Fabulous gluten free pizza Worth 10 stars! So far the absolute best I've ever eaten!!!

Going to Fior di Pizza is now a weekly ritual for us. Almost every Saturday we go to this place which is a small symbol of organization and product wonder. Pizza is a mix of innovation, variety, goodness and quality. The thing I love most personally are the off-menu dishes linked to expertly combined seasonal ingredients. The doughs all made with different flours are truly a huge point of strength and differentiation from the rest of traditional pizzerias. Eating at Fior Di Pizza every time means combining taste with quality in a product that, in addition to satisfying you, is light and tasty. Highly recommended.

I always like to go to this nice and welcoming place, with friendly and attentive staff. Gluten-free pizza among the best I've ever eaten, with a wide choice of flavors and quality products.

Helpful and kind staff, really good gluten-free pizza. I have to say that as a celiac I struggle to find any but this one was really excellent. Even the people who were with me really appreciated the other types of dough and the decidedly special and good condiments! A few more gluten-free beers (perhaps artisanal) would be an extra touch that wouldn't go amiss 😉 however, a decidedly positive experience, I'll be back!

I have been to this place several times trying various pizzas. Overall the pizza is good, shallow and quite crunchy, cooked in an electric oven. Excellent digestibility. The huge problem of the place is the size and overcrowding, tables 20/30 centimeters apart, chaos and shouts coming from very close patrons prevent a normal conversation. I understand the need to fill the place and have as many seats as possible, but we still need to guarantee a livable and pleasant environment (especially on weekends). Prices are slightly above average. The desserts almost all cost €7 (a little bit) but they are really good and freshly prepared. The only qualitative note I want to make is on the sausage put on the pizza, not up to par, it clashed with the quality of the other ingredients offered.

The only pizza I can stomach. Excellent service, fair prices for the type of pizza (organic flours and different types. Kamut, spelled, etc.).
