17/08/2024: Modern ice cream shop and very well furnished place. We tried three flavors and two were really enjoyable, one was the Sacher and the other was the pears and chocolate. I liked the cassata flavor a little less. However, it's an excellent ice cream shop!

We returned to Abela a few months later and after trying their amazing granitas I'm adding a star to the review. Their ice cream is 4 stars but the granita is 6! I tasted 4 flavors and all four surprised me. Coffee, ricotta with pistachio, black mulberry and fig! Truly exceptional consistency, certainly the best granita I have tasted to date. It's difficult to find such a wide choice of flavors around. Another positive note is the cream, which is also crazy.

13/07/2024: The pizza and especially the panuozzi are delicious. Regular prices, the only thing to improve is punctuality, because when you go to pick up takeaway even if you had booked and they tell you a time you always have to wait about a quarter of an hour and there are always several people waiting for their orders. So I hope they organize themselves better...

Tempi di attesa lunghissimi.
La pizza per quanto riguarda l’asporto iniziano a farla dopo che vai in negozio a pagare. Se ti va bene che non c’è nessuno aspetti 10 min. se no si parla di attese di 30 40 min.

Quality, simplicity and a great price. Recommended for those who like typical Piedmontese cuisine.
21/07/2024: Excellent quality, varied menu, friendly service, honest prices. The two of us tasted the vitello tonnato, the plin with three roasts, two second courses of veal and beef and a dessert by the glass with apricots: all delicious and well presented. Wine list with a variety of Piedmontese wines to satisfy every craving. I particularly appreciated the proposal to cool the red wine in a glacette for a few minutes given that due to the very hot days the cellar temperature was higher than the recommended serving temperature: a treatment that is not to be taken for granted, and absolutely not trivial. Good job, everyone.

Location in a small square, with a beautiful view of the Palatine Gate.

17/07/2024: Nichée dans cadre pleine nature cette ferme élevant des bovins proposent des menus avec des produits de la ferme de qualité . On est loin de la restauration tape à l’œil mais là le goût et la qualité priment. C’était délicieux . Le service est très professionnel avec une note de charme à l’italienne . Tout était parfait même les prix . Ne pas hésiter à prendre la petite route en terre qui vous amènera à cette table de qualité . Bravo et merci.
21/05/2024: Ho prenotato tramite mail questo posto per un weekend veloce e rilassante, su suggerimento di conoscenti. Sono arrivata con il mio ragazzo intorno alle 3 di pomeriggio nel mezzo del pranzo domenicale e ci hanno subito accolto dirigendoci verso la stanza. Di rilassante ben poco.. continui rumori giustamente dalla sala da pranzo, collocata di fianco alle stanze. Usciamo nella parte verde del giardino tramite porta finestra, cade improvvisamente la tenda che ci separa dall’esterno. Questo inconveniente non solo lasciava entrare luce nella stanza, ma permetteva alla clientela che passeggiava nel giardino di vederci direttamente.
Questo disagio è stato risolto unicamente alle ore 19 cambiandoci stanza, in un’altra struttura.
Probabilmente il problema è sorto in un momento di caos di sala, niente da dire sul personale molto disponibile, però il disagio è stato molto impattante, impedendoci di riposare e di rilassarci.
Cena molto buona, poca scelta, ma ingredienti ottimi, come la colazione con dolci fatti in casa e succhi prodotti dal posto.
Ultima pecca, nella nuova stanza la doccia non inghiottiva l’acqua, allagando così tutto il bagno e senza asciugamani sufficienti per cercare rimedio.
Nel complesso consiglierei questo posto per un pranzo domenicale, ma non per un piccolo soggiorno rilassante.

25/08/2024: The room is very welcoming and spacious. Waiters always very helpful and with a smile on their faces. Absolutely nothing to say about the food: whether the course is a first course of pasta or a second course of fish, it is all very good. What can I say... we as a family (me, husband, teenage children and kitten in the carrier) go there often and willingly. Ah, absolutely also very helpful in welcoming the pet and this should not be underestimated 🤗
