24/05/2025: We went for lunch today, my husband and I took a meat menu of the day and a vegetarian one. Both very good with fresh pasta and well-assorted products. Nice owners, you could feel the family atmosphere Highly recommended!

20/05/2025: Il locale ci è stato consigliato da amici e dobbiamo confermare che avevano ragione! Ottima accoglienza, servizio espresso, piatti della tradizione livornese dal sapore unico , eccezionali! Il miglior cacciucco mai mangiato in vita nostra! Ottima la frittura , i dolci , i vini insomma da tornarci sicuramente!! Comodamente raggiungibile dal porto (varco fortezza) dove avevamo parcheggiato e fatto due passi per la città. 19/05/2025: Great food, and dogs are "tolerated." Unfortunately, the service was completely uninspired. Despite the restaurant being empty, we waited 20 minutes to order a coffee.

05/05/2025: Very good restaurant with excellent waiters and the food is perfect and tasty. Nice seating options. On weekends you should call and reserve in advance. I can highly recommend👍🏻

03/05/2025: Lunch with friends during the week. No reservation but we arrived very early, around noon. Quiet, small (3/4 tables inside, a couple outside) but welcoming. Friendly and helpful staff. Short waiting time for dishes. Typical dishes. Honest prices. At the beginning, separately, they also brought us some seasoned bruschetta.

03/05/2025: We had lunch here on the advice of some artisans from Castagneto. Our expectations were not disappointed. The food is really great and the menu is based on typical dishes from the area! The staff is very kind and very hospitable. The place is small but they are also equipped with seats for children and games to entertain them with. We had a really good time

13/05/2025: The most beautiful pastry shop in Livorno. A large counter that is always fresh and varied. The staff in impeccable uniforms, is always attentive and professional. Ready to give advice. It is not cheap but the products are excellent, very good. The chocolate is unbeatable. From savory to sweet everything prepared with extreme care, everything excellent.

11/05/2025: The pastry shop is historic, beautiful, elegant, many good products, but unfortunately I have to leave two stars because offering the fruit tartlet with sponge cake instead of shortcrust pastry is unacceptable, not because I am necessarily a traditionalist, on the contrary, it's just that it doesn't improve at all, but the opposite. I hope they repent, in which case I will act accordingly.

26/03/2025: Very nice place, in a nautical style. We ordered two mixed appetizers with various tastings, excellent! Followed by a first and second course, the truly exquisite mixed grill. To finish, two desserts and coffee. Truly fantastic value for money. We will return to try other dishes.

08/03/2025: Excellent choice of dishes. An appetizer that is almost full on its own, structured in a cold selection and a hot one that is definitely not to be missed. The owner presented us with the catch of the day, very fresh and we were able to choose the recipe to our liking. The desserts made by them and the spectacular wine. The service reserved for guests is excellent, because you don't feel like just customers. The bill is definitely in line with the quality of the food and not excessive. Also worth trying is the freshly made pizza with a visible counter and oven. Must try.

02/03/2025: A different environment from the usual restaurant, pleasant place with an excellent atmosphere, excellent food and wine. I don't recommend it to anyone who doesn't know how to appreciate the culinary art.

01/05/2025: A place to have a quick meal, a breakfast, a simple snack or a sandwich, being inspired by the list that associates the name of the sandwiches with the most characteristic places in Livorno and its surroundings with a decent choice of foods and drinks. Particular selection of herbal teas, teas and other hot drinks. Great coffee, very friendly staff.

05/09/2024: Very nice place in the heart of Capraia Paese, very kind and helpful staff. Super dishes, especially Totano and Octopus, but I also appreciated the meat. During my holiday I tried it several times. Passed with full marks.

25/05/2025: Una sosta assolutamente consigliata in questo locale appena fuori le mura del grazioso centro storico, a 300 metri di altitudine. Ci si ferma qui per il panorama, grazie agli accoglienti tavolini all’aperto sul belvedere; per la gentile accoglienza del personale; per gli ottimi snack salati a prezzi accettabili; e per avere l’occasione di degustare la birra alla castagna dell’isola. 23/04/2025: Great little stop for a pint while exploring the beautiful island of Elba. Pint was cold and pizza sandwhich was perfect. And the view, oh the view - what a spot!
