13/11/2025: We had lunch at the restaurant at the Hotel Mistral Lo di Savoia and were pleasantly surprised!
The restaurant is bright, clean, and welcoming, with a quiet atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease.
Lunch was truly delicious: carefully prepared, beautifully presented dishes made with fresh, quality ingredients.
We really enjoyed the first courses—tasty and well-balanced—and the second courses, cooked to perfection. The desserts also deserve praise: simple but delicious!
The service was quick and courteous, and the price was absolutely fair for the quality.
A great place for a relaxing and authentic lunch break.
Recommended for both those staying at the hotel and those just passing through.

15/03/2026: A truly positive experience! The pizza is truly exceptional: I tried both the regular and the tirata version and was truly impressed by the quality of the dough and the flavor. The menu offers so many different types of pizza, you're truly spoiled for choice, and you can taste the excellent quality of the ingredients used.
The focaccia and montanarine are also very good, a real treat and absolutely worth trying.
Plus, the staff is young, friendly, and very courteous, always attentive and helpful. A place where you eat excellently and where you'll gladly return. Congratulations!

19/04/2026: The pizza was tasty, well-rolled, and arrived quickly. The staff was warm and extremely friendly, especially the lady who serves the tables, who was wonderful!
07/03/2026: The photos don't match the restaurant's design. The atmosphere was very stressful, with the lady at the register talking loudly to her friends. And too much noise...
The pizza was very, very salty.
A ruined evening...

12/09/2025: I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this place. I was unexpectedly thrown out simply because of using an empty barrel outside the venue, which made no sense and felt completely unreasonable. Instead of handling the situation with basic courtesy, the staff were rude and dismissive. This is not the way paying customers should be treated. I will definitely not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment to others.

15/06/2025: Seit Jahren fahren wir immer in die Toscana an Parma vorbei. Dieses Mal haben wir einen Halt gemacht und das Städtchen erkundet. Es lohnt sich wirklich. In einer Gasse, abseits des Touristenstroms haben wir das Artaj entdeckt. Es hat eine kleine Terrasse entlang der Strasse mut ein paar Plätzen im Freien. Das Essen ist lokal, traditionell, hervorragend gekocht und schön angerichtet. Alles schmeckt vorzüglich von den Antipasti, den Vorspeisen bis zum Hauptgang. Das junge Team ist sehr freundlich und toral engagiert. Die Gäste sind mehrheitlich Einheimische. Ein kleiner Geheimtipp!
05/06/2025: Servizio lento e non così solerte (se non sei un amico o un habitué…) Menú limitato e non particolarmente “appetitoso”. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non adeguato. Mi dispiace, il dehors è molto carino e la delusione è stata tanta.

15/05/2025: Ho fatto il battesimo di mia figlia e stata veramente una bellissima festa ben organizzato piatti buonissimi e tante scelte e anche la torta fatta da loro per il battesimo era super buona. Grazie mille

Pizze:avendo preso 3 gourmet il prezzo è un po’ alto 18 euro cad una
la pizza ha un impasto soffice e’ più alta della solita ma più ristretta pertanto nel piatto sembra molto ridotta
cosa buona sono gli ingredienti perché sono molto buoni e dí quantità infatti c’era più contenuto che pizza!!!
Se dovessi tornare proverei anche l’altra con impasto tradizionale!!!
29/05/2025: Una cameriera ha rovesciato una birra su una cliente, invece che scusarsi si è messa a ridere. Noi commensali allibiti. Il proprietario indifferente anche dopo una nostra richiesta almeno di uno sconto (abbiamo mangiato 1 ora dopo a causa dell'incidente), con aria di sufficienza ha detto "sono cose che capitano" senza nemmeno offrirci un caffè. A lui l'educazione "non è capitata". Vergognoso. Anche noi non capiteremo mai più in quel locale!!!

Non provavo qualcosa di così superbo da tempo .
Il piacere della buona semplice autentica pasticceria , forse anche un po’ vintage , infatti eccezionale .
Appena sarò a Parma tenterò l’ assalto !
