01/01/2026: Fast service, good value for money, and a wide variety of pizzas, as well as focaccias, croquettes, and more. There's also pre-packaged ice cream in the refrigerated section, and indoor and outdoor seating, plus a small summer terrace. 🤗👍
29/12/2025: Good but disorganized. We ordered pizzas, and when we went to pick them up, they said they didn't have the order. What can I say? Disappointing.

09/09/2025: While sightseeing in Vieste, we happened to stop at Caffè Gelateria Ruggieri: a welcoming place with truly delicious gelato. We found the service friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. A highlight: they offer a wide selection of lactose-free gelato, ideal for those with lactose intolerances or simply preferring lighter options without sacrificing flavor.

05/09/2025: I returned a year later, and I'm deeply saddened to leave this review. Unfortunately, the menu selection and the quality of the food presented don't do justice to the splendid location. Last year, they had high-quality cuisine with sophisticated dishes, while this year, the menu makes you feel like you're in a bar.
I truly hope you'll take full advantage of this review and rethink your offerings, returning to a cuisine that truly deserves to be called such.
I emphasize again that the location is truly worthy.
20/08/2025: The quality and atmosphere are top-notch. The service is also very good.
I'm giving it 4 stars because some portions are expensive and very small (like the fries, which cost 6 euros, and were a maximum of 3 per person), while others are gigantic, like the burgers. It's a little difficult to know what you're getting, but when it arrives, it certainly doesn't leave anything to be desired.

06/01/2026: Angelo is a trusted name in the restaurant business and is synonymous with reliability. I return after 10-15 years, but it's always a pleasure. A pleasant place, an old bakery where you can enjoy traditional dishes, friendly and always helpful staff, excellent food. A+++

12/01/2026: Sunday lunch with a highly appreciated tasting menu.
The porchetta alla fornarina was undoubtedly the star dish: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
The presence of the cheesemaker, who prepared fresh mozzarella on the spot, enriched the gastronomic experience with authentic, quality products, was also greatly appreciated.
The option of choosing from the à la carte menu was excellent, as was the attention to special needs, such as intolerances or specific requests.
Organized service and a welcoming atmosphere.
11/01/2026: I'm writing a review about my New Year's Eve dinner experience. The dinner was inedible, with completely unrelated and flavorless dishes. The waiters were unprofessional and lacked any customer service. Besides the appetizer, we didn't eat anything. From what we saw at other tables, many people had their dishes returned. I have to say, if they're like this for a New Year's Eve dinner, I can't imagine what they do for special occasions. Never again!

29/12/2025: I happened upon this restaurant with friends completely out of season, and the owner greeted us very professionally. Everything was delicious and plentiful, home-style cooking, but divinely prepared! The place is clean, tidy, and welcoming, with a spectacular view of the Foggia plain.

09/08/2025: We stopped by a few days ago and found the place closed despite it being listed as open. I removed the previous review (1 star) because the owners (I presume) replied that they were waiting for a call for tenders to reopen in September. So I asked to change the status to "temporarily closed," but the change was rejected, and the place continues to appear open.
I'm updating the review now while I wait for the status to be updated.

20/10/2025: In addition to being the most welcoming and elegant reception hall in the province, it's absolutely the most professional location in every way, including the incredibly professional and friendly staff. The Camardella brothers can guarantee the best possible service for any event. We celebrated an important event and were delighted, especially with the quality of the lunch!!! Highly recommended!!! 16/07/2025: Excellent glacier à l’entrée du vieux village de Vieste , juste au niveau de la porte ancienne. Il y a une jolie petite terrasse qui permet de déguster sa glace à l’ombre. Magnifique panorama sur la mer. Les prix sont ceux du marché (3,50€ pour deux parfums).
05/07/2025: La gelateria è situata al centro di Vieste, è molto piccola e sempre molto affollata. Ha un'ampia scelta sia di gelato che di granite. Abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente le creme rispetto ai gusti frutta, che però sono in generale un po' troppo dolci. I prezzi sono in linea con quelli del posto.
