23/07/2024: Beautiful location, both inside and out, everything very well looked after. 5-course menu already agreed upon in advance, all very good and very plentiful. Attentive and attentive service, perhaps a little cold.

19/08/2024: Giapponese con formula allyou can eat, assolutamente nella media di questa categoria di ristoranti. Assolutamente da segnalare le tartare che sono accompagnate da una Salsina veramente eccezionale che le rende assolutamente uniche..anche i piatti speciali sono particolari e molto appetitosi. Nota negativa, il servizio non è dei migliori ed i tempi d'attesa sono più lunghi del soliti giapponesi. Merita di essere provato senza troppe aspettative.

17/08/2024: So let's say this place is difficult for me to evaluate because we only went there because everything in Pinerolo was closed and we practically had no choice. I was happy because they had the vegan dessert, but then it was nothing more than a basket of puff pastry without sugar or anything, with like 6 pieces of strawberry and banana inside and a drop of melted vegetable whipped cream. It made me feel bad. Much more can be done. For the rest the place is clean and in any case everything was good, but I wouldn't recommend it as a place for families.

27/08/2024: A friend of mine and I discovered this interesting place by chance. We wanted to drink a good beer and eat something, and I must say that we were right to stop at "Al Taglio". The owner Luigi is very friendly and extremely professional. He made us taste some very succulent slices of pizza, and made us drink some excellent craft beers. This welcoming and friendly place deserves many more (numerous) visits.

25/08/2024: Extraordinary pizza, perfect cooking, quality and original toppings, welcoming, friendly staff. All in one of the most beautiful corners of the city.

21/08/2024: Good pulled pork sandwich, the bread made by them but I would have preferred more consistency because it broke. I had to use a knife and fork. The accompanying chips were cold. They immediately brought me a freshly made portion.

07/07/2024: Posto molto carino tra Valenza e Casale Monferrato. Tavoli all’aperto, protetti da leggere tende che fanno passare l’aria ma difendono dalle zanzare. Cucina tipicamente mediterranea, con prevalenza rivolta al mare. Ottime le polpette di rana pescatrice, buona la paella mista (poco tradizionale in realtà, più un risotto mari e monti piuttosto, ma non per questo meno saporito). Buono senza esagerare il sorbetto. Prezzi non economicissimi, data la zona e la location, 40€ per un pasto di 3 portate, escluse le bevande. Servizio cortese e abbastanza rapido

10/06/2024: Highly recommended Cuisine with simple and authentic flavours. Fresh raw materials without unnecessary superstructures. The flavors are clean, not "burdened" by excessive seasoning. The dishes of the day also include some vegetarian dishes. Even the furnishings are free of excess, simplicity reigns. In addition to the internal room there is also a small external area, at the entrance to the room, equipped with tables. In continuity with the restaurant there is a bakery/pastry shop. full of baked goods. The staff is courteous and helpful. Even my little dog was welcomed inside the room.

26/08/2024: Focaccia e dolci molto buoni.vado spesso a prendere il caffè .vado più volentieri quando c e Quella ragazza con frangetta e capelli scuri che sorride sempre e scherza. Così deve essere il personale dei bar.un momento di relax e divertimento sorseggiando il caffè.Grazie!!

07/08/2024: tempi molto lunghi per l'arrivo del cibo, personale non preparato a sufficienza ma soprattutto un mio amico aveva chiesto l'aggiunta di salsiccia alla sua pizza ma non gli è stata aggiunta è sul conto hanno comunque tenuto conto della salsiccia in aggiunta nel conto. Non ci tornerò mai più.
