Excellent brewery in a renovated former industrial complex, with excellent food and friendly, helpful staff. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the wait times are too long, even when the place isn't busy.

We had breakfast this morning, as we were passing through the area. The young woman at the bar was very friendly (she exuded empathy and a good mood) and professional at the same time. I ordered a light cappuccino, and for those who are picky about it, being asked how light is the best! It was expertly made and at just the right temperature. The croissants were delicious, and I don't think they were the classic frozen ones you find in 99% of cafes. The relaxing atmosphere, the industrial-style building with diffused lighting, is quite charming, with pleasant background music, making it perfect for those who want to work on their laptop and have breakfast in peace.
