18/05/2025: We entered with the (pleasing) illusion of enjoying a mid-afternoon coffee during a pleasant stroll. Unfortunately our plan foundered in the face of the unspeakable rudeness of the staff. After approaching the counter, the staff, with whom we repeatedly exchanged glances so that they cannot even say they did not see us, ignored us completely and with an evident hint of contempt (perhaps because we were wearing sportswear?). People who entered after us were immediately served with smiles and bows while our presence was revealed to the staff as ectoplasmic. I should point out that we were at the counter, in the front row, and therefore there is no doubt that it was our turn. After a good 5/6 minutes of waiting, indignant at this indecent treatment, we left this "place" finding a courteous welcome and an exquisite macchiato in the Teatro bar a little further on, where we will definitely return and which I recommend to all readers.

25/01/2025: Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati a Bardonecchia tra il 22/1 e il 24/1... abbiamo scoperto la pasticceria tramite il sito di Bardonecchiaski. Abbiamo comprato pasticcini,cioccolatini e dolci monoporzione ogni giorno (molto originali le pietre del seirass). Personale molto gentile e disponibile, unica pecca i krapfen che sono squisiti vanno a ruba :'( , perciò,andateci nel primo pomeriggio!!

05/01/2025: La pasticceria è elegante, sempre ordinata, ben fornita e soprattutto a prezzo. La gentilezza di tutto il personale accompagna piacevolmente all’acquisto delle loro prelibatezze. Ho radunato qualcuna delle ultime foto dei loro prodotti anche se in realtà sono un habitué.. in fondo si torna sempre dove si è stati bene!!! Lo consiglio per la colazione, per le merende con i loro deliziosi krapfen, per i pasticcini, le torte e per la pasticceria secca. Insomma per me Ugetti è sempre una garanzia! Complimenti a voi che negli anni avete saputo mantenere la qualità!

25/04/2025: A place I found out a bit by chance, I will definitely be back! The place is really nice, the staff are very kind and the products they serve are really excellent!!

10/06/2025: On Sunday we went by motorbike to this place after booking a table for 4 people. The place is enchanting, it seems to be in the high mountains with lots of meadows and a small lake. The restaurant, on the other hand, disappointed us a lot... believe me, I frequent many mountain refuges and I'm not afraid of anything, but this "refuge" is very rarely cleaned. The toilet was full of spiders and cobwebs, the toilet didn't have the upper seat and was leaking water and the door couldn't be closed, no paper towels. The food was disappointing both in quality and above all in quantity. The price was expensive for what you are offered (a veal with tuna sauce, two gnocchi, a ravioli and half a chicken with potatoes, 4 coffees €60) if you want to fill your belly you have to spend at least €50/60 per person. These are restaurant prices... not a dive near the lake. A piece of advice if you want to make the most of the wonderful place where you are, change your approach with customers and keep yourself a little more down to earth because if you continue like this these days no one will come to eat at your place and they will all bring a packed lunch, which is certainly the best choice to appreciate the place even more. Follow the example of mountain refuges with a simpler but more abundant menu and you will see that it will change for the better.

10/03/2025: Entrati per chiedere se potevamo fermarci a fare colazione ,il signore che ci accoglie ci dice di accomodarci e che dovevamo aspettare circa 10’ perché infornava le brioches,accettiamo.Dopo 10’ circa ritorna da noi dicendoci che al momento ce ne poteva dare 2 alla marmellata e una al cioccolato,la quarta sarebbe arrivata dall’ infornata attesa.Quando io ho obbiettato che pensavo arrivassero tutte e 4 calde dopo l’attesa lui quasi seccato mi risponde “eh no signora no”per poi mettere tutto il vassoio caldo di brioches fumanti in esposizione per clienti che ancora non c’erano(il locale era vuoto) e consegnarne a noi solo una calda Credo che la professionalità sia altro

23/02/2025: Trovato su TripAdvisor. Pienamente concordo con chi ha apprezzato le migliori qualità. Personale gentilissimo, portate (finalmente) generose e buone. Anche mio nipote di soli 7 anni ha apprezzato pienamente il polipo caldo con patate. Ottimi anche gli gnocchi con fonduta. Buona anche la mia carbonara: i romani però non avrebbero sicuramente gradito la presenza della panna. Ottima anche la frittura di calamari. Prezzo adeguato.

06/11/2024: Pizzeria Ristorante di comodo accesso con ampio parcheggio pubblico. Pizza soddisfacente senza essere indimenticabile. Personale gentile e servizio veloce. Comoda come sosta se si è di passaggio o pranzo di lavoro. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Non ci andrei però appositamente, anche perché sempre molto affollato (la loro pizza ha successo). Locale pulito che si è molto ingrandito. Peccato che non abbiano ampliato altrettanto i servizi igienici, posti proprio di fianco alla postazione dei pizzaioli. Grandi code in attesa, anche solo per lavarsi le mani, nei momenti in cui il locale è pieno…

21/06/2025: I have been going to Beatrice for years, it's a shame about the change of management. Before, you were greeted with smiles, the prices were more affordable and you felt at home when you came in. Today: Terrible coffee Cold staff. You have to pay the owners at the cash register to make you smile. Incompetent waiters, the owner who walks around like a ticket inspector. Put the bald man back on the sandwiches, which was the strong point... but obviously you have no marketing skills; much less charisma. Even during covid, when everything was black, you came in here and they gave you a smile! You seem like the bosses of ceremonies to me. I remind you that we are in Turin!

21/06/2025: Today I bought 2 chantilly and a sfogliatella frolla...dry chantilly (probably from the day before) sfogliatella distant relative of a real sfogliatella frolla, too dry, more similar to a biscuit. Disappointed, negative experience. Not to mention the high prices, probably they changed management, quality worsened and prices increased.

16/06/2025: For those who enjoy peace and quiet, right on a large terrace on the edge of Lake Maggiore, I recommend it. The staff is extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind—they're genuine, not artificial. Parking is nearby, and you're a 10-minute walk from the center of Verbania. Not very crowded, unfortunately for them. If you have a furry four-legged friend, you'll be happy to go trumpeting with them in the lake right next to the terrace. Cheers and lots of fun.

22/05/2025: It's a simple bar, with a standard menu, neither praise nor infamy. I didn't expect anything more: Sunday, 6:30 pm, sun, outdoor table on the terrace overlooking the lake. 1 medium draft beer 3 little things to accompany the beer, nice, well presented, 7 euros. Honest, but without any particular merits. Location... free and large parking 20 meters away... bar on the lakefront, terrace on the lake, in the immediate front of the var there are lots of public games for children... What more do you want?

17/05/2025: This evening I was at the 911 Restaurant & Steakhouse.. the place is large and well kept. After ordering we were brought two bruschettas to pass the time. We ordered a Pepata di Cozze (12€), two grilled meats (18€) with a side of chips (3.50€), 1/2 liter of red wine, 2 coffees (1.50€ each) Total 59.50€ Everything very abundant and delicious.

17/05/2025: Restaurant-pizzeria with fish specialties. Reasonable prices in line with the not excellent quality of the products. Portions decidedly smaller than a few years ago. Very kind owner and always efficient service

11/06/2025: Dry and clearly old croissants at 10 in the morning, high prices and disproportionate to the quality. Inexperienced and rude staff. The price alone is not enough to pretend to be a high-level place. Avoid.

09/05/2025: In questa pasticceria dove si respira un' atmosfera d' altri tempi, nacquero i meravigliosi cioccolatini tipici della città i famosi "Cuneesi al rum", qui in vendita anche sfusi a 1 euro l' uno, confezionati in un grazioso sacchettino che sembra anch' esso d' epoca. L' ambiente è davvero affascinante e ben conservato, prendersi del tempo per fare colazione qui è un' esperienza straniante, se non c' è tanta confusione (purtroppo raramente) ti senti catapultato indietro nel tempo. Peccato per il servizio, non sempre all' altezza: il personale è stressato.
