05/11/2024: Non si può fare una cucina accurata servendo un menù fisso a più di 200 persone. L’esperienza è stata pessima perché il pranzo è durato 4 ore in mezzo ad un rumore assordante per il numero dei commensali. Il cibo passa in secondo piano quando si vive una situazione di malessere e bisogna alzare la voce per farsi udire dagli altri commensali. Giornata di sole ma all’esterno le sedie e i tavoli erano sporchi da fare schifo. Prezzo di 210 Euro per due adulti e due bambini di 13 e 10 anni con vino della casa.

19/02/2025: Pessima esperienza. Inizialmente mi propone una specie di pizza bianca in sostituzione del pane, molto buona. Appena va via un cliente invece mi porta il pane bruschetta che aveva tolto dal suo tavolo. La tagliata di angus servita su un ceppo di legno è arrivata a tavola molto fredda e la cameriera ha dato la colpa alla temperatura esterna. Patate al forno molto oliose ma accettabili. Tagliere di formaggio molto striminzito, quasi nullo. Pessima esperienza e costi oltre ogni logica

29/12/2024: Devono cambiare più spesso l’ olio ed imparare a trattare con rispetto i clienti. Arancine discrete, babà pessimo, ricotta dei cannoli mediocre e troppo dolce, calzone fritto troppo unto. Grande varietà di prodotti ma migliorare sicuramente la qualità.

18/10/2024: Really characteristic place in Borgo Vichese, convenient to get there with a short walk. Outdoor tables with top view. Qualified service, refined dishes with pre-season material, especially local products. From appetizers to desserts, through first and second courses, everything is really tasty and at really interesting prices. Good offer of always local wines. Liqueurs of own production, really compliments for quality and quantity.

16/01/2025: I've been into authentic japanese restaurant. I order 'a la carta' to get some sushi, shashimi, ramen, etc. and got disappointed. Some of the orders were inconsistent (didn't have the content, no nori nor wassabi, etc.) Ramen is not Ramen at all. If you are looking for an authentic japanese restaurant, this is not it. I felt I was fooled. Sorry to say.

21/02/2025: Posso dire con certezza che il miglior ristorante in città è Cristallo. Gianni, il proprietario, è una persona fantastica! Ho assaggiato la pizza e, sinceramente, è stata la migliore che abbia mai mangiato in Italia. Ogni venerdì non manco mai, salvatemi sempre il mio posto!

13/02/2025: Had dinner with my wife at the end of June, in the open-air square, two more than abundant appetizers, 2 first courses (troccoli with seafood, and one with clams) more fish than pasta!! Honestly, we only saw the guy who served us (very kind), water, wine, sorbets... €35 each

03/02/2025: Best hotel in Florence. What a gorgeous hotel with amazing service in the heart of Florence. We were given the family room, a two story suite like room. It was amazing, beautiful and so comfortable. This is a terrific hotel with a very cool spa, the people were terrific and really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. The door men were awesome helping with luggage, taxis, advice on restaurants. Overall 5++ this is certainly the best hotel in Florence.

24/02/2025: A place in stone, at the entrance one could say the historic center of S.Agata di Puglia, a small village perched on the Dauni mountains and perhaps the one with the most extensive view of the territory and the surrounding hills. The Canonica della Canonica is managed by a gentleman who I was able to meet at the end of my lunch, a formidable chef who rightly boasts of the delicacies he prepares and with good reason. Because you see, in this place you eat 'ancient flavours': the appetizers are those that grandmothers typically prepared many years ago, based on preserves or cooked and/or pickled vegetables; the grilled meat has the taste of the past, it is not commercial; the place then, built in an ancient space of stone walls, with tables also arranged in 'niches' on the sides of the central hall. In the end the tables are numbered, it is not a place for large groups, but it seems like a place for romantics, travellers, small families eager to eat not well. Very good. Yes, I should also add that I paid just €20 for my lunch and I ate a lot. I understand why places like this are very visited, appreciated and known even outside the country. All thanks to the food, the place, the quality and the courtesy of those who manage the kitchen and those who serve at the tables. My most sincere compliments.

03/02/2025: A real experience in the authentic flavors of the Daunian sub-Apennines. Highly recommended for any occasion, it allows you to truly feel at home. Very friendly staff and a place easily accessible from the main square of the town. Fantastic appetizers, typical of tradition. First courses of great quality: above all, cavajuole, typical ravioli filled with sweetened ricotta served with ragout. We will be back and gladly!
