Esperienza anomala, certamente non una pasticceria da sogno come si legge su alcune recensioni ma nella norma. Il servizio self service veramente un po' antico. Ne infamia ne lode però un po' più di gentilezza non guasta....

In the past few days I tried a cream brioche. Nothing to say about the custard. The dough, however, is a little dry. To my taste it should be more moist on the inside and fragrant on the outside. Perhaps little butter is used or organic flours have a different yield. Overall decent.

I purchased a meringue cake.....delicious....you could feel the natural ingredients....the next day it was even better....congratulations!! I highly recommend shopping at this bakery!! Thank you Marco Gagliolo for the passion you put into your work... this makes the difference.

26/01/2024: Lunch for 4: two spaghetti with clams, two spaghetti with seafood, 1/4 of wine and a bottle of sparkling water: €65 euros; spaghetti with clams like I haven't eaten in a while! Exceptional! Recommended and To remember!

07/09/2023: Good pizza made with a wood-fired oven, dough that is a cross between thin and thicker. Ingredients ok. Starting with winter hours in early September, though... It's still packed with people.
13/08/2023: We were on holiday in Borghetto, looking for a place to eat pizza we had to rely on Google... A pizzeria a little far from the center and also from the seafront, but it's worth it. The pizza was really delicious, with excellent quality ingredients, and above all the low price. The fast service, even though it was a Saturday evening and they were fully booked, plus takeaway.
