The owner was warm and welcoming, and the location is perfect for a relaxing break, with a beautiful view of the river. You might even receive a little surprise “gift” during your visit! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Fantastic gelato! They only had three flavors left because it was the last day of the season, but every single one was excellent. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming — a perfect farewell treat before they close. Can’t wait to return next year!

We opted for:
- pasta with mushrooms, guanciale, and chestnuts
- lasagna al ragù
- spinach and Swiss chard with garlic
- meatballs
An authentic and truly delicious place 🇮🇹
01/03/2026: Most authentic experience. Best food in Pisa. Walked past and stopped by the smell of fresh food, all laid out in the window to choose from. I got a mix and match of all the things I wanted. Local people coming in to eat home made food at local prices! They even vacuum seal food to take away!

It's a lovely place, small but well-located (even in summer, with tables outside), and tastefully decorated, with many paintings, clocks, an old telephone, and modern antiques (even the bathroom is beautiful). The service is excellent, and the dishes are delicious, varied, and plentiful. The price is fair, in line with the quality of the food. I'm happy
to have celebrated my birthday there.

The cone is often taken for granted, but they've thought of that too, making it artisanally and making it delicious.

17/03/2026: Lots of options between sandwiches and plant-based protein sources, as a non-vegan I really appreciated it, so I really recommend everyone to try it. The staff is super kind and welcoming and it is located between Via Santa Maria and Piazza Dante, so it is perfect for lunch breaks for students and university staff. We collectively try to support these companies that offer alternatives to meat.
