24/03/2024: A true marvel! A Palm Sunday dedicated to family and a traditional fish-based lunch. And today at Medium Cooking we enjoyed some magnificent carpaccio, spectacular sea urchins not only in color but also in taste and scent of the sea. Stuffed cuttlefish and to finish a linguine with the sauce of a giant gurnard. Impeccable service and Easter atmosphere. Also excellent for celiac diners. Overall, 10/10! Go there and you won't regret your choice.

16/03/2024: the first was frozen orecchiette, the second was schnitzel with chips and with eyelashes and hair, passing through the kitchen I heard: "here's a hair we'll do (they reply) okay then they'll take it off". At the dessert the waiters removed the second course and the knife with which the cutlet was cut fell on the dessert

13/02/2024: I went today with my family and I have to say that lately it has gotten a lot worse in terms of plating and also a little in quality! For example, the hosomaki were ungodly and all flaky. Several dishes ordered never arrived and the dishes on the menu have always been the same for years. I don't think I will go back there again.

13/02/2024: Walking around the city of Trani I came across this small bakery. The scent of bread, focaccia and other delicacies speaks for itself of the flavors and choice of ingredients. Mr Marco, behind the counter, described to me the products they make, including bread toasted and sautéed in a pan with turnip greens and other simple ingredients, to give that unique taste and aroma of the ancient family recipe and, in general, of the women of Trani. Thank you Mr Marco for your friendliness and for conveying the passion you have for your work. In addition to retail sales, it carries out shipments guaranteeing the fragrance of the focaccia onta from Trani, the one from Bari and their bread with vacuum packing. 02/03/2024: Cucina semplice e deliziosa, genuina e fresca. In questo ristorante ti senti a casa. A conduzione familiare, il servizio è attento e molto cordiale, la freschezza e la prelibatezza dei piatti sono una garanzia. Sono stata a pranzo con mia mamma, vengo da Bologna, ed è stato un pranzo molto piacevole. Consiglio a tutti coloro che passano per Barletta di fare una sosta in questo ristorante che merita tutti gli elogi possibili.
