01/04/2025: The tavern has become a pizzeria and opposite a restaurant (from the same owner) with a pleasant setting and a sober and chic decor. We went to the restaurant: the dishes are very good, the service pleasant with a very welcoming and smiling team. I recommend!

06/03/2025: Best restaurant of our trip. The food was delicious! The service was outstanding. We were lucky to discover this hidden gem during our first night so we had chance to visit next day for lunch before leaving Marsala. People were very friendly, fried artichoke is top, pasta is amazing. Only this place can be your reason to visit Sicily itself. Thank you nice people for the incredible food!

27/10/2024: Yesterday, we had an amazing meal at l’Antico Granaio. I had seared tuna with pistachios, and my wife had seared tuna with pickled red onions. Both tuna dishes were perfectly prepared, but the sweet and sour pickled red onions were exceptional – such a perfect balance! For dessert, we had the pistachio tiramisu, which at first seemed like a disappointment because it wasn’t fresh. However, after the first bite, it became clear – it was a flavor explosion you simply can’t achieve with fresh tiramisu. Only two days left here in Castellammare del Golfo, but we’ll be back!

29/03/2025: I enter a chicken shop and then discover that they make cassatella with lemon peel, following the old recipe of my grandparents. What a nice surprise, even the sugar is not the glazed one but granulated....a spectacle for the eyes, a delight for the palate. Excellent

11/03/2025: I ate on Valentine's Day in this beautiful place. Very romantic atmosphere and staff with great communication skills that make you feel at ease and enjoy the evening. The quality of the food is excellent and the quality of the wines too. What can I say, I had a wonderful time and I will return. For those who have not been there, I highly recommend it.

08/03/2025: avevamo davvero alte aspettative per questo posto. location davvero bella suggestiva e romantica che consiglierei se siete in coppia. suddividerei la cena in due parti: quella degli antipasti che a mio avviso erano davvero buoni con gusti molto ricercati soprattutto uno dei tortini presi davvero eccezionali. la delusione è iniziata con il loro cous cous di mare dove a mio avviso il mare non era proprio presente nonostante ci fossero molti frutti di mare e diversi tipi di pesce. ciò che predominava e riuscivo a sentire era solamente l'aglio, peccato nonostante il piatto si presentasse bene. abbiamo preso i tris di secondi dove la presentazione era davvero bella ma i pesci che avevamo preso avevo davvero poco gusto (in particolare cernia e tonno). anche il dolce non ha entusiasmato. servizio leggermente invadente. prezzi non alti

09/04/2025: Bar/pastry shop/ice cream shop/rotisserie located in the centre, with a few tables where you can enjoy the delicacies on site, even if the space is not very large. The staff is kind and welcoming, always ready to satisfy every request. The assortment of desserts is truly excellent, but a note of merit goes to the orange cassata: a true masterpiece of taste and originality. Even the ice cream is a guarantee: creamy, rich in flavor and perfect both in the cone and in the brioche or in the cup. I didn't have the opportunity to taste the rotisserie, but the constant coming and going of customers speaks for itself. Prices aligned with the local average. In a nutshell? A delicious stop not to be missed!

07/12/2024: I tasted the squid ink arancina. I truly found it to be the best I have ever eaten. The breading is superb. For me it's the TOP, ten heads above all the others.

18/11/2024: We had arancini and polpetta take away. They were all delicious 😋 It was busy at lunch time but nothing the ladies behind the counter didn't take in their stride. The polpetta were broccoli €3 for 2 The arancini were norma and we also had Ragu - €2.50 each They also have pasta dishes, which looked great, but we didn't try.

15/04/2025: Siamo stati da Sireno il primo giorno di apertura di questa nuova stagione...che dire....non si smentiscono mai . Menù con tante nuove proposte( i dolci tutti da provare), impasto della pizza ancora più buono e la solita gentilezza dei titolari che ti fa sempre sentire a casa. Ci vediamo presto.

25/02/2025: Nos encontramos con este encantador restaurante porque estábamos perdidos, tratando de ir de Moderna a Trapani. La comida era deliciosa, y el servicio era maravilloso. Recomendamos este pequeño lugar fuera del camino completamente.
