The pasta factory is moving here from Via Gregorio VII, closer to the existing store at Via Gino Capponi 7a. The quality is very high, and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Ready-to-eat products are also available at this store during lunchtime. For home delivery, please inquire.

03/05/2026: Hyper minimalist dishes at a high cost compared to other restaurants in the area.
01/05/2026: It did feel like a tourist trap. The food was great though a bit pricy, but the service felt scammy. After the first two upsells the third and fourth tries felt obvious. (just the easy questions for choosing a different type of pasta, that's a bit more expensive without making the fact clear or asking if we wanted extra cheese). Only after ordering I noticed the sign in Russian that said there were menus in Russian available. Felt very bad to be at a place that welcomes Russians.

19/04/2026: The staff were truly friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The dishes were well-prepared and of good quality. We'll definitely be back :)
18/04/2026: The quality of the food certainly stands out. It's not the usual place where you rush to order from tablets; here you still write down what you want on a piece of paper, and you have a direct relationship with the owner who can give you perfect advice. Even if you wait an extra 5 minutes, it's worth it. Absolute quality.
