11/01/2025: ieri sera cena da gaia bio, presente la signora Triana, una dei due manager, e la collaboratrice Giulia, silenziosa come l'altra (Emanuela) ma molto professionale e gentile. Stavolta ho provato una pizza vegana, molto buona e particolare, differente da tutte le pizze che si possono trovare in giro, ero stato varie volta da gaia bio ma avevo sempre preso pasta o riso mai pizza. Altri hanno preso riso nero, straccetti, pasta con lupini, insomma tutto ottimo. per concludere uno strudel, perfettamente eseguito. Tutti i dolci e i gelati sono fatti da loro. Da bere il rosso piceno che prendo sempre, buono e genuino stamattina niente mal di testa. Ottima anche la grappa, si puo' scegliere tra varie qualita'. Prezzi nella media, sicuramente non eccessivi. Volendo proprio fare una critica, la vetrata che da' sulla strada non e' schermata da tende o piante, come avviene in tantissimi ristoranti nel mondo, quindi chi siede al tavolo e' visibile dalla strada come in vetrina, a me non da fastidio ma qualcuno attento alla privacy puo' non gradire. Ma vabbe', noi senza dubbio torneremo. Locale strapieno, indispensabile prenotare per tempo. giovanni

28/01/2025: We took the tasting menu (4 courses €48 per person): the courses were plentiful for a tasting menu but above all everything was delicious. I particularly recommend the tortelli with octopus amatriciana (spectacular!), the stuffed quail and the "babamisù". Even the wines that the chef proposed to us as pairings were perfect for the dishes. The chef is a wonderful person, available to explain the dishes and also to entertain the guests in conversation. Fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!
07/01/2025: I don't usually do reviews, but this time I can only give my super compliments to Debora for the beautiful dinner we had during the little holiday in Montefiascone with my partner... Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

Not only will you find different varieties of authentic Valencian paella, but you will immerse yourself in a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Simone Stazi, with his overwhelming friendliness, the perfect host, knows how to make every guest feel at ease. Simone perfectly embodies Italian warmth and Spanish soul, he talks about each dish with passion, revealing its details and curiosities. And to end on a high note, let yourself be tempted by the Catalan: a perfect ending to an overwhelming culinary experience. The recipe for creme brulee? “one liter of milk 8 egg yolks 250 grams of sugar 2 squeezes of organic lemon and 2 cinnamon sticks. The lemon tastes better if it is taken from the neighbor's garden...” This is the tenor….. We celebrated our daughter's wedding at Tenuta Il Sogno, in Piglio, and it was truly an unforgettable day, also thanks to the extraordinary dedication and professionalism of the team that manages this wonderful location. From the first meeting, the boys fell in love with the beauty of the place and the courtesy with which we were welcomed by the hosts, who were able to organize every detail with care and attention. The 15 hectares of manicured gardens and the elegant restaurant, managed by impeccable staff, created a perfect atmosphere for such a special event. Each dish was exquisite, the service prompt and attentive, making the dining experience live up to expectations. We were also lucky enough to stay in the new structure made available by the estate for guests who need to stay, the HERITAGE Hotel in Fiuggi, a few minutes from the estate and the magnificent Cathedral of Anagni, where the ceremony took place religious. The hotel is finely finished, equipped with all comforts and managed by a trained and welcoming staff, always ready to satisfy every need. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day, and you can clearly see the passion and expertise with which this establishment is run. All set in the historical and fascinating context of the Cathedral of Anagni, a place rich in history, with its breathtaking mosaics and the fame of having been the scene of the "great refusal" of Pope Celestine V. A perfect setting for a solemn wedding ceremony and suggestive. We sincerely thank all the staff of Tenuta Il Sogno and Hotel HERITAGE for making this day so special. La Locanda del Ditirambo

20/01/2025: An Inn that is a jewel; and it seems normal that certain jewels are not found on the street, you have to deserve them. Catering is a strange exercise: the customer pays for a service and evaluates what he has received in exchange for money. The Locanda del Ditirambo is one of the rare places, rare even in Ciociaria, where not only this is offered, where not only work but also passion is brought into play, where you feel the people inside the things, and the effort becomes pleasure, luxury. Of course, nothing is perfect, but everything has a different meaning for the customer when it is understood that on the other hand they want at all costs, with stubbornness, to improve things, and perhaps improve an already good product, go further, and then even what seem like small imperfections become a necessary part of beauty, not only because they make it domestic and affable. Here, let's talk about the menu, quite small (which is almost always a guarantee of a job done in-house and done well); but first of all I would like to talk about the bread, which the chef prepares himself, delicious. Then, without being linear, I'm surprised by the desserts, which you won't find in any other restaurant, because they don't come from a van, from a factory, from a pastry shop, but from these four walls: what a spectacle! What a spectacle a chef who breaks his head to bring you his own desserts at the end of the meal, and makes them as God commands! The trio of starters imposes itself as a must, with the potato pie as the prince, a great invention; then the meat second courses, with the excellent pork neck with smoky and sweet and sour notes, and a traditional bufaletta (Ciociaria buffalo stew) among the best I have ever tasted. I will return, yes of course, and I will return for the first courses, which I have not tasted; and for the cellar, which seems really well stocked. It is a place where, unless you are very dense, you return: a place of the heart.
20/01/2025: Una Locanda che è un gioiello; e sembra normale che certi gioielli non si trovino così, sulla via, bisogna meritarseli. La ristorazione è un esercizio strano: il cliente paga un servizio e valuta quello che ha ricevuto in cambio di denaro. La Locanda del Ditirambo è uno dei rari posti, rari anche in Ciociaria, dove non si offre solo questo, dove si mette in gioco oltre al lavoro anche la passione, dove si sentono le persone dentro le cose, e la fatica si fa piacere, lusso. Per carità, niente è perfetto, ma tutto ha un altro senso per il cliente quando si capisce che dall'altra parte si vuole ad ogni costo, con testardaggine, migliorare le cose, e magari migliorare un prodotto già buono di suo, andare oltre, e allora persino quelle che sembrano piccole imperfezioni diventano parte necessaria del bello, non solo perché lo rendono domestico e affabile. Ecco, parliamo del menu', abbastanza ridotto (che è quasi sempre garanzia di un lavoro fatto in proprio e fatto bene); ma prima di tutto vorrei parlare del pane, che lo chef prepara da sé, delizioso. Poi, senza essere lineare, sorprendermi dei dolci, che non troverete in nessun altro ristorante, perché non vengono da un furgone, da una fabbrica, da una pasticceria, ma da queste quattro mura: ma che spettacolo! Che spettacolo un cuoco che si rompe la testa per portarvi i propri dolci a fine pasto, e li fa come dio comanda! Il tris di antipasti si impone come un must, col tortino di patate a farla da principe, una grande invenzione; poi i secondi di carne, coll'ottimo collo di maiale con note affumicate e agrodolci, e una tradizionale bufaletta (stufato di bufala ciociara) tra le più buone mai assaggiate. Tornerò, si certo, e tornerò per i primi, che non ho assaggiato; e per la cantina, che sembra proprio ben fornita. È un posto dove, a meno di non essere proprio ottusi, si torna: un posto del cuore.

La prima in formula pranzo servito e l altra apericena a buffet L apericena è diventata una vera e propria cena, ricca di cose sfiziose La pizza cotta al forno a legna è stata la chicca della serata Daniela la proprietaria super carina e sempre disponibile Anche il personale ed il servizio impeccabile Qualità prezzo direi il top Location molto molto carina Non potevamo fare scelta migliore Grazie ancora, ritorneremo presto
