19/04/2026: In Loano, I visited all the bakeries for nine days, and in my personal opinion, La Forneria is by far the best in Loano. The staff are smiling, fast, and attentive. The products are incredibly fresh and truly excellent in every way. Affordable prices for a wide selection of pastries, from savory to sweet. The atmosphere is clean, with well-maintained and organized display cases that convey a wonderful sense of care and affection for the products and their presentation. An excellent baker, one I haven't met before... but just look and enjoy what he produces with his hands, worthy of Saint Honoré of Amiens. It's impossible to find even the slightest criticism. 14/02/2026: Both the focaccia stuffed with prosciutto and Edam cheese and the classic Genovese are excellent. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
