30/05/2025: An upscale restaurant with a view of the sea. In addition to the daily specials, there's a good selection of imaginatively prepared local dishes. The fish dishes are highly recommended, but there's also a decent pizza. My favorite is the sesame-coated tuna with rosemary potatoes. A must-try.

27/05/2025: Excellent service, delicious food, right by the sea, and dog-friendly. We were there on Monday lunchtime, two of us with our dog, were served promptly, and even the dog got a water bowl. We had bread beforehand, and we each had different pasta dishes with seafood and a dessert each. The food was all delicious, and the service was extremely attentive and friendly. We could definitely go back again during our vacation, even though we live on the other side of the island.

16/05/2025: Terrible, embarrassing. It had been indicated to us as excellent for lunch break, perhaps management has changed. Our order was taken after 20 minutes: 3 people, 1 pasta, two second courses and two side dishes. After about an hour and after two reminders, we were served the pasta and a second course, without a side dish. Personally, nothing yet. Those with me have time to eat their meal and I still have nothing. Embarrassing. It is 2:36 pm, from 1 pm, the time of arrival at the restaurant, I have not yet had lunch and we decided to leave and say thank you. The manager, who did not even apologize, justified the terrible service with the excessive turnout of the restaurant and did not charge us for the terrible lunch. Embarrassing, also considering that we had to go back to work. To forget.

10/05/2025: THE DREAM of a bistro on the beautiful marina of Rio Marina! The location is great, but... and now the bistro is a picturesque feast for the eyes that is only topped by the two incredibly friendly and professional women who run the shop. Not only that they offer a small but super delicious selection of fine delicacies. They serve great drinks and cocktails that are not afraid to shine with their own creativity!

30/04/2025: From Neapolitan to Livorno, it will always be our point of reference when it comes to pizza. My wife and I visited the restaurant last week (we order more takeaways due to needs), fried pizza, classic wagon wheel on request and a mimosa; always excellent pizzas, always exquisite managers and staff and honest prices, a perfect combination. There are other Neapolitan pizzerias in the city, but as a Neapolitan and pizza obsessed I wouldn't change them for anyone

21/05/2025: Pizzeria all interno di un impianto sportivo con ambiente semplice e piacevole. Quello che eccelle e’ la pizza con livelli di ricercatezza altissimi. Il pizzaiolo Alin studia con sapienza ed amore tutti gli ingredienti e sforna pizze gourmet degne di un cinque stelle. Bravo, simpatico e pure bello Alin ti intrattiene con la sua verve mentre lancia e dosa come un mago con la sua bacchetta. Un consiglio ? Non perdetevi la pizza maialona di sua invenzione come pure la panna cotta ed il tiramisù … da urlo ! Grazie di cuore per la memorabile serata .

19/05/2025: Non penso fosse facile ereditare la prestigiosa storia di Consuelo e Mino, che han reso La Caravella celebre, sull'isola e non solo. Siamo quindi tornati con un pizzico di dubbio, subito fugato dal simpatico e professionale Cristoforo, cameriere gia' conosciuto in passato e sempre pratico di relazioni con i clienti e visione lavorativa. Menu' sempre valido, ambiente unico, tavolo bordo "caravella" che lascia l'occhio scorrere il mare sorseggiando un buon Ansonica fresco. Cacciucco top, si conferma per fortuna qualcosa di sublime, Tagliolini Ammiraglia unici, trancio di ombrina alla griglia molto ben fatto...tutta la qualita' che conoscevamo si e' brillantemente confermata. Al nuovo proprietario, sempre presente con controllo costante della sala, dico: ogni passaggio chiede un cambiamento, qualcosa che renda unica e caratteristica la nuova gestione...ma non cambiate troppo...perche' La Caravella e' il target di chi torna anno dopo anno sull'isola per quei piatti, per quel servizio, per quell'ambiente. Ci si rivede ad Agosto e grazie!

18/05/2025: Called the previous evening for 50 people. We agreed in 30 seconds and the next day we were served impeccably... From paccheri with octopus ragù to fish fillet with vegetables, from mixed fried food to panna cotta, a triumph of taste and a lot of friendliness from the staff. 10 and praise!!!
