05/10/2024: Delicious food that will blow your mind. Especially pasta with truffles and ham, which was the best I ate in Tuscany. Excellent wines and very nicely served tiramisu. A nice atmosphere in the garden from which we can watch a small town teeming with life.

02/02/2025: Non è la prima volta che ci fermiamo al "Pinguino" per pranzo dopo una ciaspolata nella bella riserva biogenetica di Pian di Novello. Proprietari gentili, ristorante curato e accogliente, cibo ottimo. Stavolta abbiamo preso i tordelli di carne e le pappardelle con i funghi e di secondo straccetti di maiale e polenta fritta. Porzioni abbondanti e saporite. Prezzo giusto. Ritorneremo!

16/02/2025: Good morning, I was in this hotel precisely to celebrate Valentine's Day, with my partner, intrigued by the largely positive reviews, we found a place surrounded by nature, with nice warm rooms, with a welcoming restaurant, good quality food, professional and friendly staff, delicious hearty breakfast, surrounded by greenery between the lake and swimming pool, vintage furnishings, very warm and welcoming, clean, and an absolutely good price for the quality and services received. Definitely a hotel to be recommended. A special mention for Juri, a nice, helpful and capable person.

22/01/2025: I had the pleasure of trying the restaurant of the farmhouse, located in an environment immersed in nature, truly pleasant and relaxing. The menu met expectations: the appetizer of cold cuts and croutons was very good, as was the first course of ragù with mushrooms and a touch of turmeric, which I found interesting and tasty. The gnocchi with cheese and speck were decent, while the roast with baked potatoes was definitely an excellent choice. The service was impeccable, attentive and friendly. The price also surprised me positively: very honest for the quality and quantity of what we ate and drank. A beautiful experience that I highly recommend!

13/01/2025: Colazione al Gran Cafe’ dub Globe nel centro di Pistoia, in Piazza Gavinana, piacevole location con tavoli all’interno ed all’esterno, noi siamo andati nella Saletta al piano superiore, ottimi cappuccino e cornetto all’albicocca ed ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità.

06/01/2025: I prodotti sono buoni, ma il personale è scadente. Mi sono recata per prendere un cappuccino e una briosce. Pessima esperienza. Ho atteso oltre 5 minuti prima di poter fare lo scontrino, in quanto la cassa era priva di personale. Il problema non c'era se fosse stato inserito come obbligo di fare lo scontrino prima della consumazione. Successivamente mi sono recata al banco per prendere la briosce, ho dovuto attendere molto tempo prima che qualcuno venisse a servirmi, ma brutta sorpresa la briosce all'arancia che volevo non aveva lo stesso prezzo delle altre, e per poterla prendere avrei dovuto fare nuovamente la fila ad una cassa, dove il cassiere non c'era e poi fare una nuova fila al banco delle briosce dove l'addetto non c'era. Ma mi chiedo, ma chi fa gli scontrini, non mi poteva dire che vi erano briosce con prezzi diversi? Le briosce nel pomeriggio le mettono su un ripiano nascosto dove non è possibile né vedere i gusti, né vedere eventuali cartellini con prezzi. Quindi ho chiesto altra briosce che corrispondesse al prezzo che avevo pagato, in quanto non volevo passare altri venti minuti in fila. L'addetta, che fra l'altro, oltre a non essere preparata era anche molto arrogante, mi ha detto che aveva solo briosce integrali e vegane, e a me non piacevano. Ho deciso di non prendere la briosce. E mi sono diretta al banco della caffetteria per prendere il cappuccino, anche qui ho dovuto attendere un po' di tempo, in quanto il personale presente sembrava molto in difficoltà, ma il bar non era neanche molto pieno, ho desunto che il personale non fosse molto preparato, in quanto ho visto che preparare una semplice spremuta hanno impiegato molto tempo. Hanno cercato lo spremiagrumi, cercato le arance, cercato la presa dove attaccare lo spremiagrumi portatile, e molto tempo per spremere le arance. Una cameriera andava avanti e indietro senza fare niente, era evidentemente nel panico. Bene, alla fine ho impiegato circa 30 minuti per prendere un cappuccino al banco. Non ho parole. Penso che non andrò più in questo bar. Pessima esperienza

29/11/2024: I arrived on a Friday at 11.28pm when the closing time was midnight, seeing that there were other customers there who were consuming their ice cream I asked them for 3 crêpes, they promptly replied that they had already turned everything off more than half an hour before of closing time, very bad. NEVER AGAIN Food 1 even though I ate 0 Service 1 because they sent me away Environment 1 because I haven't experienced it
