15/02/2026: Today we were there for the second time. We were enchanted the first time, and the second, too. Nestled in the hills near Collesano, it offers breathtaking views and is easy to reach. The place feels like home, they welcome you with a smile, the fireplace is always lit, in short, it's a comfortable refuge. The service is excellent, even on the busiest and most hectic days, with a constant smile and friendliness from the staff. The owner loves what he does; you'll see him wandering the tables, personally serving guests, and making sure everything is fine. The food is delicious, made with top-quality ingredients, with a focus on local produce. The dishes are a mix of tradition and innovation, but without losing their local identity. In short, it's like eating at a gourmet grandmother's house! The portions are generous; we couldn't finish everything and took the rest home because throwing it away would have been sacrilegious. They always offer a shot of their own liqueurs. The chocolate one is definitely worth trying; it's sublime. We bought a bottle. Casale Drinzi is one of those places that fills your belly and warms your heart, perfect for a little pampering every now and then. See you next time! 31/10/2025: Great wine, chilled red (rossato), a the female staff was really warm and welcoming and helped me with my wine choice so I came back the next day - some staff are more tolerant of English speakers than others.

19/10/2025: My husband and I stumbled upon this bar by chance, and it ended up being our favorite spot of the whole trip! The vibe was incredible — there was an after-work crowd across the street, every table was full, cars could barely get through — it was chaotic in the best way. We each had a Negroni and then a lager, both great. The atmosphere was so lively and local, and there were even families with kids, so it felt really welcoming. Highly recommend for the amazing ambiance and energy — you won’t regret it!

20/03/2026: It was a wonderful and delicious experience! Excellent quality food that pleases everyone! Vegan and non-vegan. The staff is helpful and very kind, attentive to customers and requests, even offering recommendations. The prices are average, but considering other average places don't offer this service and are sometimes rude, I give it a 10++!! I'd definitely go back.

05/03/2026: Dinner with my daughter, it was our first time there, and we were pleasantly surprised by everything: the welcoming and kind staff, the refined atmosphere, the carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious dishes. The menu offers a wide variety of options for vegans and celiacs. Lastly, the very clean restrooms are also noteworthy. Thank you. We'll be back to delight you.

28/02/2026: The best pizzas made in a traditional oven. Friendly and very fast service. Admittedly, the chairs are plastic, but we ate here four nights in a row, it was so good!! Go without hesitation.

14/03/2026: Gelateria La Kala is a must-see in Palermo. The gelato is creamy, rich in flavor, and made with such care that you can taste it from the first bite. Their Sette Veli is truly extraordinary: balanced, indulgent, with that perfect layering that makes it unique. The staff is kind and welcoming, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the prices are fair for the quality offered. After reading many enthusiastic reviews, I can say I wholeheartedly agree: La Kala maintains a consistently high standard. Highly recommended, especially for those who want to try a properly made Sette Veli.

18/01/2026: It's been +/- three months since we came here, so sadly we do not remember all the details. We do remember we found this ice cream place to be above average compared to the other ones in Palermo. We came here twice; the first time I ordered pistachio, dark chocolate, and nocciola (this one my girlfriend remembers as being average, not the best flavour), and at least one of those must have been good for us to come back a second time.

16/02/2026: Superlative experience at Alibi. We chose the 4 steps tasting menu, and every dish was an explosion of flavor. Excellent quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. The staff is professional and friendly, and the atmosphere is elegant and intimate. Excellent value. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return to try the other items on the menu.
