12/10/2025: If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Some friends and I had an aperitivo and had to ask if they could at least bring us some chips (the bare minimum). After our request, we were brought little bowls of taralli, chips, and peanuts, all of which had a rather unpleasant flavor; you could immediately tell they were very old. The staff wasn't very polite, as if they were doing us a favor by taking our orders and bringing us our drinks. Even though all the other bars in the center were PACKED, I now understand why there were only four tables here and one was free...

24/11/2025: I gave it only one star for a very specific reason: I clearly saw the food service worker handling the piadinas without wearing gloves, as required by law. He picked up and stuffed the speck slices into my piadina with his bare hands, in defiance of hygiene and food service regulations!

12/04/2026: We often go to Salsomaggiore Terme....it's a unique place...found by chance... ..when you enter, it's truly beautiful...welcomed with incredible kindness....excellent location because it's just a stone's throw from the train station. Nicely designed interior... I had a seafood appetizer...good Excellent pizza...both the Margherita and the red pizza with anchovies...fast service...careful table setting... The waiters are truly kind and professional... The pizzeria has a very beautiful view. I highly recommend it because it's truly worth it...great prices.... And I highly recommend the tiramisu, sublime!!!! Today I had white truffle drowned in coffee...good Went for the second time today, everything was perfect...I had a seafood appetizer...fried seafood and penne alla primula if I'm not mistaken...excellent!!! Congratulations...I was so taken by the appearance that I didn't take pictures of the dishes, which are truly worth it, also for the abundance... Excellent value for money

21/12/2025: We came all the way by walking at 22.00 just to found out the place was closed. On google it says it closes at after midnight. If you close earlier at least bother to change the hours so people would know. Disrespectful

20/10/2025: We stayed in this hotel for one night. The rooms aren't four-star; they smell musty and are dirty. The service is nonexistent. We were cold, the heating was off, and after much insistence, they brought us single, very old and worn wool blankets. We also, and I must say, unfortunately, had dinner... There was little choice, and the dishes they brought us were very meager and cold. They were probably pre-cooked and frozen dishes, the ravioli definitely frozen. The four-sautéed pasta dishes are better. Later, I asked for two coffees to be brought to my room along with the restaurant bill, and I had to wait half an hour. On Sundays, they serve breakfast an hour later; I needed breakfast at 6:30, but they told me it wasn't possible and didn't even deduct it from my bill. A truly terrible experience.
