The highlight is undoubtedly the selection: here you can find craft beer brewed directly on site, original cocktails, and a food menu ranging from pub classics revisited with a gourmet twist to more structured dishes. Burgers, tapas, and appetizers are carefully curated and designed for sharing, with an overall high level of quality. The outdoor garden is one of the most popular areas, especially in the warmer months: a large outdoor area surrounded by greenery, perfect for enjoying an aperitivo or after-dinner drink in a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. The service, for the most part, is friendly and professional, with a young and helpful staff. The atmosphere also contributes significantly to the experience: music, events, and evenings make the place dynamic and always interesting. There are, however, some areas that could be improved: * Prices are often above average * Portions, in some cases, are a bit small * Organization and service times may vary depending on the evening Overall, EDIT remains one of the most iconic and versatile venues in Turin, perfect if you're looking for a complete experience combining food, drinks, and atmosphere.

The location is beautiful, both outside where it feels like a garden and inside where the brewery elements are visible. Spacious spaces, friendly staff, good beers, but the menu selection is a bit limited.

A very pleasant restaurant! We ate in the courtyard, which is full of greenery, creating a lovely contrast with the industrial style of the buildings! The pizzas and beer were excellent! As we were staying in the apartments of the same establishment, we received a 10% discount on the bill, which was very much appreciated! Thank you very much!

A pub in a formerly different context, thus striving for revitalization. Both the outdoor garden and the view of the distillery machinery inside the pub are highly iconic. The only peculiarity (you may or may not like it) is that all their beers are gluten-free and tend to be highly flavored. Overall, an experience I would recommend to everyone.

Unique, pleasant, and youthful location. Food: pizza is okay, but the rest of the menu isn't exactly healthy, but it's appreciated by those with strong stomachs! Excellent service.

Nice but without an upstairs it loses a lot... And in some parts of the place there is no table service.

I went to Edit Torino for an event organized with my group 🎉 Truly huge, clean, and super organized: perfect for events and evenings with lots of people 👌 Very fast service, which is not a given given the size of the place 👏 I really liked the platter option: €10 with beer or €12 with a cocktail 🍺🍹 Really super affordable! A generous and varied platter, with fried foods, cured meats, cheeses... all very good 🔥 I also tried a pizza on the side and I have to say I really enjoyed it 🍕 Fair prices, friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere: the perfect mix for a great evening 😄 Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back! 💯

A very spacious restaurant in an area of ​​the city that's undergoing a major redevelopment. I didn't try the food because I was only there for a drink after dinner, but I can say that the staff is very helpful, and the ample parking is excellent. They should make the entrance a little clearer because it's not very visible, and I recommend booking, especially on Saturday nights. We had to wait almost an hour, but there were six of us and we hadn't booked.
