02/12/2025: If you get to Barletta, get yourself a puccia at D’Angiò. It’s a delicious sandwich with homemade pizza crust. The dough is made right there and it’s amazing. They pack them with unique, super fresh ingredients. Best. Sandwich. Ever! And a fun, helpful staff.

08/03/2026: Nice place. We had dinner with friends and had several courses, all of which were good. Service was average, though the tables were perhaps a little too close together. Overall, a good experience.

09/01/2026: Delicious pizza, their gricia is SPECTACULAR, it's the second time in two weeks that I've come to Andria to eat it (I'm from Altamura), the prices are proportionate to the quality (top), the location is really beautiful and warm, the staff is really fast, kind and available for every request, their baked potatoes are EXCELLENT, the only advice I would feel like giving is to spice up the homemade mayonnaise a little more, I hope to return soon, for now it's the best pizza I've ever eaten 💙

07/04/2026: I wanted to leave a review for Caramel Bistro in Trani. We stopped for dinner while passing through, and I must say it was a truly extraordinary experience.
My wife already knew the owner by name, Maurizio, because she had tasted some of his wines. During the evening, we had the pleasure of meeting him in person: a truly special person.
He prepares the food in full view, with great passion and attention. Each dish was paired with a wine selected and served directly by Maurizio, creating truly excellent pairings.
It was an authentic culinary experience, carefully prepared and full of passion.
Maurizio, you are truly a wonderful person. Thank you for the wonderful evening. We will definitely be back! 🍷✨

09/02/2026: I ate at this restaurant for the first time last weekend. The pizza was good and the location was nice, but unfortunately, the service was the only downside.
The wait between the appetizer and the pizza was incredibly long: we waited about an hour and a quarter before eating our pizzas. But the most serious and unacceptable thing, which is not expected from a restaurant, was being forced to leave our tables with our pizzas still in front of us to allow customers for the next shift to enter.
I believe it's unfair, in good restaurant management, to pass on to customers the poor service of a kitchen that's too slow and not up to the task of managing three evening shifts.
