12/06/2025: I went with a friend to eat pizza. Good, nothing to say. The only flaw is that when we paid, it seemed a bit expensive. The next day, looking at the receipt, we didn't understand if it was an oversight or done on purpose, but I think we paid someone else's bill. In fact, what we ate didn't add up. 3 pizzas and we took 2 pizzas, 2 Beck's, but we took a Panacea and a Leffe. No water and 2 coffees. I don't know if we'll return

20/06/2025: Il locale è molto piacevole, la sala ben arredata, adiacente a un dehor inaspettato e invitante, è un bel biglietto di presentazione. Su cucina e servizio si possono esprimere solo belle parole ma è nella cantina che questo ristorante si distingue e lo rende di....nicchia. Una cantina che parte dall'ingresso in cui una "cantinetta" di dimensioni notevoli mantiene alle giuste temperature una varietà di bottiglie che già di per sé materializza una carta dei vini impressionante. Ma è al livello sotterraneo con le volte a botte realizzate con mattoni a vista che si rende omaggio alla tradizionale architettura del piemonte vincolo. Qui convivono più di 600 etichette selezionate fino ai livelli di eccellenza internazionale. Insomma competenza e passione encomiabili!

22/04/2025: Deludente, piatti insapori e presentati male, con difetti di preparazione, una cucina elementare spacciata per gourmet, stranamente in guida Michelin , ma ovviamente è un errore, già segnalato. Dulcis in fundo, pagato in contanti e niente scontrino. Sconsigliato

01/05/2025: Reality in Bassignana (the only one worthy of note at the moment, as I am not aware of any others). Home made cuisine, acceptable. Definitely acceptable quality/price, location that deserves it, unpretentious and very "humble" which makes the experience at the "Locanda del Re" pleasant. I went to them several times and every time I found availability and courtesy. I recommend the truffle tagliolini if ​​available.

06/07/2025: Nice restaurant in Valenza. We went for a walk around town and stopped for lunch. They offered us the fixed land menu for €10. Incredible. All inclusive and at that price. I recommend it.

28/06/2025: Finally we ate at Ristorante Caffè Principe. The Trofie all'Ortolana were excellent, the Tuna Tagliata in a sesame crust, baked potatoes and Tiramisu were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised. Congratulations to everyone. See you soon.

04/04/2025: Ivo & Poldo Uno in accoglienza nel locale e prodigo di consigli per il menù che vuoi assaggiare, l'altro é il menù che vuoi assaggiare. Attento ai sapori e pronto ad uscire con pranzi e cene a tema che hanno nelle sue creazioni il punto di forza. Un modo bello dove la semplicità si coniuga con la voglia di farti scoprire nuovi sapori ereditati dalla tradizione. Andare ogni tanto fa bene al cuore (ed al palato).

06/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati per caso durante una sciata. Abbiamo mangiato dei fantastici hot dog con i crauti, ma anche i piatti che abbiamo visto serviti agli altri tavoli avevano davvero una bella faccia. Anche il prezzo è decisamente migliore rispetto ai ristoranti sulle piste di Monginevro.

05/07/2025: It's been one of my favorite pizzas in Casale. The problems and reasons why we avoid going: 1. If you call at a certain time, they tell you there's no room (which there is, because we walk by and sometimes it's empty) or that they've turned off the oven. 2. The wait time is long. I understand it's not a fast food restaurant, but sometimes we've even waited 45 minutes for a table. The flavor is incredible, and the pizzas have a touch like no other, but I'm not sure if it's really worth it for everything else.

02/06/2025: Ottimi piatti...tartare con tartufo e hamburger di fassona semplicemente squisiti, accompagnati da ottimo nebbiolo e serviti da personale simpatico e molto attento. Un buon pranzo in una location speciale!..bravi!

02/06/2025: Realmente honesto, no esperaba comer así aquí. Vine por retraso en Barolo, y traté de encontrar un lugar para comer y este bar sirvió platos sabrosos muy particulares con buen precio. Personal muy amable. Gracias por su servicio.

First the price increase (first €35 + €2 shipping for 8 dishes, now for 6 dishes), then the change of delivery method with a series of inconveniences and finally much smaller portions compared to previous times. Really too bad.
