15/10/2023: The quality of the ingredients is good, but small portions (sometimes ridiculous, like that of falafel) and high prices in relation to what is offered. Restaurant bill (30 per person), to still arrive hungry at the end of dinner. Experience not to be repeated
26/09/2023: Wow! If only vegan food were always this good! There is a great choice of Italian and other cuisines - anything from a simple sandwich or a local salad to oriental noodles. The local beers and wines are great and there is also a choice of fresh juices and smoothies. Vegan deserts can often be a let down, but not at Micro. There were two types of cake, so we had one of each so we could share. Both were delicious. The staff could not have been more helpful and the surroundings are very scenic.

11/03/2024: Pranzo di famiglia di circa 20 persone, nella saletta tutta per noi dove i bambù ni si sono divertiti senza dare fastidio agli altri ospiti nella sala comune...masseria di una bellezza disarmante, pietra bianca meravigliosa...camerieri sempre disponibili e con il sorriso stampato sulle labbra...antipasti di livello mondiale: gustosissimi, genuini...favolosi...primo ai corciofi da rivedere (ottimo il condimento ma la pasta non era dello stesso livello del resto)...il filetto in crosta molto tenero e succoso...ottima la crosta ma nn eccessivamente saporita la carne...
Del prezzo non so dire

11/03/2024: Antipasti molto buoni ed abbondanti e anche un po’ particolari… fuori dai soliti schemi. Dei due assaggini di primo molto buone le orecchiette con il ragù’… un po’ meno buono il risotto con il radicchio ( poco risottato e un po’ brodoso). Molto buona la carne. Locale carino e caratteristico. Punto di forza la simpatia e la gentilezza dei gestori. rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Da ritornarci magari con amici.

The boss and the waitress are really adorable!! A great variety of products that really make you want to eat and taste everything!! Warm place! If I lived in Cellino san Marco, I would come very often!!

19/03/2024: Everything was wonderful! 200 types of pucchia sandwiches. But be careful. We were told the medium pucchia is "the size of a pizza" which is fine for a pizza, but quite big for a sandwich :-)

15/09/2023: We had an amazing experience at Silvè this evening, 9/15/23. The food was incredible, the service was outstanding and it was an overall great experience. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and look forward to returning. We left feeling stuffed after countless rounds of food and couldn’t have picked a better restaurant to finish off our Italy honeymoon.

24/03/2024: Excellent pizzeria that uses genuine, high quality products!!! Very good pizza with soft Neapolitan dough, very light and easy to digest. Salvatore (the owner) is very professional and knows how to do his job well considering that he is also Neapolitan!!! It's a family environment and you immediately feel at ease. I forgot the waitress (the girl in particular) goes out of her way to satisfy people's requests and she is very quick to serve and is precise in her orders so she knows how to do her job well, congratulations!!! People, what else can I say, go to this Pizzeria near the center of Francavilla Fontana, you will be super satisfied!!! Hello Salvatore, see you next time -;) you are the Top on Francavilla Fontana and beyond!!!

09/02/2024: Siamo tornati in questo locale a distanza di tempo. L’atmosfera accogliente è quella di sempre ma il menu’ è stato rivisitato. Molte pietanze mi hanno ricordato le ricette della nonna, eseguite con cura e nel rispetto della tradizione. Staff cordiale e molto gentile,prezzi nella media. Lo consiglio vivamente.
