05/02/2025: Patience and professionalism. I've been to Pinko many times, I've always had a good time, with my wife, with my family and with the many, many friends I brought. Excellent cuisine, honest prices, rare courtesy and ability to manage the many customers they have. I do few reviews, but I'm really sorry to read some things. On Saturday 1st February, to be precise, I was eating with my wife, the girls in the dining room and the owner asked the birthday boys mentioned in other reviews several times to behave politely, but they did not limit their exaggerated behavior in the slightest. Both the girls and the owner apologized several times to us and the other customers in the room for the situation. I congratulate you on the patience and professionalism demonstrated this time too. Well done!!

21/02/2025: Locale piccolo ma molto intimo e curato , con musica jazz soft. Pizza con ingredienti generosi e di qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da ritornare !

28/02/2025: Not very large but pleasant place with large outdoor space a stone's throw from Pistoia cathedral. Fantastic cuisine for celiacs. Good selection of wines. We went for an aperitif and everything was good from the platters to the desserts.

05/03/2025: They recommended this place to me, and I have to say I was surprised. Generous portions. I didn't give my all because I had ordered a grill, but it was almost exclusively shellfish (I could have asked but they could also have specified it) Anyway, all in all good. I'll be back.

05/10/2024: I didn't know the place even though I know the place very well and I must say that both the starters and the pizzas are superb.... Then the waitresses were not only very cute, but also kind, despite the room being full they made us sit down and served us in a flash. I highly recommend it.

16/02/2025: We went to this place for Valentine's Day, the environment was very beautiful and very well decorated for the occasion, unfortunately the service was a bit lacking after ordering the dishes, between the starter and the next course we waited more than an hour and after this wait only the second course ordered by my partner was brought to the table, while for the tortelli I ordered we had to wait a further quarter of an hour. Even for the dessert order we had to wait another 20 minutes just to receive the dessert menu. As for the food, the meat was very good, the tortelli had a pasta that was too thick and undercooked with a filling of more than just burrata inside with a not too pleasant aftertaste. The dessert was good, we had the tiramisu. Prices rather high compared to the quantity of food which is not too abundant.

23/02/2025: The environment is not that of a pizzeria but of a shopping centre, the service is valid but cold and not very empathetic (also of a shopping centre). The food is good even if not excellent, The quality/price ratio is in their favor.

23/02/2025: I found myself at the shopping center during lunch time, I decided to try to eat here and I was satisfied, the staff were friendly and helpful. Good dishes and fast service, fair prices. I'll be back for pizza.

28/02/2025: The pizza deserves it also because the dough has its own recognisability, it is light, crumbly on the edge, not salty, not greasy, not chewy in the finish and with a good flavour. The ingredients are average for pizzerias and do not stand out in quality. The environment is not for a first date. The service is courteous and friendly and I really appreciated it. Well done! The sore point that makes me say without hesitation: "I won't come back a second time" is unfortunately the lack of attention to product contamination which means poor hygiene. Everyone touches the ingredients and it's not acceptable! If you serve, clean and tidy tables or are at the cash register you cannot then go and prepare pizzas or cold dishes, even if the desire to help colleagues is commendable. Better to wait a little longer for your order than to receive contaminated food on your plate.

02/12/2024: La miglior pizza! Sia impasto alto, soffice e ben cotta, sia bassa, leggera, friabile. Comunque molto digeribile. Ottimi i condimenti, tanta scelta e se la vuoi personalizzata (a gusto tuo, fuori menu) Paolo ti accontenta sempre. Prenotando puoi mangiarla sul posto anziché da asporto. Se invece hai fretta o non vuoi una pizza intera, puoi scegliere fra quelle di vari gusti che ha sempre già pronte calde, anche se ne vuoi una sola fetta. Qualità, cortesia, educazione e simpatia.
