10/06/2025: The Levante restaurant is located on the main street of Brindisi. The food is local Italian cuisine – simple and incredibly tasty. We arrived to Levante just before closing time. Despite that, we received excellent, kind, and pleasant service. The food arrived quickly and was exceptionally delicious with huge portions that we couldn't finish. The owner was especially smiley and welcoming. At the end of the meal, my husband made an unusual request, and surprisingly, the owner responded positively. I even received a gift that brings joy to my heart every time I see it. Thank you so much for everything.

06/06/2025: Good evening everyone, a good 5 stars for everything! A gourmet with a weakness for healthy, authentic and quality food speaks. This evening my husband and I chose two salads - refined, outside the box, composed with balance and personality. We arrived at this place after visiting other places that, unfortunately, did not meet our needs. Being from Puglia is a fortune... but also a small condemnation, when it comes to food: you know the raw material, the real one, and it becomes difficult to be satisfied. Not here. Here, every flavor spoke to us clearly. And much of it is due to Nino, the owner: passionate, present, attentive. You can tell he loves what he does. Between a smile and a chat, he accompanied us on an experience made not only of ingredients, but of intentions. Simple phrases, but full of meaning. Those that are not forgotten. 07/05/2025: This is the spot. Magic experience and food in a beautifully intimate setting. Ran by a couple Lui & Fabrizio, every detail thought of. Fabulous decor under the exposed stone ceiling.

05/05/2025: We were welcomed warmly by the owner. The atmosphere was very comfortable with an intimate setting. The spritz were delicious, as were the entrees of trout salad and grilled tuna. The tuna dish was one of the best I’ve ever enjoyed. Desserts were delightful. Vegan options were available. We are from the Mississippi Gulf Coast where grilled tuna and trout dishes are a mainstay and these were exceptional. The Chef visited our table and Hostess/Owner was very gracious. 30/05/2025: Casa Sgarra Ristorante… a family, three brothers, a lot of expertise, great professionalism!… but sitting at the table after a warm welcome we are immediately invited to taste high quality Chardonnay bubbles that anticipate a refined and characterful entree, the macarons are a real treat! Ours was an experiential journey between white vines of northern Italy in the glasses and local territory in the dishes, to note the fabulous bouquet of a truly unique Sauvignon, to finish with the flavor and softness of the blue cheeses and many other goat and cow cheeses typical of Italy. Pre dessert and dessert close this pleasant discovery in style which is pleasantly combined with a timeless typicality… the Moscato di Trani. Thank you Casa Sgarra, see you soon!

Eccellente su tutti i punti di vista, in primis la qualità del cibo, senza dimenticare l'attenzione e la piacevolezza del servizio. Ad un prezzo molto ragionevole, considerando la stella. 15/05/2025: I ordered the steak another guest had and the waitress accidentally ordered the wrong one. However, the owner noticed right away and without saying anything they brought me the steak I actually wanted. It was an above and beyond experience!! Everyone was super kind to me and the food was simply spectacular, so, if you’re in town and get the chance to come and eat here, do it. I assure you that you won’t regret it. It was amazing.

Location superlativa, incantevole, mai visto nulla di più bello! servizio impeccabile, professionalità e gentilezza sono stati i protagonisti della serata. Cibo ottimo, qualità altissima. Tutti gli invitati sono rimasti piacevolmente stupiti. Che dire, grazie a tutto lo staff di Villa Zaira per averci fatto vivere un vero e proprio sogno e per averci supportato per tutto il periodo di preparazione del matrimonio, affinché ogni nostra richiesta fosse soddisfatta nel migliore dei modi. We felt pampered, welcomed like family. Each of our requests was listened to with availability and carried out with care and passion. The result? 02/06/2025: I discovered this restaurant 2 years ago so by chance I was a guest and it was love at first sight 😊 today it was my turn to celebrate my child's communion (I should point out that when I had the date here there was no more availability I preferred to celebrate after the date marked for me precisely because it was here that I wanted to celebrate) I chose them for the spectacular location, delicious and high quality food, Alessandro and Giuseppe two exquisite people always available, the very attentive staff what can I say I would go back again and again and again keep it up guys thanks again for the beautiful party ☺️🤗
