The service is excellent, and you can tell that everything has been carefully considered and that these lovely people are passionate about their work. The food is very flavorful. 08/09/2025: Absolutely loved our experience at Mint! The restaurant is cosy and stunning, every inch has been thoughfully decorated. The menu is exceptional, not only a break from the relatively similar traditional menus, but also vegan/vegetarian friendly with options for pescetarians, creative and well thought through! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable! We had a lovely conversation with the owner and chef, who came to say hello! It was a rare gem and if you come to Polignano do not miss this absolute gem!

04/09/2025: We ordered three sandwiches – two regular and one gluten-free. Best gluten-free sandwich I have ever had! I have a gluten and lactose allergy, but was finally able to enjoy a delicious, authentic Italian sandwich. The owner is very kind, the quality is unmatched, and the prices are very reasonable. If you’re in Brindisi, I highly recommend stopping here!

The first course was very tasty and well made, although the flavor was still excellent. In addition, the price was fair and adequate for the service offered. The friendliness and professionalism of the head waiter Angelica was fantastic, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend it to others. 5 stars, even 10 deserved. Compliments also to the amphitheater. Thank you ☺️

05/09/2025: I spent a truly enjoyable evening here with good house wine and pasta. The paccheri allo scoglio is truly fantastic, and the portion so enormous that we regretfully skipped the appetizers and opted for only the main course to satisfy it. The seafood was cooked perfectly, fresh, and of high quality. The sauce was aromatic and deeply flavorful. Delicious, lightly grilled bread was served to mop up the sauce. The service was excellent; the gentleman serving us was cordial and professional. We were given tongs for the lobster to break up the shell if necessary, and there was an adequate amount of wet wipes. Given the service, the coperto was adequate and fair.

The service was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience. The owner, STELLA, was extremely helpful and kind. 🌟

Fritos en el momento después de su preparación (hay que esperar unos minutos pero es la garantía de que no utilizan productos congelados!), los panzerotti son sencillamente deliciosos… ¡pruébalos con la cerveza local Raffo!

15/08/2025: Very cute place and pretty terrace overlooking the vineyards. We let ourselves be guided by Santina, the owner, on a discovery formula which allows us to try lots of small traditional and homemade dishes... it was excellent.

06/08/2025: We tried an appetizer for two, delicious and authentic, featuring traditional local dishes with a gourmet twist. It had a very pleasant tapas feel. The panoramic view was sensational, and the staff, made up entirely of women, were kind, professional, and friendly... wonderful! ❤️
