11/01/2025: ieri sera cena da gaia bio, presente la signora Triana, una dei due manager, e la collaboratrice Giulia, silenziosa come l'altra (Emanuela) ma molto professionale e gentile. Stavolta ho provato una pizza vegana, molto buona e particolare, differente da tutte le pizze che si possono trovare in giro, ero stato varie volta da gaia bio ma avevo sempre preso pasta o riso mai pizza. Altri hanno preso riso nero, straccetti, pasta con lupini, insomma tutto ottimo. per concludere uno strudel, perfettamente eseguito. Tutti i dolci e i gelati sono fatti da loro. Da bere il rosso piceno che prendo sempre, buono e genuino stamattina niente mal di testa. Ottima anche la grappa, si puo' scegliere tra varie qualita'. Prezzi nella media, sicuramente non eccessivi. Volendo proprio fare una critica, la vetrata che da' sulla strada non e' schermata da tende o piante, come avviene in tantissimi ristoranti nel mondo, quindi chi siede al tavolo e' visibile dalla strada come in vetrina, a me non da fastidio ma qualcuno attento alla privacy puo' non gradire. Ma vabbe', noi senza dubbio torneremo. Locale strapieno, indispensabile prenotare per tempo. giovanni

30/10/2024: Das Restaurant hatte online ausschließlich gute Bewertungen, was mich neugierig machte. Doch als ich vor Ort ankam, war ich mir zunächst unsicher, ob ich die richtige Adresse gefunden hatte – die Fassade wirkte eher wie die eines gehobenen Imbisses als eines Restaurants. Nach einem kurzen Abstecher ins Airbnb stellte sich heraus: Adresse stimmt. Zum Glück fand ich dann auch gleich einen Platz an einem Tisch. Erlebnis und Geschmack Der Besuch hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Als Vorspeise genoss ich eine Lasagne mit Artischocken – köstlich und mit feinen Aromen abgestimmt. Danach folgten Fleischbällchen mit Spinat, die mich ebenfalls begeisterten. Ich hatte bereits einige Restaurants in der Umgebung probiert, doch hier schmeckte es mir am besten. Besonderer Service und Überraschung zum Abschluss Die freundliche Bedienung bot mir anschließend hausgemachtes Pistazieneis an. Eigentlich war ich satt, doch die bisherigen Gerichte hatten mich überzeugt, und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Das Eis war die perfekte Abrundung des Abends. Fazit Normalerweise schreibe ich eher kritisch, aber dieses Restaurant – trotz seines Imbiss-Charakters – kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und der Geschmack überzeugt.

03/01/2025: I came across it while searching and the reviews were so good that I ended up revising my schedule. It's an amazing combination that I've never seen before, and there are so many different types of recipes! Even while I was eating, new pizzas kept coming out so I ordered more. Cut into desired amount and calculate by weight. The man is very kind and explains the taste well. After trying all the different types of pizza, it cost about 20 euros, including a bottle of beer (beer was 3 euros). It's located inside a market, so it's great for eating, walking, and sightseeing, and it's close to the Mouth of Truth.

02/12/2024: This place cheered us up on Sunday. Walking through the beautiful city of Anagni we are looking for a place to eat, we come across this Spanish restaurant on Google and we decide to go. The place is small and comfortable, we find room for 2 because there were some reservations. It seems to be always full and difficult to find a seat. They serve a fixed menu for €25, consisting of tapas, Paella (the one they decided to make that day, we ended up with the fish one) and creme brulee. The tapas they brought us were truly exquisite, sublime. The paella was very good, plentiful and full of fish. The crispier part that forms on the bottom is excellent. We took home the remaining third, also invited by the owner, because we were full and we were sorry to have it thrown away. The creme brulee was also good, very different from those I had already eaten. The owner is very present, explains the dishes and is very friendly and dedicated to his job which he obviously likes a lot. The cook is his wife, Valenciana. There is also a really nice guy who serves the tables. We also ordered a sangria, which I generally don't like, but it was very good and suitable for the meal because it was not very sweet and light. In short, as I also said in person to the owner Maurizio, well done everyone and thank you for this excellent Sunday lunch.

Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

05/01/2025: We went to this restaurant on December 31st for lunch, and despite the preparations for the dinner that same evening, both the service and the food were impeccable. We chose the 4-course tasting menu chosen by the chef, who was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. Refined dishes and above all, made based on the seasonality of the products. The octopus tortelli amatriciana and the stuffed squid are highly recommended. Fair prices that reflect the work and attention behind each dish. Fantastic experience. We'll be back

04/01/2025: It's worth going for the Gianduiotto alone! This is one of the best ice cream I have even tasted. From cream to Gianduiotto this ice cream shop is a must! Absolutely worth trying.

We celebrated our daughter's wedding at Tenuta Il Sogno, in Piglio, and it was truly an unforgettable day, also thanks to the extraordinary dedication and professionalism of the team that manages this wonderful location. From the first meeting, the boys fell in love with the beauty of the place and the courtesy with which we were welcomed by the hosts, who were able to organize every detail with care and attention. The 15 hectares of manicured gardens and the elegant restaurant, managed by impeccable staff, created a perfect atmosphere for such a special event. Each dish was exquisite, the service prompt and attentive, making the dining experience live up to expectations. We were also lucky enough to stay in the new structure made available by the estate for guests who need to stay, the HERITAGE Hotel in Fiuggi, a few minutes from the estate and the magnificent Cathedral of Anagni, where the ceremony took place religious. The hotel is finely finished, equipped with all comforts and managed by a trained and welcoming staff, always ready to satisfy every need. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day, and you can clearly see the passion and expertise with which this establishment is run. All set in the historical and fascinating context of the Cathedral of Anagni, a place rich in history, with its breathtaking mosaics and the fame of having been the scene of the "great refusal" of Pope Celestine V. I thank Giulia very much, who immediately made herself available to me, advising me on any issue, as if she were my wedding planner! 09/12/2024: As I was passing by, I saw that there were no Koreans but only locals, so I stopped by and had panini, and it was very delicious. The price of adding tomatoes to prosciutto is 5 euros. But I don't know if it's just here, but they say panino instead of panini.
