25/05/2025: The ice cream is delicious as is the whipped cream. The sandwiches are excellent and the croissants are fresh like all the rest of the pastry shop. The place is very spacious and not noisy at all and is a guarantee for chatting. Perfect service and kindness.

22/12/2024: We ate very well in this small restaurant where it is difficult to find a seat... appetizers (Russian salad, pumpkin flan with fondue and white truffle, artichoke crepes and, for carnivores, peppers in bagna cauda and raw meat), first course (tagliolini with mushrooms and black truffle) second course (very tasty red cabbage with red wine stew, again for those who ate it). The desserts also lived up to expectations, nougat semifreddo with hot chocolate and, above all, a superlative hazelnut cake. Barbera del Monferrato a little wavy and very pleasant. Friendly and attentive service. All for 40 euros per person, gladly spent!

26/10/2024: Family-run farmhouse with few seats and an open kitchen door where you can literally see what they are preparing. Fixed menu 35 euros, water and wine included. Really very good home cooking with an almost guaranteed encore.

05/07/2025: It's been one of my favorite pizzas in Casale. The problems and reasons why we avoid going: 1. If you call at a certain time, they tell you there's no room (which there is, because we walk by and sometimes it's empty) or that they've turned off the oven. 2. The wait time is long. I understand it's not a fast food restaurant, but sometimes we've even waited 45 minutes for a table. The flavor is incredible, and the pizzas have a touch like no other, but I'm not sure if it's really worth it for everything else.

23/04/2025: I'm just sorry I didn't get to know Borgo della Chiusa sooner! The owner is very courteous, very available for any changes to the menu. The takeaway service is fantastic, it saved me a Christmas and an Easter with a totally VEGAN menu! The dishes are amazing and the prices are absolutely reasonable. What can I say... Super recommended!

Passed by chance What can I say you eat .. nothing delicious but you eat .. large portions passed with a tray for the tables Internal environment. mmmmm😶😶.. outside however there is a lot of space.. with super fans if it is hot.. The willing and quick girls.. Sore point the coffee.. you can't call that coffee... 😖😖 With time they will learn to make it come on.. 12 euros complete even fruit included..

20/05/2025: I was here on a bad night. I needed to eat something, having fasted since the morning and I didn't even feel like it. In reality, they didn't fill only my stomach in this place, but above all my heart. Kind, courteous, very attentive to a broken heart, without being intrusive. Thanks for the good food and discreet understanding.

11/03/2025: I got some takeaway pizzas. The pizzas had a very good dough, the cooking was perfect and the toppings were well balanced and of good quality. The pizza was "Roman style" rolled thin and the edge well rounded. When I arrived to collect them they were practically ready and therefore I would say that the service from this point of view was good. The environment is that of old Piedmontese houses, not many tables but very welcoming, at least from what I could see from where I entered. It was raining and very cold, but it was warm inside. A place where I will certainly return this spring to eat. Maybe outdoors.
