11/07/2025: Zero stars are impossible, it's my fault I listened to glowing but obviously untrue reviews. I should have turned back as soon as I entered given the unwelcoming welcome, but above all the owner's dirty apron is absolutely unacceptable. The decor is a relic of the 1980s. On a scorching July day, having the air conditioning on but turned off is unthinkable. Three floor fans provide some air circulation. We ordered three pizzas that at first glance looked frozen, but they weren't. The dough was truly impossible to cut, let alone chew. The rancid mozzarella and tomato were truly inedible. The prices were too high for the quality and location. My review is genuine; if the others are, then they can't distinguish the quality of the food. Forget it.

28/06/2025: Sono davvero tanti anni che io frequento questo ristorante, spesso con familiari o con amici ma da qualche anno, purtroppo, anche sola. Ci sto bene. È con queste tre parole che voglio riassumere la mia esperienza. E non mi riferisco soltanto a quello che mi viene portato in tavola perché mai una volta ne sono stata delusa. Parlo anche di valori quali l'onestà, la gentilezza e l'attenzione verso le persone che, purtroppo, talvolta, pretendono senza considerare la dedizione e la fatica che sono dietro a questa attività. Complimenti a Natascia, Gianfranco e Dina. E un grazie di cuore!

04/09/2025: Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, with typical appetizers like peppers with bagna cauda, ​​a trio of fresh raw meats, and among the first courses: tajarin with black truffle, excellent! And tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms. The second courses also don't disappoint: sliced ​​Fassona beef with roast potatoes, a trio of carpione with chicken, veal, and vegetables, and finally desserts like chocolate bunet with amaretti biscuits and the classic stuffed peach. The location is typical of a classic trattoria, and the service is punctual and welcoming. The chef was very hospitable, and even earned the compliments of my table. Good Piedmontese cuisine, plentiful, and at the right price? Trattoria Piemontese, you're on the safe side.

17/05/2025: It tries to be minimalist and vintage... but it's a bit lacking. The bathroom doesn't fit in with its ambition to be a quality restaurant. The service was very pleasant and gave its best. The food was quite good, though not exceptional; we didn't like the lamb. The price was approximately €100, based on what you can see in the photos (foi gravy, agnoloti risotto, and lamb) (however you spell it) + 3 glasses of wine.

27/07/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this pizzeria fell far short of my expectations. Let's start with parking: finding a spot is nearly impossible, especially on weekends. The area is very busy, and there are no dedicated or affiliated parking lots. Once we arrived, the service was quite chaotic: no one seemed to have control of the room, the wait was incredibly long even to order, and the staff was visibly disorganized. We waited over 45 minutes for a pizza, with no communication or updates in the meantime. And unfortunately, the wait wasn't worth the quality of the food. The pizza arrived lukewarm, with undercooked dough and a soggy base. The ingredients were bland, and the toppings seemed carelessly put together. It's a shame, because the reviews I'd read online had given me hope for a completely different experience. I don't recommend it, especially if you're looking for a place to eat well and relax without stress.

27/07/2025: Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa pizzeria è stata ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Cominciamo dal parcheggio: trovare un posto è un’impresa quasi impossibile, soprattutto nei fine settimana. La zona è molto trafficata e non ci sono parcheggi dedicati o convenzionati. Una volta arrivati, il servizio si è dimostrato piuttosto confusionario: nessuno sembrava avere il controllo della sala, tempi di attesa lunghissimi anche solo per ordinare e personale visibilmente disorganizzato. Abbiamo aspettato più di 45 minuti per una pizza, senza alcuna comunicazione o aggiornamento nel frattempo. E purtroppo, l’attesa non è stata ripagata dalla qualità del cibo. La pizza è arrivata tiepida, con un impasto poco cotto e una base molliccia. Ingredienti poco saporiti, e la combinazione dei condimenti sembrava messa insieme senza cura. Peccato, perché le recensioni lette online mi avevano fatto sperare in tutt’altra esperienza. Non la consiglio, soprattutto se cercate un posto dove mangiare bene e rilassarvi senza stress.
