to mention that they don't have pizzas with a lot of meat. (-: and unfortunately no pasta. But pizzas are great.

25/11/2024: We only used the hotel restaurant service. Reservation made a bit last minute and in a hurry, but in the end it turned out to be a surprise. On Fridays the kitchen is closed and they offer pizza service, and I never thought I would say that I ate in the mountains, in a remote village, one of the best pizzas! Really light dough and quality ingredients. Excellent service! And the owner is incredibly nice and helpful!

13/04/2025: I was there with my little son in a wheelchair. Owner and service staff very friendly! Trentino 100% - very authentic. The Trentino platter with tortel and carne salada as well as the pork ribs with polenta are highly recommended!!!

10/04/2025: Wir, mein Sohn und ich, haben den Skywalk und die Hängebrücke besucht und danach beim Restaurant eingekehrt. Es war wenig los, da außerhalb der Sohn. Familiengeführt, Die Eigentümer wie auch die Kellnerinnen waren sehr freundlich! Speisekarte mit lokalen Klassikern! Mein Sohn hat die Schweinsrippen gegessen, ich die Trentiner Platte mit Tortel und Carne Salada. Beides sehr gut und 100% Trentino! Neben dem Restaurant steht ein Weinberg mit PIWI-Sorten, den man im Restaurant verkosten kann. Einfach, ehrlich, gut!!!!!

16/04/2025: Dear Lodenwirt team. We were your guests for the first time, but definitely not the last. The bus group felt very comfortable and was extremely satisfied. Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars. Much more would be deserved. I quote, "the food was almost star level". Thank you very much for the great stay in your house.

14/05/2025: Chose this beautiful hotel a bit by chance, we couldn't have found better. The entrance is a bit small and dated, but perfectly tidy and clean, then as soon as you enter the rooms you find yourself a 3 ⭐⭐⭐S. simply wonderful and fantastic. Exceptional order and cleanliness not to mention the excellent food and super breakfast.

26/04/2025: When we went to get pizza, all the locals were allowed in, so we waited an impressive 45 minutes instead of the announced 15 minutes. And that with children and babies. Unfortunately, you don't feel very welcome as a tourist or guest. Too bad! The food was ok.
