11/11/2025: Caught a bonus on a website (shown in the photo) and thought — why not make the evening a bit tastier? Ordered some pasta and didn’t regret it. A simple dinner, but what a pleasure!

03/12/2025: Hello, on December 1st, at 9 pm, I came in and had some very good pizza slices. The place was more than clean, but the pizza chef's rudeness towards the counter assistant left me speechless. I witnessed the whole scene. He said some really nasty things to her, especially because the girl served me impeccably on more than one occasion. I hope that, contrary to what the pizza chef said, you don't fire her, because that would be a shame. I would definitely return for the pizza and the service. I highly recommend it.

01/12/2025: The pizza wasn't bad (though I've had better), and there's a wide selection of toppings, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Two slices of regular-sized pizza cost €12. Crazy. Adding €5 would have meant a pizzeria. We stopped because it was on the way, but after this unpleasant discovery, we'll never return.

31/08/2025: Excellent pizza with a quality wood-fired oven with very good suppli and fried foods at modest prices. Last night I ordered a Napoli pizza and some fried foods, it's an excellent service, everything arrived still hot. Furthermore, when you come to the pizzeria, since there is no table service, they have structured themselves very well by arranging tables outside, so that anyone who wants to eat freshly baked pizza can sit outside, taking it along with drinks in the fridge and consume it on the spot. They are very kind and cut it into four slices for you. I can only say that it is a clean environment, with very kind and helpful staff. Go there, you won't regret it, in addition to the very modest prices. For a quality pizza made in a wood-fired oven, congratulations, keep it up.

27/07/2025: Good pizzeria with easy-to-digest dough and an excellent variety of pizzas. The fried foods are good, but the beer selection is limited. The girl at the cash register is very friendly, and the delivery service is also good. They now also offer outside dining at convenient tables.

29/10/2025: It was our first time at Fad. I wasn't very impressed. The place needs a bit more attention. The prices are too high for a place like this in that neighborhood. I wasn't sold on the food! The appetizers weren't great... the main courses weren't generous for the price. The tiramisu didn't taste like tiramisu. Overall, nothing exceptional. The service, however, was excellent.

26/10/2025: We went to this place yesterday. The kids' area is WONDERFUL. I haven't eaten so peacefully in years. The girl who looks after the kids is helpful and friendly. The area is well-stocked, not like old, recycled toys or a couple of dolls just sitting there. It's a really nice little room. We were a huge group, and we definitely made ourselves heard. I personally had mixed appetizers for everyone and the ER PANELLA burger, which was delicious. I'm also vegetarian, and their menu is super extensive. The only downside was splitting the bill because some of us had to leave early, and there was a misunderstanding between us and the owner (?). That's why I took one less star. In any case, we'll be back, and maybe I'll have the opportunity to give it an extra star!

06/12/2025: A truly positive experience. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were very kind and professional. Our waiter, Alessio, was very friendly, polite, and professional, something that's hard to find in restaurants these days. The service was exceptional. After every course, we were asked if anything was wrong, but above all, the service was very smooth. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant.

01/12/2025: We arrived in Rome starving at Piazza Navona around 11 am and had some really good pizzas. The guy who served us spoke excellent Spanish and was super friendly.

20/11/2025: The hotel is well-located with prices in the mid-range. It's a quiet hotel with a pleasant welcome and clean rooms. It's a shame the breakfast is the same every day. Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel.

19/11/2025: Overall not a good hotel, it is very old. While we stayed there we could not turn on the air conditioning (the option was disabled on the remote by the hotel). There was no hot water on the shower. Showered a 3 yrs old crying in cold water. We also asked and previous confirmed a second bed for a child and it was not in the room. Location is not good if you are trying to be within walking distance of most attractions.

22/07/2025: I returned after a long time and found the service terrible. Annoyed with the customer, after the ice cream I asked to take away two dried fruit cookies, which were in a glass bell jar (they weren't for me, but for someone else). They handed me two pre-packaged ones, telling me they were identical but more practical. In a hurry, I agreed, but at home I discovered they were chocolate cookies with an incorrect expiration date. How you're losing customers!

26/11/2025: If you're looking for authentic Italian food and a quiet place to enjoy an evening, I highly recommend this restaurant. The service is top-notch, and if you have mobility issues, there's an elevator since the restroom is located on the lower level. You can watch them make your pizza in a brick oven if you decide to go inside. There are also tables outside where you can watch people go about their day.

24/11/2025: For the Jubilee, we came to this typical restaurant, which I found excellent! We ate the supplì and the famous bucatini all'amatriciana and tonnarelli cacio e pepe, which I found truly delicious. I recommend you try this restaurant! Very centrally located.

30/03/2025: Decent pizza and fried food. The one-star review (even too much) concerns how one of the owners who serves in the dining room (the short one with the hat) treats customers. Besides rudely responding to other diners in the dining room, he also rudely responded to me, saying "Don't come back" simply because I politely pointed out that it was already our third time there and he didn't have any bottles of the same type of wine in the fridge. If you don't know how to interact with the customer, change your career!

19/11/2025: I booked online with pickup: from the girls checking out the counters to the guys who delivered the items, everyone was very kind and thorough in their assistance. I think that despite being a grab-and-go store, the customer service is excellent, which is the main reason I'm giving it a 5-star review. Regarding the items, they were either discontinued or from the recycling section: always check them out; the savings are significant for products that are practically new! I hope the section can expand in the future!

17/11/2025: I went to Ikea to design a bedroom, and it was a terrible experience. The woman I asked for assistance showed very little professionalism or empathy. Rushed, lazy, unfamiliar with the system... horrible design... in short, we'll buy the bedroom somewhere else.
