Great pizza! The ham is cut to order, not just sitting there waiting!
Locals come here as if they were visiting friends – that's saying something!
I recommend the panzerroti – AMAZING!!!
And it's so close to my place across the street! ;-)

26/08/2025: I've known this place for a while, and I've always heard good things about it. I finally got to try it, but it wasn't what I expected.
I don't question the quality of the ingredients, but I didn't find much variety in either the appetizers or the pizzas.
The platter only had four cured meats, and the buffalo mozzarella platter only had porchetta, and an excessive amount.
I didn't find the pizzas exceptional; I expected the dough to be much better, as well as the combination of ingredients. I'm very disappointed, especially because I've always heard good things about it.
The service, however, was always quick, helpful, and very friendly.
22/08/2025: Pizzas with divine dough, light and easy to digest. A very kind man explains everything well. The fish dishes are also delicious! Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is lively and the interior is very pleasant; we dined outside. One of the best pizzas in recent memory!

03/08/2025: The atmosphere is very nice and tidy. The service is friendly, but not attentive (I ordered one thing
and they brought me another). As for the dishes, let's talk about them. Burrata and mozzarella are the same as the ones at the Coop down the street; we expected something else from Andria. As for the sandwich cut in half and toasted, passed off as a frisella, it's just not there. Herbs used carelessly, zucchini unpresentable, and, last but not least, a beautiful bed of iceberg lettuce in almost every dish. What can I say for a farm?!? The flavored oils are also questionable. But that's just my opinion. I wouldn't go back.
01/08/2025: Passing by, I had lunch with my family.
Aside from sampling the various flavored oils, which were of truly excellent quality,
the manager recommended a beef tagliata.
It was inedible!!
I sent it back, and it ended up on my final bill...
Congratulations.
It's also true that, at the manager's insistence, he offered me sausage and potatoes instead of the tagliata. This dish also wasn't up to par, costing less than the tagliata, and wasn't mentioned on the final bill.
Not even the two coffees we had at the end were offered.
In short, in my opinion, this is not the way to treat customers, and you deserve a bad review.

25/04/2025: Today, April 25th, we spent part of our day in Minervino where we decided to have lunch, guests of the "Il focolare" restaurant. Genuine cuisine, at km0... really excellent. Very kind, attentive and friendly staff. We will be back for sure!
22/04/2025: We had lunch in this restaurant on Easter Monday and, not knowing it, we were pleasantly surprised: good value for money, courteous and professional staff, nice and well-kept environment. A note of thanks to Vincenzo, who offered free of charge to accompany us on the visit of Minervino and its surroundings, with historical knowledge and a lot of love for his country, which allowed us to appreciate it even more. Super recommended experience.

The waitress came over twice to ask if we were ready to order, but if we don't call you, we're obviously not ready. She also came over immediately to take away the dishes as soon as we finished the pizza. I wouldn't go back.

It's a shame about the slow, rude service, and the decision to literally kick customers out of their tables without ever informing them of the time limit. We were about to order dessert and coffee when we were told we had to leave because the next group had arrived. Rotating reservations is legal, but it's right that customers should be informed of this at the time of booking, not a minute before being kicked out.
17/08/2025: We've been to this pizzeria several times, and I must say it's always been a truly positive experience. The pizza dough is light and easy to digest, and the pizzas are cooked to perfection. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch.
The place is welcoming and often crowded with groups. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Excellent value: you can eat well without spending too much. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent pizza. I especially recommend the "maialino nel bosco" (pictured).

06/07/2025: The only thing I liked was that the sea was better than on the left side of the port, it got deeper faster. But that's not Lido's merit. I didn't like the paid area itself, as well as the staff. The sand was full of trash, not sifted or cleaned. Showers are paid, the toilet is bad.
04/07/2025: Very good location, on the beach, excellent food, friendly, respectful, involved staff. Everyone wants to make you feel satisfied, to appreciate their effort and their hospitality. A location where you always come back with great pleasure!

Esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente !!

06/04/2025: Tempi di attesa biblici. Ci siamo seduti alle 22 e abbiamo ricevuto le pizze a mezzanotte. Qualità delle pizze bassa.Le pizze bianche prive di mozzarella che a dirsi sembravano un Ciccio con dei condimenti buttati sopra, invece, le pizze rosse esageratamente salate. Anche i burger privi di condimento all’interno. Inoltre sono state richieste delle salse per accompagnare i fritti, ma ci è stato detto che non avevano il ketchup ma solo maionese che è stata servita su minuscoli piattini in plastica, arrivata dopo aver terminato di mangiare i fritti.
Locale sconsigliato vivamente.

05/08/2025: Siamo tornati a distanza di 2 anni e abbiamo trovato la stessa qualità e la stessa professionalità. Abbiamo preso antipasto freddo e caldo e il pescato del giorno, una MERAVIGLIA. Lasciatevi consigliare da Claudio (non sbaglia un colpo)che con un sorriso e due chiacchiere vi farà fare un viaggio nel sapore dell'autentico pesce. Il pesce è freschissimo e il posto è tranquillo. Non troverete la confusione ma tranquillità e un posto dove poter trascorrere un paio d'ore in pace e tranquillità. Tutto il personale è a vostra disposizione con il sorriso e con una cortesia che si fa fatica a trovare altrove. Noi ci siamo sentiti a casa, e oramai è diventato il nostro ristorante di pesce quando siamo a Trani.
01/08/2025: Questo ristorante nel centro storico di Trani è stata una scoperta incredibile. Una cucina eccezionale a base di pesce freschissimo servito con attenzione. Complimenti alla professionalità del personale di sala, e alla gentilezza del proprietario.
