20/09/2025: I already knew this neighborhood pastry shop and have always appreciated the products and the kindness of most of the staff. Unfortunately, this time I had an unpleasant experience with the lady at the cash register. When I tried to pay with a credit card, instead of simply informing me that it wasn't accepted, she started complaining loudly in front of other customers, saying things like that the price was practically a "grace" for paying with credit, which made me feel very embarrassed. In my country, it's normal to pay any amount with any type of card, and unfortunately, I'm still not used to always going out with cash. I understand the rule, but this could have been handled more politely and respectfully. Thus, she lost a customer who admired her products and always willingly purchased them.

28/09/2025: Excellent pizza, Adriano and his staff were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable!! We visited this place on Friday before leaving for an organized trip. The owner was fantastic, the welcome was excellent, and he accommodated us even though we were short on time, even taking into account the needs of our three little girls!!! Highly recommended, both the place and the staff!!

11/03/2025: I booked a dinner for my nephew's birthday, there were 15 people and I was almost certain that it would be a nice evening. Wow, what a carefully decorated room, the fabulous menu, all super welcoming. I recommend it. Thanks to Mrs Carlotta and Matteo. The guests were super satisfied

17/08/2025: A gelato shop serving sundaes, located in the northern outskirts of Turin. The outdoor area is very large; all the tables are outside, either under umbrellas or on a small veranda. A kindly young man escorts us to our table. Browsing the menu, the gelato selection isn't very extensive: a few sundaes, milkshakes, granitas, aperitifs, and drinks... All sundaes (except gianduia) are made with milk gelato. They cost €9, and if you ask for a variation (not an addition), they charge a €1 supplement. Alternatively, you can build your own sundae to your liking (1, 2, or 3 scoops). I chose almond, dark chocolate, and gianduia. Overall, nothing exceptional, in my personal experience. I'd just say, ultimately, a lingering sweetness, even for the dark chocolate, which usually tastes more bitter than the other flavors. I really liked the cream, delicate and fluffy, as well as the crunchy chopped hazelnuts. Those of us who chose the granitas were more satisfied, while the violet milkshake wasn't so great. Overall, it's still a place worth considering if you're looking for an evening outdoors.

03/10/2025: The black pizza is super good...the house wine is much less so. Good and fast service. The location is very nice, and the building is on the lake with a beautiful view. A little interior renovation would be nice.

04/08/2025: Abbiamo provato i famosi Krapfen, ma l’esperienza è stata al di sotto delle aspettative: piccoli, con poco ripieno sia al cioccolato che alla crema, consistenza spugnosa e serviti tiepidi tendenti al freddo, ben lontani dall’essere appena sfornati come dichiarato. Prezzi più da grande città che da località di montagna. Peccato, ci aspettavamo di più.

14/08/2025: An iconic spot in the historic center, always lively, ideal for a break while admiring the surrounding painted buildings. We opted for an aperitivo: the mini sandwiches were excellent, but the snacks seemed a bit tired. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service friendly.

26/08/2025: Small place, but well-equipped and clean, with a wide variety of menu and ingredients. I highly recommend Oriana; she offers excellent service. Satisfied. P.S. Please find a way to reduce the noise pollution from those machines. Poor Oriana has to scream to interact with customers. Thank you.

04/08/2025: The restaurant is strategically located, just steps from schools, offices, and the historic center. Small but well-organized, I've eaten all the dishes several times. The selection is extensive! The girls behind the counter are super friendly and always smiling, something that's been lacking in other places lately. I can only recommend it, and the view of Piazza Cavour makes everything even more special!

21/08/2025: Terrible service to children. There's no children's menu, so every dish ordered (with smaller portions) is charged the full adult price in addition to the full cover charge. This place is just making money. Highly discouraged; it's simply out to trap the poor unfortunates. AVOID!!!

01/10/2025: I went to this bar for breakfast with some friends. The brioche display didn't have prices displayed, so I asked the bartender, and he told me €1 for a cream brioche, €1.50. At the checkout, I paid €2 for a brioche and €3 for the one with berries (for some mysterious reason). Furthermore, they were clearly frozen, low-quality, and tasteless... they seemed stale. I wonder how people still go there for breakfast. I definitely won't be going back!

24/09/2025: Prices are unclear, as a €3.00 cone includes only one ball, which is very scarce for the other. The flavors are discreet because they are more original than usual. But it is not specified anywhere that if you take a small cone a ball will fit on it, and since it is not clear, it is said to the customer. Never again.

14/09/2025: I occasionally stop by this ice cream shop because the gelato is so good, but lately the price has gone up significantly. The new thing is that two flavors cost a minimum of €4.

02/11/2025: Three adults (a husband, an eight-month-pregnant wife, and the woman's mother) arrived with a three-year-old child. We ordered grilled fish, a pizza, a pasta dish, and a steak: after more than an hour of waiting, still nothing. When we asked, the waitress simply said "I'll ask" and then disappeared. After 90 minutes, the first course finally arrived, but it was cold; then the meat and pizza, also cold. Other tables that arrived after us were served first, with no attention paid to the pregnant woman. A very disappointing experience: disorganized service and zero care for customers.

02/11/2025: Slow service, 2 hours for the dishes to arrive, chaos reigns in the dining room, perhaps a visit from Canavacciolo with his program could help, after all this waiting I can't evaluate the food

12/09/2025: Went to this place especially for the gluten free option. Very nice people, seems like a family business. It’s not chic or modern, but it feels authentique. The food was really nice however at one spot my dough was uncooked. Other than that it’s really nice.
