29/07/2025: Passing through Foggia, my partner and I stopped for lunch at this wonderful restaurant, where we were pampered by the local lady and gentleman. Typical Apulian dishes are exquisite, excellent, and traditional! I recommend it for a fantastic lunch!

18/07/2025: We stopped by by chance. The place might go unnoticed, perhaps stuck in the '90s, but...come by and stop. Freshly prepared dishes, quality ingredients, home-like service. Wonderful...we had a great time. The price...excellent. Must try!

21/07/2025: Authentic Italian food. The restaurant, located at the very end of the village, is run by three brothers. On the other side of the village, on the corner where you enter, there's a small coffee bar, also run by them. The restaurant doesn't have a menu, but that's no problem: just tell them how many courses you want and be surprised; everything tastes wonderful. The homemade house wine is smooth and delicious. Great atmosphere, friendly brothers, lovely family restaurant. They deserve the full 5 stars. Incidentally, a beautiful village with excellent free amenities (shower, electricity, toilet) for a camper.

26/07/2025: On this vacation back to my Lucera roots, we stopped here for lunch twice, and before we left, we already booked another. I'm not posting photos because I'm not used to it, and I'm not even in the habit of leaving reviews. But in this case, it's a must. This restaurant is run by chef Paolo and his wife, who work directly with their customers. Knowing that today was my partner's birthday, they even prepared a special menu just for us! The dishes are freshly prepared (which isn't a given), and the menu changes daily, always using the freshest ingredients. I think it's the best place to eat in Lucera, and not only that, I think it's among the best in Italy, both for the quality of the dishes and the customer service.

05/08/2025: We stayed in the hotel's Bristol Suite. The room is clean and tastefully decorated. The bedding is comfortable. Room service is excellent, with nightly room service that prepares your bedtime, which is much appreciated. Valet parking, porter, and porter are all on hand. We have absolutely nothing to do; they take care of everything. The staff is friendly, and some also speak French (a big plus when you're not good at the language). The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and very good. The hotel is perfectly located in the historic center of Florence. Just step outside the door and everything is nearby. We loved it, and if we return to Florence, this is the hotel we'll stay at. Thank you to the entire team for your welcome and professionalism.

20/07/2025: We stayed in a residence near Manfredonia for a weekend and, while searching TikTok for a good seafood restaurant, we discovered this restaurant. The food was simply sublime! From the appetizer onward, the octopus meatballs were delicious. The raw seafood sandwiches were incredibly fresh and we devoured them (we each ordered one and a half!). The place is very quaint and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves fresh seafood! The only downside is the lack of a high chair.

25/06/2025: Passing through Manfredonia last Monday, looking for a place to have dinner, we came across Ginger and, attracted by the reviews, we sat down at an outside table. We were welcomed with a smile, we were told a bit about the menu full of dishes with curious combinations; we chose a tuna tataki and a gourmet fish sandwich and we were very satisfied, the flavors are refined but not snobbish. The desserts confirmed this impression, special but without frills. To complete the pleasantness, the exchange of chatter with the maitre 🙂 returning to Manfredonia, we would gladly stop by again!

14/07/2025: Excellent lunch option. Variety and good food. A wide selection of first and second courses, as well as seasonal vegetables, sautéed, grilled, and boiled. Excellent value. Special mention goes to the ladies at the counter, who are always friendly and helpful despite the sweltering heat. Highly recommended.

19/06/2025: Beautiful place. Beautiful and tidy beach as well as clean. The only thing I didn't find fair is that with the price of the umbrella with sunbed and deckchair, which is still high (June 25 €) you have to pay to rinse your feet. Excessive. For the rest, everything tidy and professional staff.

15/06/2025: A true oasis of peace nestled between crystal clear sea and wild nature. Lido Macchia, located in the splendid town of Mattinata, offers an authentic experience, perfect for those seeking relaxation, breathtaking landscapes and warm hospitality. The structure is cared for down to the smallest details, with well-spaced umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly, always available and attentive to the needs of guests. The sea is simply enchanting: transparent water, sloping seabed and a view that embraces the Gargano coast. The bar and restaurant service is also excellent, with simple but tasty dishes, ideal for a lunch break with a sea view. The location of the lido, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, gives a sense of intimacy and connection with nature. Ideal for families, couples or anyone who wants to regenerate away from the confusion. A pearl of the Gargano to experience and recommend!

04/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, you eat well and you pay the right price. I recommend it. I returned for another family event and we were amazed by the quantity of food and the quality. Great selection of both land and sea starters. We were already full. The trovcoli with seafood and fried fish were also excellent. Very fresh fish. Friendliness and kindness on the part of the owners and waiters. Really satisfied. Highly recommended.

09/08/2025: We stopped by a few days ago and found the place closed despite it being listed as open. I removed the previous review (1 star) because the owners (I presume) replied that they were waiting for a call for tenders to reopen in September. So I asked to change the status to "temporarily closed," but the change was rejected, and the place continues to appear open. I'm updating the review now while I wait for the status to be updated.

18/05/2025: Excellent doughs and various flours, all leavened in a long time, excellent quality products. Very kind staff and, listen up, even though the place is not very big, the bathroom is easily usable by those in wheelchairs!!! Chapeau!

21/03/2025: We spent a pleasant evening at this pizzeria. The dough is very good and it also offers pizza with lactose-free products. Super recommended!

29/08/2025: 5 stars for the gelato because it's truly excellent. There are always new flavors, and they're all really good. The granita is also very good, made with fresh fruit. However, the staff deserves 3 stars, especially the cashier, who is decidedly rude and unfriendly. The gelato shop also has one very small and cramped bathroom; it's always dirty and doesn't have toilet paper. I only go there because the gelato is delicious.

27/08/2025: Strolling along the main street in Vieste, we noticed their granita cart. At first glance, we could tell they were artisanal, and we couldn't resist trying them. The granita was delicious, super fresh, dense, and had a genuine, fruity flavor. I highly recommend it.
