31/10/2025: I went there the first time for lunch and it wasn't bad. The second time, it was absolutely awful: spaghetti allo scoglio with mussels that smelled rotten, and octopus with potatoes that was so soggy that water came out when you fork it. I mentioned it to the owner, and she said they brought it to her like that. As a result, we paid without eating and left. I'll never go back, and I don't recommend it.

26/10/2025: Located in Piazza Partigiani, just beyond the Budello, it's an excellent gelateria, in my opinion the best in Alassio. On the rare occasions I get there, I always stop by. A good selection of very good flavors, which I always order with a waffle cone. The staff is friendly. I recommend this place if you're passing through Alassio.

22/10/2025: Strolling through the bright-and-breezy Piazza dei Partigiani in Alassio, I stumbled across Gelateria Rainbow — a gem of a stop for anyone craving a sweet pause. The first thing you notice: the cheerful façade, the colourful gelato display, and the promise of something indulgent yet genuine.

11/09/2025: Total disorganization! They didn't have a working POS machine, long waits for coffee, and the staff weren't even friendly: we definitely won't be back!

06/11/2025: Terrible experience. I specifically asked for warm farinata, but it was served cold—despite the lady behind the counter claiming it was "piping hot" after reheating it for 30 seconds in the oven. When I asked for two extra slices, the same lady, with rather questionable manners, raised her eyebrows as if annoyed... I'd say there's no need to add anything else. The food is mediocre, nothing special: in Savona, you can find much better farinata. If you're coming off a heavy night, it's okay... but otherwise, it's better to choose another place.

12/01/2026: I had dinner with friends at this restaurant a couple of nights ago. We had a great time; the atmosphere was pleasant, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. We ate the freshest ingredients and had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it.

03/01/2026: Excellent food, including a glass of Prosecco. The desserts were spectacular, and the atmosphere was very refined and welcoming.

27/08/2025: At 10 a.m., the croissants are sold out. The prices for croissants and coffee are exorbitant. The outdoor tables are often poorly cleaned due to the lack of waiters (why not hire more?).

10/03/2026: For the first time in my life, I went to Laigueglia, a beautiful place, although unfortunately the rain made it less beautiful. We didn't have much choice for food, so we stopped in this square where we thought we'd eat a nice plate of spaghetti. I prefer not to comment... €46 for two, then we stopped for a sandwich at a service station...

08/02/2026: Excellent decision in choosing this place for lunch on a winter Saturday, we opted for a tourist menu consisting of a first and a second course including water and house wine, a huge pan of spaghetti with seafood and mussels marinara and without having to pay for a coffee, I would say toppp as well as the kindness of the staff for only €20 .... highly recommended!!!

18/09/2025: The reviews don't do this place justice, as it offers truly delicious and flavorful food. I really enjoyed the tomato sauce and crispy crust.

27/09/2025: I'm the partner of the gentleman who already left a comment about our recent (and disappointing) experience at your restaurant. Reading the owner's response to his review was enlightening: if "elegance is not water," there's a lot of it missing here. It's a real shame, because the location is beautiful and has great potential, but unfortunately it's not enhanced by a cuisine worthy of its name nor by management capable of handling criticism with professionalism. We ate terribly: • The tuna was mediocre in quality, in small quantities, and honestly, I much prefer the fresh tuna at Esselunga. • My octopus poke was a disappointment: the octopus was practically nonexistent, while the plate was covered in cashews (ingredients much cheaper than the octopus itself, by the way). I speak as an athlete accustomed to eating well and recognizing quality ingredients: I didn't see any here. Finally, a note on the owner's tone of voice when responding to customers: criticism should be a source of growth, not an opportunity to respond arrogantly. The way he handles things perfectly reflects the style of the place. Oh, by the way: I sometimes have breakfast at the Esselunga bar with a freshly squeezed orange juice and a €3 sandwich... definitely better than your €14 one. 🤷‍♀️

18/09/2025: I'm being kind and giving it two stars because the beach is clean and nice, but the prices are outrageous: €35/45 for an umbrella and two loungers on September 18th, a weekday in low season, without even the afternoon rate. It's absurd! Arriving at 2:00 PM for three hours of sun is a rip-off!

06/10/2025: Had we not been very hungry and this was literally the only thing open - we would not eat there. After having eaten there, we are not sure this was a good idea. You get a cold focaccia and heat it up in a microwave, the result leaves much to be desired.

29/08/2025: Focaccia and pizza with the consistency of a dish sponge, soaked in acidic oil. They were purposely kept raw to increase their weight. A 45-minute line with about ten people waiting for takeout. If you're upstairs, you have no choice, but if you eat there, you'll feel sick. This place should close.

17/08/2025: We love gelato and always try all gelato places. We like this one the best! Creamy texture great flavor and very nice service. You can also easily sit in the patio and enjoy the gelato without hassle.

29/07/2025: The ice cream was a bit expensive, the wait was long and the owner asked who are you, where are you from? Anyway, come to Cuneo, it's not as bad as she says.

05/09/2025: I sat at the outdoor table for breakfast. The waiter, after a short wait, served two people who had arrived after me, even though he'd seen me and ignored me. Unacceptable rudeness! I had to get up and leave.

15/08/2025: Let's start by saying that the staff is uninterested and arrogant (except for the friendly owner). We won't even mention the food, as it was inedible: we ate a rare kind of lasagna with clumps of pasta and the entire sauce was probably expired pesto, boiled potatoes, and green beans as soft as jelly. Then a puccia with tomato (*still had the stem attached) and mozzarella as hard as iron. Then, after the tasting, we had to go to the restroom to throw out the "food," and those had probably never been cleaned. Conclusion: DO NOT GO THERE
