07/02/2026: We were lucky enough to try this restaurant only once, because unfortunately it's very often closed. The food is plentiful, the prices are very low, and everything is delicious. We'd like to return sometime; it would be nice to know when it's open and closed... What a shame.

12/04/2026: A modern, clean, and well-organized station. Rome Tiburtina Station is convenient for high-speed trains and offers several useful services. It's easy to navigate, although it can be a bit crowded at times. Overall, a positive experience.

10/05/2026: The organization is a joke; you get in in waves, so you queue for 20, 30 minutes or more while empty tables stare at you 😑😑 All this just to make it look like there's a non-stop queue. The table we were given had been empty for 20 minutes. I didn't even know Tony was famous; I only stayed for the pasta alla vodka, which I hadn't seen in the restaurants next door. And it was delicious, as was the homemade bread! However, the carbonara was a huge disappointment, not good at all, with a watery texture. So, this restaurant really has nothing special about it except for the pasta alla vodka. The servers are nonchalant and inefficient, except near closing time when they suddenly get busy.

10/05/2026: Good morning, we tried to queue to get into the tavernetta as they don't accept telephone reservations and we were stuck from 12:30 to 1:50 without being able to get in. Let's face it, we are a family with two 6-year-old children, but above all, the most squalid thing is that inside the restaurant there were empty tables prepared for people... bad story, you can be the "best" but you have to look in the face of the people waiting outside and especially having free tables to seat people... in the end we didn't eat!!!

13/04/2026: I've known the place for 10 years now, I haven't been there many times (each time after a few years), but until today every time I went I came back thrilled at having tasted one of the best ice creams I've ever eaten, and I speak as a Sicilian who also knows how to guarantee quality here. Today was a disappointment... but not so much for the ice cream (very good flavor, I could taste the hazelnut and pistachio in a natural way, even if this time I found it a slightly more icy consistency, I don't know why, maybe I was unlucky...) but what really disappointed me was the attitude of the staff. I had seen that they had added one of my favorite flavors, peanut, but unfortunately it was the only one not available. When I commented, showing disappointment that they didn't have the flavor I wanted, they said to me in a sarcastic and teasing manner: "ahhh but this flavor hasn't been available for months now, what a shame, you'll have to choose only for the flavors that are left..." Then, when my partner and I sat down, I noticed that two guys had placed an order, they had sat down, and when the order arrived, one of the staff called them over almost in a whisper twice, and immediately afterward the colleague said, "No, no, leave it there." Honestly, I don't think there was this group of staff the last time I was in this place a few years ago because I would have remembered, but I think that in a place like this, it makes little sense if you try to select the best ingredients for the customer and then treat them this way. I think that for work with the public, you have to know what you're doing, otherwise you'll look for another job. That said, I hope that in a few years, when and if I want to return, I hope the staff is kinder, because never have I felt so uncomfortable. *EDIT POST ANSWER: While it may be true that you can't serve at the table, that doesn't mean that if the customer is seated, the staff can't approach and politely invite them to pick up the product from the counter. I wasn't born yesterday, this isn't professionalism, it's disrespect for the customer! Never again!

23/02/2026: We may have had an unlucky evening but: (1) the Guinness was being poured from cans (2) the IPA was out (3) the jalapenos were out (4) the arrosticini were out. On the other hand, the atmosphere was so noisy that we had to scream. No, thanks.

10/12/2025: A certainty, niño, lots of choice and a fair price

09/08/2025: An experience that leaves a bitter taste... After a decent starter, one of us (table of three) ordered beef. From the first bites, he noticed that the cut was riddled with sinews, making the meat virtually inedible. I politely pointed this out to the waitress, suggesting either a change of dish or a more suitable knife. Her response? Just another knife... A few minutes later, another server asked if everything was okay. I clarified that it was for us, but not for the meat, which was still inedible. No reaction, not a word, not a gesture. After several attempts to explain the problem, there was no apology, no goodwill gesture, nothing. The service remained indifferent from start to finish, as if our remark had never occurred. A minimum of consideration, a word of apology, or even a simple complimentary drink would have been enough to alleviate the disappointment. But no. The result: a ruined meal and the unpleasant feeling that the customer doesn't matter. (Photos attached.)

30/07/2025: The restaurant is located not far from the city center and offers outdoor dining in the warmer months. It's very eclectic, with a unique blend of antiques (plaster moldings, classical paintings, Pompeian red and cardinal purple wallpaper paired with industrial-style iron shelves). Even the bathroom is in keeping with this style, with classic wood paneling contrasting with original wallpaper. The menu isn't extensive, but it features highly original dishes made with excellent ingredients and balanced contrasts. I had the rigatoni with almond pesto and caramelized cherry tomatoes, and the slow-cooked pork ribs served with a barbecue sauce. Everything was truly delicious. The wine list is excellent. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The quality-price ratio is excellent for the quality of the food. Recommended!

22/11/2025: The pizza is spectacular. I've been ordering from them for a while now. The guys are fantastic. What can I say? Every time I crave pizza, I call them.

31/03/2026: I tried a lot of recommended restaurants in Rome, but 44 Osteria Quarantaquattro was by far my favorite. Hands down the best pasta I had in Rome. The owner was wonderful, the vibe was amazing, and you could really feel the care and passion behind everything. The pasta and every dish we had were unique, flavorful, and anything but generic. It felt like a real experience, not just another dinner. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

29/03/2026: Looked and felt like a David lynch’s movie: from the creepy manager and the unsettling atmosphere to the disgusting pastas and the very expensive final check. Incredible tourist trap, don’t go there.

10/04/2026: Very crowded, especially at San Giuseppe. Good food, especially the sandwiches. Friendly and helpful staff. Not always smiling. Too bad.

23/02/2026: Coming from Rome, I had the pleasure of frequenting Caffè Venere in Infernetto and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, ideal for a coffee break or a moment of relaxation. Special praise goes to the dark-haired bartender, who is extremely attentive, professional, and always kind to customers, making everyone feel welcome. The blonde cashier also stands out for her courtesy and expertise, carrying out her work with great professionalism. A truly positive experience that I would highly recommend.

16/03/2026: Oh my, how good we ate! Fast service and super knowledgeable and efficient staff! I haven't eaten such tender sirloin in a long time.

09/03/2026: Excellent dishes, but a bit pricey, considering the presence of two children, ages 7 and 9. On a day like today, March 8th (Women's Day), I would have expected some mimosas at the center of the table. But that's just my opinion, given the occasion. Good, though.
