The fruit cup (frutta a pezzelloni) is such a refreshing must eat stop on your trip! Among all gelatos and desserts it was absolutely delightful, delicious, fresh and full of flavor, oh my!!

I've been there before and was happy to return. This time I ordered two ice creams, because they have different and delicious flavors.

Hidden away in a corner of Asti, the ice cream is good, not the best I've ever tasted, but it's a good value for the price. The biscuit in the cone is good. If you want to know an ice cream parlor in my top 3 that's located in Turin, search my posts.

This ice cream shop offers a taste experience that's full of flavors and appeals to all tastes, with a wide selection of creamy gelatos and local flavors. Not to mention the wide variety of flavors available, even for those like my wife who have lactose intolerance. Recommended for those in the center of Asti, as it's located behind Piazza Alfieri.

We found this place by chance, but I'm so glad we did. Excellent variety of gelato, from classics to more sophisticated flavors of local desserts. The granitas are also top-notch. I had the Moscato d'Asti one. It exploded in my mouth. I could have eaten tons of it. Must try. Excellent place.

During my stay here in Italy, I’ve had food like no other; homemade pastas, juicy steaks, and succulent pizzas to name a few. However, nothing that has graced my tongue in this beautiful country can compare to that from Gelateria La Venexiana. I went tonight and choose to get a fruit cup with whipped cream. Not only was the fruit fresh, but the whipped cream was too! My friend, on the other hand, got a delicious scoop of tiramisu gelato. I highly recommend this joint—A must see in Asti without a doubt!

Very good gelato but the most expensive I tried in Italy (7 eur for large cup).
