01/10/2025: I had a lovely dinner at this restaurant with my husband. I had heard great things about it, and I have to say that the dinner—or rather, the experience—exceeded my expectations. It's hard to describe the explosion (literally) of flavors in every course. Flavors and combinations, sometimes unusual, but always perfect! Everything was excellent! The service was also excellent, impeccable in its attention to detail and attentiveness! The atmosphere was elegant yet warm! You'd expect a place like this in Milan or London—a real gem in the heart of San Miniato. Compliments to the chef! It's truly on another level! We'll be back.

26/10/2025: We went there today on the recommendation of a friend. It's a lovely place, small but well-located (even in summer, with tables outside), and tastefully decorated, with many paintings, clocks, an old telephone, and modern antiques (even the bathroom is beautiful). The service is excellent, and the dishes are delicious, varied, and plentiful. The price is fair, in line with the quality of the food. I'm happy to have celebrated my birthday there.

16/11/2025: We are staying in the area to view wedding venues and on our first night ventured into the town for dinner at Margo. The service and food was fantastic, and such reasonable prices too. We ended up popping back today for a drink and were greeted by the same host who remembered the wine we were drinking and brought us our snacks for free to accompany our drinks. Do not hesitate to visit and eat here if you are ever in the area! :)

02/11/2025: Very cute place and really delicious food! I love Calci and went to this trattoria for the first time yesterday for lunch. I had the tordelli lucchesi and the cheek with mashed potatoes! Everything was delicious 🤤 even the dark chocolate cake! Very friendly and helpful service! A truly pleasant and wonderful experience :) We'll be back soon!!

29/10/2025: Deliozoso e perfetto. cheap, quality food with good portions, very nice waiter who adapts to tourists, very good drinks and food and with a very nice view on the terrace

11/10/2025: I've read is the best ice cream and honestly i was a bit sceptic and thought i'ts just a tourist trap but ice cream is amazing. Could be the best i've ever tried. So creamy. Yumm. Today i tried mango. Will come back tomorrow. Came back and tried lemon and pistachio. Lemon is just perfect in hot day like today.

10/10/2025: We enjoyed this unpretentious casual venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s elegant but casual and the food and service are great. It’s attached to a small “museum” honoring Andrea. It’s like a cafe and restaurant and a bar, and a gift shop. All things Bocacelli! VictorB

07/10/2025: My family and I have been here a couple times and it is such a beautiful restaurant, lovely atmosphere, especially the courtyard, the staff are amazing and sweet. The food is absolutely delicious and out of this world! We will go back when in Lajatico again. Highly recommend!

29/10/2025: It's the best gelato shop in all of Pisa! You can really taste the artisanal gelato—and let's not even talk about the cone! The cone is often taken for granted, but they've thought of that too, making it artisanally and making it delicious. Every time I go there, it's a true sensory pleasure, complemented by the kindness and generosity of their team.

18/11/2025: I had a lovely visit to your café. The flavours were wonderful, the cappuccino and filter coffee were especially enjoyable, and the croissants were truly delightful. The staff were warm and welcoming, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. There was only one thing that made my stay less comfortable. During the hour I spent there, a group at a nearby table were speaking very loudly, with constant laughter and strong language. They did not appear to be having any food or drinks, yet the noise continued the entire time. It made it difficult to enjoy the calm moment I had hoped for. I would be happy to return because the service and food were excellent. I hope this small comment helps to keep the café as comfortable as it deserves to be.

27/10/2025: Excellent pizza and lightning-fast service, 10 minutes never passed between ordering the pizza and starting to eat. The only "" flaw "" is the small place, but it's worth it

01/11/2025: We reserved a table for four people for October 31, 2025. We were delighted with the food and the friendly service. The food isn't exactly cheap, but everything presented on the table was fresh. We'd love to come back.

18/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, and had a pleasant lunch outside on a sunny day. The food was excellent, the staff friendly, and the place was delightful inside too. The mixed crostini and pumpkin tagliolini with pecorino cream were excellent.
