22/05/2025: Buongiorno. Ieri pomeriggio 21 maggio 2025 sono andata con un amica per fare un aperitivo dal famoso bar Carletto. Abbiamo ordinato 2 crodini . La ragazza ha chiesto alla mia amica se voleva anche 2 pattatine. Va be.... poi vado a pagare e aspetto un bell po che finiscano di farsi cavoli loro al telefono . Per 2 crodini e 2 patatine in croce 10 euro mi è sembrato un po esagerato. Sullo scontrino lhanno chiamato aperitivo... Mai più..

18/05/2025: We entered with the (pleasing) illusion of enjoying a mid-afternoon coffee during a pleasant stroll. Unfortunately our plan foundered in the face of the unspeakable rudeness of the staff. After approaching the counter, the staff, with whom we repeatedly exchanged glances so that they cannot even say they did not see us, ignored us completely and with an evident hint of contempt (perhaps because we were wearing sportswear?). People who entered after us were immediately served with smiles and bows while our presence was revealed to the staff as ectoplasmic. I should point out that we were at the counter, in the front row, and therefore there is no doubt that it was our turn. After a good 5/6 minutes of waiting, indignant at this indecent treatment, we left this "place" finding a courteous welcome and an exquisite macchiato in the Teatro bar a little further on, where we will definitely return and which I recommend to all readers.

11/03/2025: I booked a dinner for my nephew's birthday, there were 15 people and I was almost certain that it would be a nice evening. Wow, what a carefully decorated room, the fabulous menu, all super welcoming. I recommend it. Thanks to Mrs Carlotta and Matteo. The guests were super satisfied

26/07/2025: In cerca di un posto per fare colazione ilsabato mattina, entrata per caso con la mia amica, siamo rimaste piu' che soddisfatte. Posto delizioso in stile shabby, personale gradevole, caffè e dolci molto buoni. Straconsigliato.

12/06/2025: Nice pastry shop, with many very good desserts (I tried several) and good coffee. The place is small, but neat and well organized. Friendly staff. It is often crowded, which shows how good they are.

09/07/2025: We visited this pizzeria for the gluten-free pizza, and everyone who tried it complimented the pizza chef on how good it was. A great option for celiacs in the Cuneo area.

30/04/2025: Restaurant, pizzeria, pub, mélange des genres qui en fait peut-être un endroit chaleureux selon l'heure mais étant arrivé à l'ouverture et en semaine, un peu perdu dans l'espace restaurant. Steack hamburger Angus excellent pour mon épouse, gnocchis frits crudo di parma pour moi tout aussi excellent. Si la qualité des mets et le prix sont dans la moyenne, la qualité du service et l'accueil assez froid gâchent un peu l'expérience, à voir un soir plus animé...

22/08/2025: I had lasagna, and let's say it was okay. There was too much béchamel sauce for my taste. I don't think it was homemade. The risotto was very runny and poorly prepared... but it tasted okay.

19/08/2025: The restaurant is right on the water in the pedestrian zone. There are a few tables across the street. This way, you sit right by the water and have a great view of Lake Maggiore. It would only be more perfect if people didn't just walk past you at a distance of what felt like 2.5 cm, staring at you. Of course, I can't blame the restaurant for that, but only the individual people. The service is geared towards speed and efficiency. Aside from a hello, goodbye, and a "Grazie," you don't interact with the waiter (which isn't a bad thing, either). Regarding the food, I can only review the pizza with arugula and ham. It was large but also very thin. However, it was crispy throughout. The pizza lacked some sauce and toppings. For an extra €3 on the Margherita, you get three slices of ham and a handful of arugula. I find that a bit lacking. The pizza was still delicious, but you just had to drink a lot in between. The cover charge is €2 per person. We paid €32 for everything. (2 pizzas & 2 drinks)

11/09/2025: I specifically asked before ordering if the meat was grilled, and after receiving a "yes" as an answer, I was served a plate of baked ribs. I also ordered a grilled fillet, which was actually a steak (for which I wasn't even asked about my cooking preference). The fries were raw, as was the corn on the cob that accompanied the meat. Poor value for money and poor service. Overall disappointing.

27/08/2025: We made a last-minute reservation for lunch on a weekday for a group of 25. We were pleasantly surprised by the €12 lunch menu, with generous portions and high-quality food. The à la carte menu is also available. The only downside is the somewhat slow service, but that's understandable for a weekday lunch with a large group.

12/09/2025: They're closed, we ran for almost 20 minutes! What a disappointment!

07/09/2025: A more than negative experience today. My husband and my little daughter decide to stop and get the clerk. She ignores him and serves others. Then he tells them that it was his turn instead she served others and he replies in an annoyed tone that it is not true and he replies that it is fine. Then he is served and the benches outside were full. So he and a little girl sit in the outdoor area where the tables were empty but immediately a clerk arrives and tells them that this place is reserved for those who order. To this response, my husband says that he pays what he has to pay. Tell him how much he wants so that the little girl can eat her ice cream in peace. Instead of getting a kind response, the clerk insists and tells them that they have to get up. I don't know if the owner is aware of the rude clerk who unfortunately works there.

24/08/2025: I've been frequenting Eataly for a long time and have always considered it an excellent place to eat quality food at reasonable prices, but last night wasn't the case. Aside from a lipstick-stained glass that was promptly exchanged, I can't fault the service at all. The staff are always very polite and professional. What I was deeply disappointed with was the food. We had a mixed Piedmontese appetizer, good but nothing memorable, a fried zucchini flower that was decent because it was too soaked in oil, a seafood scialatiello that was nonexistent, a stewed octopus that was absolutely not worth the €24.50 price tag, two glasses of rose wine, a sorbet, and a myrtle liqueur, for a total of €96.80. So, for almost €50 each, I expect to leave satisfied and happy, not disappointed for having paid an exorbitant price for little or nothing. The quality standards that Eataly once guaranteed have not been met: today, there seems to be only reckless price increases, not accompanied by the same attention to raw materials and execution. It's a shame that a benchmark for quality is being lost behind unjustified price increases. Customers should leave satisfied, not feeling like they've been cheated. Dear Eataly, €100 is a lot for what we ate... P.S., at the checkout, what was written was said, the woman was very kind and apologized for my disappointment. But what can you do about it... you're not the one who should apologize.

20/08/2025: We celebrated our birthday at an outdoor table next to the pool. Very beautiful location and lots of greenery. The service has some flaws: there was a bit of a wait for orders and for the food. Other than that, we were all satisfied with the menu.

31/07/2025: Low-quality ice cream, very plastic-like brioche with ice cream, I'll never come again, I had to rush home...

28/07/2025: The ice cream is decent, the cream isn't the best, and the staff's lack of interest and indifference toward customers is pathetic, to say the least. Unfortunately, the flavor isn't a compelling enough reason to return.

14/06/2025: Very sorry that it has closed permanently. It was the first aperitif drunk in Savigliano. The atmosphere was very nice and also the aperitifs good. The pizza al padellino excellent. We will definitely come to visit you in Liguria. Good luck.

24/08/2025: Hesitations from when my son was at university, and for the return trip and family reunion between trains and cars in Novara, we decided to dine at this restaurant. I expected a happy family evening, but instead... After ordering, pushing, and waiting an hour and a half, they managed to serve us three pizzas and a fried gnocco at a table for four, in installments... so that each person ate individually, and not only was the first Quattro Stagioni pizza topped with bell peppers. Of the two bathrooms, one was out of order and the soap had run out. Honestly, in that restaurant and in that central location, I expected something completely different. I can only give a negative review, and I don't even want to comment on the general mood at the end of the evening. Consequently, one star seems even exaggerated.

23/08/2025: Simply a disaster. It took an hour and a half to get the pizzas, which were brought one after the other, so we couldn't even eat together. Also, a 4-cheese pizza came with peppers, so we had to change it... Luckily, there were no allergies! The pizzas were good, the fried gnocco was terrible, but considering the whole experience, 1 star is already too much.

03/08/2025: Very good, no wait. Magical staff, incredible speed of service during aperitivo with the place packed. Good drinks. Great relaxation. Super efficient and fast. Perfect. You can see it's under new management.

31/07/2025: A simple, straightforward bar with a nice view of the lake. There are tables and chairs, so you can relax for a while, but otherwise, the bar is unremarkable. There are a few small snacks and a small selection of drinks – coffee, wine, something cold – but no classic cocktails. It's also a shame there's no music or friendlier service, which would improve the atmosphere. The beach next door also needs better maintenance – if it were more well-maintained, the entire facility would have the potential to attract more tourists. (NO INTERNET)

25/06/2025: Very expensive place without sense. Avoid A sandwich of those small ones 3€

10/06/2025: Aperitif for 8 people booked a week in advance to share a very important moment. Served a drink each with three pan pizzas and two plates with a few pieces of farinata to share. We order a second round and are told that the food is finished. Two small plates are brought with the leftovers from the packets of crisps. Reported at the cashier, and not even a discount or an apology. Paid 134 euros just for a drink. Needless to say how sorry we were towards our guests who left very disappointed.
