03/04/2024: The food was fantastic and service was fast and simple. Indoor kids playground off the resturant allowed for a lovely afternoon of food and drinks while the kids entertained themselves
16/03/2024: One afternoon and night stay with my family. When we arrived at the structure we were animated by a lot of enthusiasm because the location is immersed in a pleasant landscape. The structure appears "lived in" and does not appear "updated"... I would say a vintage appearance. The room appears very "hot" and I notice a fan on the table, I start to freeze because I start to doubt the presence of an air conditioner, in reality there is, I click the on button and the display lights up with preset values that cannot be customized on a temperature of 22-23C°, it is very "quiet".... I inspect the beds and the covers are stained and one even has a hole of about 2cm, they make me think of a "lived in" room! I call the reception... No I can't call because the room in this 4 star hotel doesn't have a telephone in the room!!!! I personally went to the reception and explained the "problems" encountered, the staff was kind and tried to resolve the unpleasant situation, in the meantime I pointed out that the "silent" air conditioner did not work and 32° degrees in the room were not pleasant.... We return to the room: the pillowcases and sheets are now clean and without holes... The air conditioner is now "noisy" but does not seem useful for the "warm" room... Let's take a look at the bathroom, there is a bit lots of dust and the toilet paper roll is already "used".... vintage toilet seat! In the bathroom, without windows and devices for air exchange, there are also guests: ants and an unidentified insect... Ok, we only have to survive 1 night, we also booked the restaurant... Restaurant with worn tablecloth with holes, a menu where it is not possible to know allergens, staff always friendly but the raw materials are poor.... Nightmare night, children can't sleep because it's too hot, the fan remains a small consolation!

21/02/2024: The best all you can eat in Viterbo.
Excellent food, I highly recommend the sushi and prawns (the best I have eaten in this type of restaurant)
Fast and attentive service, menu with many choices, you can order any sauce directly with your tablet at no additional cost.
Location to be improved, but it takes second place since I have been to all you can eat in Viterbo and surrounding areas and here is definitely where you eat better.... I also recommend the desserts.
We will be back soon
12/02/2024: Excellent food even if the courses were smaller than normal, the all-inclusive price a little higher than normal (over 18 euros per person), the service to be reviewed a little confusing, all in all a good sushi restaurant.

05/04/2024: Myself and my wife came here, the service is great, they are friendly and the food arrived very quickly, the carbonara and the duck are incredible and the tiramisu dessert was perfect, we will definitely be returning here again, highly recommend!
03/04/2024: A very pleasant place with a cuisine based on traditional but never banal and expertly prepared, excellent dishes in quality and quantity. Large selection of wines. Definitely a place to recommend.

07/04/2024: The restaurant has good cuisine, although we consumed appetizers and first courses, one of which was slightly salty, the location overlooking the lake is pleasant and relaxing. The staff was courteous and kind, the structure needs to be improved a little aesthetically as the excellent location is a strong attraction. Would happily return.
01/04/2024: Stunning location, located on the lake shore and on the edge of an oak forest. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Impeccable service. Worth noting is the tranquility and professionalism of the entire staff despite the presence of around 200 diners. What about the menu? Delicious and carefully presented lake, sea and land appetizers. First courses of handmade pasta excellent in quantity and quality of sauces, as well as grilled meats and fish. I forgot to point out a small portion of "coratella" offered together with the starter, simply extraordinary, as was the bread basket. ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!

19/03/2024: Optimal!! Eating here is a complete surprise, relying on the guidance of the chef/owner you reach a goal that leaves you very satisfied. The wine selections, both local and otherwise, are also excellent. Everything very good.
17/03/2024: We went to Osmodi on February 10th for dinner, the place was just for us. In these cases it's worth the trip, the restaurant pays great attention to detail, the chef Deborah was fantastic (thanks again) we had a 6-course tasting and wine tasting, particularly pay attention to intolerances and allergies. as regards the menu in words it is difficult to explain what we felt while eating its dishes, it was a carousel of flavours, smells and consistencies of the dishes above the average of many famous starred ones. We will come back for sure

12/03/2024: I had asked for tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms but received tagliatelle with porcini mushroom slime. Ok, I don't pretend they had fresh mushrooms, but even frozen ones, if you know how to work, can be presentable.
The restaurant is old and poorly lit, not exactly a welcoming environment that makes you want to return.

05/04/2024: Small but welcoming place, with some tables also outside along the private driveway that leads to the restaurant, all just a few steps from the ancient village of the town and the road roundabout, where you can admire an original Moai statue from the island of Easter. Menu based on traditional local and especially Vitorchiano dishes, served with courtesy and speed by the young and friendly staff in the dining room. In the company of another couple, we spent an excellent Easter Monday day, delighted by the following dishes: 2 platters of cold cuts and cheeses with a portion of baked porcini mushrooms with potatoes, a spectacular Pentolaccia alla Vitorchianese (a dish from times gone by, absolutely to try), a cavatello with tomatoes, chilli pepper and fennel, a grilled rib eye and typical Vitorchiano skewers. All accompanied by a good house wine and coffee at the end. In summary, tasty dishes, right portions and above all a very honest bill. We'll be back to try the desserts, which looked delicious!
29/03/2024: The snails are excellent, really good! Pappardelle with chestnut flour with porcini mushrooms and truffle was good, too bad you couldn't taste the chestnut or the truffle, perhaps simple ones with porcini mushrooms would have been excellent. Good price/quality ratio! Nice find!
